You wander over to the shack on the lake. You find that time moves normally for you as you approach, though the shack's pieces never manage to fall.
The two bushes screening the shack on the lake are strange. Though they each have a single stem, many colors of Apricorn grow on each bush! Little unripe ones are struggling to bud out, while others are ripe and hard.
There are two of each of the following Apricorn fruits (in total):
-Blue
-Pink
-Red
-White
-Yellow
-Green
Ducking under the planks barricading the sagging doorframe, you see the shack is just one room, with a sooty stone fireplace and little else. The only real feature is a statue of Uxie! It's beautifully made, full colored, and a purple aura flows around the marble Uxie's head.
Solomon is eyeing it in his scholarly way. Kirlia is interested, but he can tell there is no actual life here.
Nathan frowns at Celebi's comment concerning Ventus. "...well, I'll make sure to let Valder know. I wish you well, Celebi. If we happen to meet again in the future, I'd happily welcome that."

Cool! Apricorns! Definitely want to gather those Red ones! Shiva can have the Green ones. Split the rest and share them with everyone else, maybe? @ PhantomUnderYourDesk
Should also note that Nathan is gently holding (the now happy looking yet still unconscious) Solosis. And Nathan is still rather nervous about being around Shiva.

Nathan looks around the room.
"...it's falling apart at the seams...I wonder if that has something to do with Uxie leaving the region? It's probably been centuries since Uxie has visited this location, based on the state of disrepair..."
Nathan looks at Kirlia and Solomon. And pulls out the Tail Gemstone Replica. He's interested in comparing how the power in that gemstone compares to the power here, and seeing if having it out here causes a reaction of some kind.
"Well, shall we check out the statue?"

When you bring out the red stone, the aura of power consolidates and forms a thin projection of a sleepy Uxie. It mutters, "Salutations. This facsimile has been established in this sanctum near the Atheneum to answer questions about the Red Chain. Speak, and be answered."
The hologram seems faintly responsive, always looking in your general direction. At the same time, it doesn't seem like there's any being actively controlling it, since it moves unnaturally given the context of the room, and doesn't seem very aware. It seems more like a program, awaiting input.

Nathan's eyes widen a little when he hears that this place exists for the sole purpose of answering questions about that.
And then he grins.
"...this...this is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! Yes!"
Alright, time to take some notes! I kinda doubt Shiva is aware of what the Red Chain is, tbh...guess she's about to learn, though!

"Celebi doesn't just have the power to Time Travel, Heart. Another very well documented ability of hers is the power to make anyone recall any memory, no matter how long ago it was or if the target cannot naturally remember the memory in question. It's...surprisingly valuable and useful."
Nathan looks down at the Solosis he's holding.
"...it's strong enough to help anyone remember who they really are...we don't have to worry about this little guy any more...well, you guys don't. I'm still going to help Solosis. There's still a few things to do and decisions to make."
