"......Understood, Nathan. My decision to teach all the Pokémon I specified earlier to you still stands, however. The more Pokémon I have at my disposal that knows the HM, the more flexible I can be with my own Pokémon Party composition for most any circumstance, and having a large amount of Pokémon with Rock Smash gives us all an powerful defensive and offensive force to counter most threats we come across. I'll be sure to impress on my more Disobedient Pokémon the severe consequences if they recklessly use a HM Move without thought or prior authorization, so don't worry about that. I'll also keep in mind the....expectations and rules in place surrounding HMs, though, and promise they will be used most judiciously and intelligently. Is that acceptable?"

'Well, all that information puts constraits on my plans to inflate the price of Lavitar and Marowak to trade away from increase profit margins, but that just means I'll have to conduct those transactions in a more....private manner. Hmm....most likely in Corsage, given its a port town with a large influx of people entering and leaving it by various means, and that their is no doubt a large Black Market secreted away somewhere given all the trade that comes through. There's also the matter of covering my tracks and having back up plans in case things go awry...….yes, yes, that would work.....'
(Remember, can't outright refuse, since Ven gave a pretty good argument as to why he wants all his Pokémon capable of learning the move to do so, and given his status as a accredited and experience Pokémon Researcher specialized in dealing with Disobedient Pokémon, he has no reason to doubt his claims of being able to handle his Pokémon!)

(I'm not sure if Shiva does pick up on these hidden thoughts from Ventus with her sixth sense, but I guess there's a chance that she could, so if you agree to that I'd like for you to roll on that as well, Iron.) Will be dealt with later instead.
(Because I've outta-chara missed a lot of the discussion due to headache and exhaustion, it actually worked without me and I don't feel like there's something I can add, I'll just say that Shiva mostly kept herself in the background, simply listened without much of a reaction and crossed arms and left taking actions at appropriate points to the others. Nathan's talk about the importance and discretion of HMs she mostly just takes as well, as most of that are things he can easily guess or assume. That's why she decided to teach Rock Smash solely to Vaporeon additionally to her Pokemon that already got the move, she won't abandon her plan of breeding Eevees with the gene of that move to try obtaining a scholarship for Telperion and trade/sell them to interested people. She keeps that for herself and will talk with someone at the University/a League authority/Golda about this, and I might come to discuss things in private with GM as well at an appropriate point.)

Lucky Chant is still in effect.
(5)(2)(3)
Shiva doesn't find anything about that, but she finds a lot of books about Nanabs. A LOT of books about Nanabs.
Oh. That went totally not as she was hoping it would, but she doesn't just give up yet: She'll try again, this time with Azumarill's Helping Hand ( = +2 dice) and concentrating solely on anything about Kobra-tongued fern. If the Lucky Chant has worn off by now, she'll ask Delphox and Chi to cast another one.
If that doesn't bring some hints, she'll let it be and moves on the remaining topic of research. Per usual she also subconsciously keeps alerted for a book that has been waiting for her, and quick-browses through the many books about Nanab Berries - but I guess she won't find out anything she already knows.

No problems with teaching Vaporeon the move. Go right on ahead and add it to her move list now if ya like.

Let's deal with this later instead. It will be much easier if Ventus just asks for Larvitar and Marowak to learn these later.

In which case...@ Lord Windos
Concerning the remaining pokemon able to use ROCK SMASH that Ventus wishes to teach, only Azrael and Hanael fully meet all the criteria (you can add Rock Smash to their movelist). Delta Forretress and Scyther are both just as Disobedient as Delta Onix, and Nathan would rather the group not take any chances, experienced in handling Disobedient pokemon or no.
"...we travel together, we fall together. If even one of us lets someone know we have an HM, we'll all be in trouble. My dad left that fly HM in the swamp with very, very good reason. Even just knowing where an HM is located is a huge responsibility. The less attention we draw to ourselves via other sources and the fewer risks we take, the better."
He sighs.
"...alright, that's all from me for now. Ventus, do you happen to have something on you that can grind up apricorns? There's something I definitely want to do before we leave..." (He's asking Ventus because he knows the researcher has ground up an apricorn before...and because I forgot who has the item in question. *shrug*)

You can go ahead and just add the move to their movepools. No need to RP the scene.

Valder doesn't really know what to make of all this, he just nods and says, "Glad I could help... hehe". He then looks away and feels awkward.
He wish there was something simple he could do. If there's still time he would love his daily training!
