That Zigzagoon is more than I would and could have asked for, the Enigma Berry spend for it was totally worth it! <3 STAB-Extreme Speed and STAB-Flail make the smol one an unexpected powerhouse, and an adorable one on top of that. Thankfully keeping her~

Yes, that's my first thought for her Custom-Ability as well, follweed by bringing the furry racoon to places where loot can be expected or where I'd like to search for it; Earth Star Forest or the Skull Ruins even. If you'll go foraging Berries sometime during the next Day, may I tag along with Zigzagoon to put the Ability into good use? ^^ Might be a fine chance also to ask about Move Tutoring again and maybe just talk a little as our charas haven't really gotten the chance to get to know each other outside of that Introductory Battle yet. :C
Speaking of cash, I have not much of an idea what to do will all I've saved up aside from buying a bit of Healing Items and Balls, not much is needed. Maybe spending these 2000$ for a TM of Protect for Nightshade would be a good use?
If you people wish to stay another Day in Cress City, that's fine to me, I'll just follow some casual activities and find a battle to try out Nightshade's Flower Gift Ability. After another day after that though Shiva will get bored and urge to move on due to the always present threat of that meteor.

That means I should thank her for my Zigzagoon having a bunch of medium-expensive XP-moves to begin with due to her having bred a lot of these racoons? Then mine definitely deserves the intended nickname.

I also missed to state yesterday, but that's a fine liste you summarized there:

Fighting a strong character means avoiding strong hits whenever possible, attempting to KO them before they can do the same to you.
Fighting a bulky character means getting as many hits as you can to try and deal more damage to them than they can do to you.
Those are the general rules of thumb when it comes to battling those with a focus on any one attribute of Dex, Str, or Vit. Characters that have multiple focuses are harder to beat, obviously.
Strong and fast is a conundrum. Do you try and evade their high accuracy, strong moves, or attempt to tank the barrage and get in what damage you can?
Strong and bulky presents a different question. How many actions do you dedicate to trying to evade their attacks and how many do you use to deal chip damage?
Fast and bulky is a 'playing the long game' style of battle. They can avoid powerful attacks to make the most of their bulk while chipping away at you simultaneously. Or they can tank the hits and keep hitting you over and over. Matching their damage output makes the matchup a lot easier.
Fast, Strong, and Bulky is really versatile for obvious reasons, and has no true 'counters' aside from adapting to how the opponent is playing.
I'm missing something that'd reflect the way I battle with Shiva though, something along the lines of 'cunningly, insightful and lifestealing while relying on a few key-moves and -abilities'.

Thank you for the compliment. It should be noted that what I based the list on is purely Attributes and Dice Pools. It does not factor in moves and synergy and such, just raw, average data.
In essence, all battles boil down to who can outdamage the other, no matter the strategy. If you can get a significant lead and keep your opponent from taking the momentum back, it's easier to win.

In case you're all waiting, yes, I'm typing up the start of the meeting all the time. Should be up in a little!

….Well, forgive me for saying this, but I never quite understood WHAT was the meaning behind those visions, now or then, other than the fact that it was a clear indication that we should get a move on sooner rather than later, and I very much doubt Terra would have a better idea than I. Can somebody tell me what the big deal is behind it?
My opinion on which way to go from Cress, however, is less complicated, but....split. On one hand, following the plot and preventing DISASTER from happening by going to Elanor is more than okay in my books, and its a location where Shiva is most likely going to get a Sun Stone for Cottenee, bar finding one/trading for one. On the other hand, getting FLY would mean we could fast travel through the region more freely AND get to certain locations easier, plus there's a Gym in the area that we could all challenge (If I remember correctly). For now, I'll refrain from making any decisions on the matter until I understand more, and see what everyone's opinions are on this.

Alright, eh, I'll try to state it shorter and more simple. These are my personal interpretation:
- Thanks to the successful Bonding Ritual, Shiva and Lilith are now able to share visions perfectly, this happened the first time during the ritual.
- In this vision, Lilith took her spirit to what she can see in the stars, it's been revealed that it's very true that Gothy knows many important things as assumed by the staff at the Shelter. She has forseen that an ancient meteorit is coming closer to our planet, the chance that it hits are, sadly, high. The horde of Absol during Ginger Town's Running have picked this up as well.
- Gothy was worried, she needed to warn people. But who? And how? She came to the Shelter on her own, where none cares however/could understand her. Her worry increases, she fears for her plan. What this plan is, I'm not certain myself.
- She's waiting, it was no accident that Ventus and Shiva one day came to the Shelter. Shiva got interested in adopting her - Gothy herself was uncertain whether she was the right person for that, but having a Trainer will allow her to enhance her skill of interpreting the constellations.
- That one vision they shared depicted that ancient meteor, pursued by an ancient warrior and their Keenglaive. They've ceased by now, but via Four bright stars that the figurative Keenglaive turned into the meteor is still pursued.
- Four beings, four somethings are necessary to stop that threat of the meteor, I assume these Four thingies are either us or have to with us. Lilith showed Shiva, Nathan, Dizzy, Cottonee, Evening Star Venus and Ralts especially when being asked about 'right persons to share her plans with'.
- Helix Nebula depicted as a big single Eye is the same thing the Fortune Teller in Ginger Town told Ventus about (do you remember?), it's filling us with rage. It's having directly to do with King Sarimanok, something is 'still alive'. Me feels he somehow is seeking revenge?
- Constallation Whimsicott crumbles and its stars die, which means both war itself via the big eye and warlords crumbling = falling at the Skull Ruins.
I please don't wish to deal and play a Shiva that is pissed, highly disappointed, constantly overworried and feeling like she's ignored and it's not cared about at all what she feels is important with Lilith probably mirroring all that if we decide to go to Arrowroot first. :C It's a loooong journey to that place.
UPDATE! Elanor feels pretty celestial from the describtion in my Guidebook and there is a Gym as well, so I'd definitely would like to head there first?

I'll be off then and will be occupied roughly half the day tomorrow, so there's enough time to properly reply to me on meeting-things. Night for now!~

There's two gyms on the way to FLY, actually. One in Botanville (which is where Telperion University is), and one in the Nature Preserve.
On the way to Elanor and its gym is the Safari Zone.
And the last gym that has yet to be mentioned is in the desert town.

Isn't Teazel Valley/Safari Zone directly connected to Elanor via Route? And was once home to Merspirt? Nathan could easily compromise/counter Shiva's future critisim/depression by bringing up those facts and offering they investigate BOTH places/settlements, since if one is along the way of the other, why not explore all possibilities? Terra doesn't know enough about the region/not smart enough to bring up a map, so somebody else has to point this out (Most likely Nathan, but SHIVA could also accept that too and not throw up a fuss). Compromise is easily within reach, people, so let's take a hold of it and run!
Oh, and thanks for the Info about the Gyms, mate!

Nathan has several of his own reasons for wanting to visit both TV and Elanor, yes. And yes, TV is on the way to Elanor.
I personally don't think anything in Gothitelle's vision points to specific locations besides the four important layers of the Skull Ruins, however. From what I can tell, it's a more overarching prophecy.
