Reiner narrows his eyes. "...I don't think you need to be worrying about what I got up to with Clair." [that only raised Reiner's warning level iirc]
"I'm not in the mood nor have the time tonight to be discussing this further, Arial. I have other things I need to be doing, and you're currently wasting my time. You have until I meet with the Merchant tomorrow afternoon [i.e. after Encounter 2] to either come up with a convincing, reasonable argument or to make enough money some other way. And that's if you want the Razor Fang before we head to the NRF. The Executives are not going to be happy with you if you sell off a Mega Stone purely to evolve a wild pokemon that may or may not be helping you in the future."

*sigh* [Both in and out of character. Yikes, that roll was terrible...not super terrible, but still pretty dang bad...seems the dice are refusing to let Reiner learn anything tonight...]
"...alright, well, just...keep it cool if at all possible. Bah, if it weren't for everything that's been happening to everyone, I'd say I was going crazy...caught up in way too much that I never even wanted a part in..."
He shakes his head in resigned disbelief.
"...suppose there are certain...advantages to having what's essentially the goddess of death in easy reach and negotiation. Clair's...gone, but...we just have to hold out for a little while. Giratina's working on bringing her back...sorta. She...won't be the same, but...we should hopefully be able to avoid getting nailed by the League for that...accident. Elders are gonna be in a damn frenzy if she doesn't return to Blackthorn within a week, though...we might have to lay low for awhile anyways because of that..."
...
"...bah, Petrel's been too much like a Nosepass for his own good this time...it's going to take a heck of a lot of explaining and fibbing to get him to not inquire further about exactly what happened...I don't think I have to tell you to stay quieter than absolute nothingness concerning these topics, yes? The fewer who know, the better."

Weavile gives you another easy shrug of his shoulders, as that what's he's been trying and hopes to keep doing thus far, so that should be an easy request for him to fulfill. Assuming, of course, that certain someones don't try to chat him up and keep 'conversation from beyond' from intruding overly in his reality......
Again, the black feline sports an all too knowing smirk as you tried to delicately tip toe around her interest in YOU, somewhat morbidly bemused and possessing no small amount of interest in such an ominous pairing. While she's no Taylor or Kyubi and has her own kettle of issues entirely, he could definitely see potential chemistry between the Antimatter Goddess and his partner.....assuming they both get over the obvious hurdles, of course. I mean come on, Rebellious Legendary Dragon and a all but World Class and equally maverick Dragon Tamer was a match made in heaven! Err....or would hell be more appropriate? The Underworld? Ah, whatever!
He sobers up near instantly, though, once you bring up the oh so pleasant fact that Giratina is reviving Clair from the dead, which shouldn't really be all that much of a shock given the revival of Emily and Mia, but still managed to be if only because she was conducting it herself. The only why she would do that was Mew couldn't rez Clair , either due to her subsequent breakdown or because it was literally an impossible task for her. Either answers had.......unfortunate implications Weavile didn't really want to dwell on too much, so he didn't. The cat thief does nod his head at your suggestion of laying low for awhile, though. The Flower Festival has had enough 'thrilling' adventures and high stacks gambles for his feline taste, so eventually taking it easy and letting the Elders work themselves up and exhausted from Outraging about your cuz' disappearace was all aces for him!
Your request to keep thing confidential between the two of you was meet with smirk followed by a 'Hush' gesture (Like the one in Bloodborne, if you need a reference). No way in heck is he going to spill the beans about THIS, given its about as delicate as a blended nitroglycerin milkshake, so his lips are sealed!

"Okay okay. I understand. I will try to find a temporally job or something to get some money. I find a way. Besides, how they gonna discover? Its not like Petrel, Proton or Giovanni appear behind the doors of this training place demading the relatory and yell to us. But I understand what you mean. Speaking of whitch, have you received any message from Petrel? Its been a while since we received any message from him since I report the information about everything. Did he tell you why he go out so much quick past night?"

"They have their ways. Particularly Petrel. He's not head of the intelligence division for nothing. And yes, I talked to him earlier about what he was looking into. He's still looking into some of the things, but he did manage to dig up that the NRF wasn't exactly as mothballed as everyone thought it was, and that the National Guard are barely able to keep the situation merely contained. And if recent occurrences are anything to go by, they're struggling to do even that much now. I don't think why he ran out to check on things so suddenly is all that hard to figure out."

"Yeah. Tell me about it. But if even the national guard is having problems with this Nuclear problem, imagined us who will only go three of us. Thats gonna be hard...oh! Thats remind me, are you decided who will be the third person to go along with us? You have mentioned another person with go with us. Someone in mind?"

"Also, I have another news for you. I have send Riza on a mission for her to get to herself a Bug/Steel pokemon, since her abilities in stealth might be useful in our mission in the Nuclear Factory and because she have a better bond with bug pokemon. She might return tomorrow morning maybe. So...have you one in mind to the mission?"

"I was thinking Riza, but then I remembered that she's a known criminal. Internationally. I was thinking Angelica, but then I remembered that she only has one Steel type and her other two pokemon are allergic to radiation...*sigh*...I need to think about this a little more..."
Reiner raises an eyebrow.
"...a Bug/Steel type...you know the odds of her just finding one are incredibly low, right? There aren't exactly many Forretress around Celadon City, and those are probably about the only wild Steel Bugs that I could think of even having a chance of showing up around here."
(If we're being honest here, however, I can think of one Bug/Steel type currently in the area...that might be a rather...interesting encounter for Riza if she happens to run across that particular one...might even hasten a certain person's arrival...)

(Oh, do you not like conversing with me, Weavile? A shame, really. However, I'm not going anywhere until I decide otherwise, so unfortunately, you're kinda stuck with me. I'm sure it's not going to be all bad, though. We're both looking after Reiner, after all.)
Reiner definitely didn't find Weavile's smirking about the Giratina situation amusing. "Knock it off, ya furball. You know as well as I do how that is going to work out since she governs the afterlife. I'd much rather not think about that, thank you very much."
Reiner cups his face in his hands, thinking, calming down...
...blegh. He's tired.
"...well, better start wrapping things up for the night, I suppose. Should deal with Kingdra, Raijin, and Arbok sooner rather than later, though..."
Starting with Kingdra.
As soon as she comes out, she's probably rather irritated, and Reiner immediately gets to work trying to calm her down. "Whoa whoa whoa, steady there girl. Take it easy, alright? I'm here, and there's no need to get so worked up over the result of that battle, okay? You did an amazing job, and I'm very proud of you even though you lost."
At this point, Reiner's hugging her, being as comforting a presence as he can. That should hopefully be enough to get her to calm down a little bit...

(FINALLY!)
"We can think about that later. We still have time after tomorrow to deal with those Nucmons and you to decided who gonna be the third member. But I still think Riza would be a choice. She have better stealth than you and I. Since her pokemons was able to surprise us even after you use your pokemon to use Flash in a dark area. Her skills in the Nuclear Factory is something to consider."
Arial wave his hand to not worry about. "Relax. I have full confident she will find something. I would not underestimate her scout abilities. I believe she will something. We still have time." Arial than look in the clock on the room. "I think thats all the questions I have in mind. This is all for now. I gonna stick around a bit with my pokemon. I still need to apologize Sekmet now. I think you should take the opportunity to deal with those twins Eevees. Anyway, thanks for the pokemon battle Reiner. See you later."
Then Arial left Reiner. Arial then decided to take a opportunity to have a bond moment with his pokemons. He go in the direction of Sekmet and ask her. "Heya girl, how are you?"

At this point, Reiner's hugging her, being as comforting a presence as he can. That should hopefully be enough to get her to calm down a little bit...
Weavile ends up facepalming and shaking his head when you interject , grumbling no doubt unkind things under his breath at the thought of having to put up with another annoying know it all trying to dictate his/his partner's actions. Grah…why was their life forever cursed to be 'interesting'? Is a simple, uncomplicated life of crime and luxury such a hard thing to ask for thieves of their caliber...?
His draconic partner's surely comeback snapped him out of his own irritable funk, raising one eyebrow at their choice of words AND the belief that Miss Death Goddess was going to wait THAT long before acting on her affections for you. Ignoring the Legendary Dragon's.....interest for any length of time beyond what they were willing to give was borderline impossible, and since their was no telling how much longer that reprieve would last......well, it wouldn't be a bad idea to mull over HOW you're going to handle her. Or, more accurately, how are you going to get her to handle YOU in a way that would be most ideal and/or pleasing/bearable?
In the end, though the black feline ended up shrugging off the comment and ceased smirking, folding both paws behind the back of his head. If his partner prefer to follow through on the saying 'Ignorance is bliss,' he'll let you, but in the meantime he's going to brainstorm ways to ensure that, at the very least, you won't get fucked over TOTALLY by the Antimatter Goddess' romantic inclinations......well, unless that is just fine and dandy for you, he he he....!
When you announced that you were going to start running damage control with all your Dragons/Reptitle, the cat thief ended up swipping his Pokeball from you and returning himself into it, as he well knew how FEISTY they all got when they were and truly PISSED about something. He's not staying out and potentially get blasted, so calming down them all down is something you are doing on your own, partner!
Kingdra's mood upon being summoned.....irritated doesn't just cut it for how utterly FURIOUS she was. She, the raging Dragon Lord of the Sea, one that had complete mastery of not only her moves but her Abilities too, was laid low by a lowly and weak Gligar, who dodge her ALL POWERFUL Bubblebeam and used a cheap OHKO Move to dispose of her!? UNACCEPTABLE, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! If she ever see its grinning mug again, she'll DROWN IT WITH ALL HER MIGHT FOR THE HUMILATION IT INFLICTED ON HER!!!
She was SO worked up that she pivoted on her tailfin and fired off an impressively large and POWERFUL Hydro Pump in a random direction to vent, which lucky was nowhere near you and only ended up trashing a couple of weight lifting benches and their accompanying weights. Yowzers, she's mad!
Eventually, though, your words, gentle hugs and carass managed to soothed the raging dragoness' temper and wounded pride, slowly deflating into her regular old intimidating but 'friendly' and non-destructive self. She leaned into your embrace and starts softly burbling with eyes closed, a sure sign she's calmed down that she appreciates the affection you are sharing with her. Both of you wish this moment happened due to less....hectic reasons, but any time spent together was quality time indeed.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
