If you are willing to sink at least 2 Point into Stealth and use Calam and/or Dizzy with your stats Dragonstrike, then I would prefer they be used to free our Pokémon. If they would use SD before they go in (I recall they have the move) , then coupled with Helping Hand that give him the best shot of freeing them with a well placed Night Slash (Bug is SE against Dark types, but doesn't resist the type, strangely enough, so that would work!) !

Yeah, between Swords Dance, Black Glasses, Super Luck, and Night Slash, Calam has a reeeaaalllly good chance to obliterate stuff.  5* Strength + 3 Power + STAB + BG = 10 D6 base (+2 if he scores 3+ successes, plus another 2 if he gets Helping Hand support.  Which is very likely since he has an accuracy pool of 12 base, and Tailwind is going to buff that by another +2).

If you think that's our best odds of doing this instead of risking Raphael to get the auto-destroy (2 less dice on the Stealth check to compensate for that and the fact that he'll be the fastest thing alive down there when using Extreme Speed), then I can probably sink 2 points into Stealth.

I'll still definitely edit the Quickpage when I'm able to and keep the party up to date there.  However, I see an inconsistency between my notes and those ones because Nylon hasn't said what he's done with any of his on-hand pokemon.  Valder is supposed to have Starmie, Grid, and Zippy on loan atm according to my notes.  I don't know if he's sent Starmie, Grid, or Delta Pineco to the PC.

Added a link to the document in Quick Page!~ There's also a tab called 'Party's Pokemon on hand' in my sheet that I'm trying to keep up-to-date always, and from comparing it everything matches except that I auto-assumed that @Nylon sent the Delta Pineco to Bill's PC to keep Nathan's Starmie. Valder, if you'd rather keep that Pineco with you, please state so!

First I would like to have an estimate of how much 'HP' those webs have if Ven can make a guesstimate of their strength before I can make a final comment if possible, Iron.
