Is it about your former comment of me having beaten Tanuki" *her Zigzagoon growls a little at hearing this name and lets out some more electric sparks out of joy, which Shiva answers with stroking her* "as the second strongest person known to the League? Please tell real quick so that we can head downstairs for one more continue tutoring Porygon-Z Electroweb before I'll catch some sleep."
"...well, my specific wording was the second strongest League trainer that's around our age..."
He sighs.
"...well, everyone's been wondering about this, so I suppose this is as good a time as any to talk about the League a little. And I did promise Heart I'd talk about this when everyone was together..."
He takes a few breathes, then starts talking when he has everyone's attention. "Did everyone catch the Champion Challenge that aired recently? This region's Champion is Bo. He's been Champion for...over 20 years now, I think? Nobody has come close to giving him a proper challenge in that time, though you probably wouldn't guess it given he's a rather easygoing farmer kinda guy. Even in the rare instance that somebody can beat his first pokemon, it's a miracle if they can get past Bo's second. Frankly, it's become tradition to lose to the Champion, so Hall of Fame honors started going to anyone who could defeat the Elite 4. Beating the Champion isn't a requirement to be registered in the HoF, unlike in your regions."
"As for the Elite 4...those battles are purposely shrouded in secrecy, so I have no idea what those are like, unlike the televized Champion Challenges that always end in Bo curbstomping his opponent. I do know who the various members are, though. They're all public figures to some degree...though some of them are more well known than others."
"Every region has at least one dragon specialist, and Creshire is no exception. Merle is the resident user of draconic pokemon. He doesn't get out much to my knowledge, but he's infamous for ending many, many League challenges. He's been in the Elite 4 for awhile."
"There's also Red. No, not that Red. That one's in Alola last I heard. I currently don't know much about Elite 4 Red besides he's from Cress City, though."
"Then there's Gin. She's one of the newer additions to the League's ranks. Being an 18 year old scene girl means she's really popular with guys around my age. She always seems to be dealing with swarms of fans and papparazzi."
"And finally...there's Hayes, otherwise known as The Mistlord. He and Latias, yes; Latias, have been in the ranks of the Elite 4 for awhile as well, and he's the most vocal member of the four, often acting as their representative in general. He was also the one who ended my dad's League challenge...Latias was just a bit too much for Luxray to handle..."
If anyone has further questions, feel free to ask!
-----------
As for the whole business with Terra and Duskull...Nathan has two comments for the wanderer: "Well, stick around long enough, and maybe adventure will find you instead of the other way around like it has been for us recently...ha ha...heh...heh...just...be careful if you go seeking it on your own...I know you're tough, but..."
"Latias huh? Now I become very interest in fight that Mistlord. I want to at least get a glimpse of that Latias even for just a minute or two. I a Pokemon Rare Collector so dont judge me! And the chance of meet a Legendary Pokemon is something unique! Ehh...when they are not trying to kill you of course." Heart shriver with the memory of the encounter with Seikamater. "Anyway, what kind of pokemon these Elite Four use? Except Merle and Hayes Latias. The types of pokemon each one use."

Once that is rolled out and wraped up, Shiva will go straight to bed to catch some worthy sleep, means the new Day can dawn from my side.
But before she can enter the realm of dreams and run through the imaginary meadows of her subconscious mind, she'll finish something that has been started yesterday: Movetutoring to Nathan's Porygon-Z! Grid is asked to join in that per usual, Shiva#s having a good feeling that they'll break though today and have the digital duck understood how to cast some electrically charged webs at foes. It'll need some attempts and practical experience for it to fully master the move though, but the basics should be aware of it by tonight.
"Alright, Porygon-Z.... Let us go through the move one more time, shall we? You already did well the last time, let us practice this a bit before we take the next step and have you put enough electricity charged up into the summoned spiderweb."
Tutoring Roll: 6*Insight + 3 Knowledge + yet 3 Move Tutoring = 12d6 + 1 autosuccess thanks to Grid helping, Porygon-z has accumulated 7/12 successes the last tutoring.

"Tanuki here knows Extreme Speed and Thunder Shock!~ ^^ Maybe you could train these moves a little with her. Vaporeon also should be capable to catching up enough speed to use Quick Attack by now, it'd be cool if she'd be to learn the move thanks to you."
Otherwise no suggestions how to design the Training Session, apart from the usual ask to make a possible Training Roll use high Stats.
"Taking the opportunity, could you teach Viktor the move worry seed you say you would teach him?"

For expediency's shake, after Terra's questions are answered, he'll go out and search for Berries with Mikey and Melly, as he believe that he and his Pokémon have had enough physical training for one day, and want to unwind by enjoying nature, possibly get lucky finding good berries, then head straight to bed. He'll also check on his Egg one last time, as you can be too sure with unborn Pokémon!

"Very well. Now, its time for you to return to your Pokeball. Good night, Duskull."
Immediately thereafter saying that, the spooky specter is recalled, and his ball placed back on their trainer's belt. They may not believe he's capable now, but someday he'll prove himself to them. Count on it!
*Scene Transition: Nathan's League Info Reveal!*
Terra is probably the only one out of the group that shakes his head, as he was busy with other things/sleeping at the time it was on. In fact, this is pretty much the first and only time he's heard about Bo and Cheshire's Elite 4, so he's listening to Nathan with as much rapt attention and insatiable curiosity a stoic man such as himself possessed. By the end, the rugged wander is left both deeply impressed and thrilled to his very core, with an uncharacteristically wide smile on his face and the flames of passion in his eyes. Impressed that Cheshire was home to such powerful and prestigious Trainers, and thrilled at the very thought of one day fighting them all! Even against the undefeatable titan Bo, as a losing battle with them sounded like a blood pumping, heart pounding, peerlessly challenging experience like no other, which is EXACTLY the type of fights he was look for. After all, the only way to grow stronger was either rigorous training, facing adversity and trails of all kinds, or, ideally, both!
He didn't have that many question for the scholarly trainer, as what they already described alone was sufficient to sate him, but....
"Can you tell more about Hayes? Why does he have the title 'The Mistlord?' Your.....father challenged him? Did he say....what their fight with him was like? And.....is he really a partner to.....Latias?"
...one member of the Elite had caught his interest, and it was the very first one he heard about. He's rather curious about them.....and mystified too at the mention they work with a Latias, so he had to know more about them.
Both Nathan and Gallade relax a ton when Duskull is recalled. Phew!
---------------
"Latias is often known as the Pokemon of Mists, hence Hayes's title. She's Hayes's signature pokemon, and the only publicly known (OOC: special emphasis on this phrase) Legendary among the Elite 4 and Champions' ranks. The day Hayes befriended her was momentous and Legendary...the Eon Duo are notoriously difficult to locate no matter the region they appear in, let alone befriend. A whole bunch of people from my dad's generation, including my dad, wanted to be just like Hayes and befriend a Legend. Needless to say, nobody really accomplished that. Though Hayes and Latias have also been searching for Latios, the Pokemon of Luster, for awhile as well. Latios has eluded them for a long time, though...for all we know, he could be hiding in plain sight in civilization. The Eon Duo have the ability to both disguise themselves as humans and turn invisible, after all. Latias has been known to do one of the two to avoid drawing attention to herself whenever Hayes has to appear in public."
He smiles a little at the thought of the stories his father once told him...then it's gone and he shakes his head.
"No, he never told me what battling Hayes was like. Aside from how Latias completely obliterated Luxray. Challengers aren't allowed to talk about what their Elite 4 challenges were like, and are even sworn to secrecy."
...and then he turns to Shiva and Heart and shrugs apologetically.
"...which means aside from what I told you guys already, I don't really know much of anything about the Elite 4 as far as their battle strategies and conditions go. I don't even know if Merle uses actual Dragon types, or just draconic like pokemon, or both. If you want to figure that out, you'll have to talk to them directly, even if it means collecting 6 or more Gym badges and attempting the Elite 4 Challenge."
Nathan looks a little embarassed and rubs the back of his head.
"...of course, Bo's team is technically public knowledge since his battles are all televized...but there's so much dust and flying energy beams in those highest level battles that nobody really knows what most of his pokemon are exactly...I do know for sure what one of the pokemon he sometimes uses is, though..."

Nothing fancy in mind for training Cottonee, Vaporeon, and Zigzagoon. Just some simple speed training of some varietu for the three of them. (A little too tired right now to properly think of anything specific, unfortunately...)
Since Heart doesn't have any more encounters left for the day, I think that means we'll be able to progress to Day 68 once all these other third encounters are resolved. "Ah....didn't know that. Heard about Latias and Latios from stories back home.....but not much. *Looks reminiscent* Tried to find them once a long time ago. Not to catch, or make them my friend. Just....meet them. See how special they are, and take pictures for Mama and Papa. *Shakes his head, and tilts his head down* Never did. Gave up after awhile....couldn't hunt them forever. Thought I never see them, ever....."
He looked upwards at this point, a hopeful, almost whimsical smile gracing him.
".....But now I have a chance. To see Latias, if I get to fight Hayes."
Terra is caught up in his daydreams for a few seconds, before he suddenly nods to himself, his expression stoic once more, but that fire remained in his eyes.
"Hm....need to train harder now. For a chance to fight him, and beating the other Elites, and their Pokémon. *Looks thoughtful* They might have Legendaries too....will have to prepare for that too. *Beat, then shrugs* Best I can. Legendaries are tough Pokémon , so won't be easy fighting them."
Now isn't THAT the understatement of the century!
Perhaps characteristically for him, the blackout on any and most insider Knowledge of the Elite 4 (besides what's publicly known) didn't bother nor the wandering martial artist in the slightest, with him shrugging as his only response. Knowing anything more detailed about the premier fighters of Cheshire would give him unfair advantage (which he doesn want) against them and spoil the surprise of fighting them, so in a way he was glad not to hear more about them! Besides, as stated earlier, what he's learned from Nathan was MORE than enough for him!
However, when the boy brought up the fact they actually knew for certain one of Bo's Pokémon, it caused him to pause for thought.....before he slowly shook his, frowning ever so slightly to himself.
"No. Don't want to know. Want it kept a surprise. *Nods* More fair and exciting that way. Sorry.....but that is what I think."
If the rest of the group wants to know, however, Terra will politely excuse himself, and either wait outside for that part of the meeting to end, or head off to pick berries with his Pokémon. He's legit about his 'no spoilers' policy, so thems the breaks!

(Concerning the Training of my three Pokemon in return for finish-up tutoring Electroweb, I asked for Tanuki to train Extreme Speed or Thunder Shock with Nathan, maybe something like having her rush around gather as many things as possible with her unique Ability while Vaporeon tries to keep up [and learn Quick Attack at this point for 13xp] while Cottonee tries to cast non-damaging Fairy Winds over the scene as a training for learning future-Tail Wind would work?)
-------------------------------------
Concerning Nathan's further elaboration on the Elite 4 and Raphael's+Cottonee's reaction:
Shiva sighs impercibly once more upon hearing that there isn't much more to get to know about them at the moment, that one is not allowed at all to share anything about the battle against them to outsiders, then shrugs and accepts this as another curiosity in Chreshire. Like, at home in Unova it's not required to swear for secrecy but 'only' asked to not share it in public for the sake of fairness, Shauntal's books are even available at every bigger bookstore and are the reason for her specialization in Ghost Types to be an open secret. Shiva owns a copy of everything she spectral woman has published.
She chuckles a bit to herself over Terra's eager and wording of 'it won't be easy fighting them', being amused positively by his strong will and anticipitation of this challenge, same with Heart's interest in facing Hayes and his Latias. That's the spirit she would expect from both, indeed, and to be very honest.... She wishes she could take in such an confident manner as well instead of finding herself wondering how far she'll get and whether she'll be allowed to face the Elite 4 as well at some precious time. Taking on the equivalent of the Victory Road here already is giving her a few shivers!
Cottonee's massive confidence and will to face these draconic Pokemon in contrary to Raphael's more careful reaction quickly distracts her from these worries though as she brings the fluffball a little closer to her in a warm hug, telling her that "Nah, you're that eager to evolve? You'll get your chance to do so, I'll personally make sure that you'll have! Let us.... continue giving our best and grow and become stronger as best as we can, and work towards you being able to slay these dragons, shall we?"
Guess 'Becoming good enough to be allowed to face Merle and Gin' can now be added to Shiva's list of things she wants to do/work on during the journey through Chreshire. Hooray for triggered chara-development, maybe now she'll try training her Pokemon especially to do well in fights from time to time?
She's giving a hand gesture of 'It's fine' and 'It's no big deal' to Nathan being embarrased over not being able to tell them more about what Pokemon the Elite 4 uses. "Well, if it's not allowed to speak about it after having battled them, that's totally alright, please don't feel bad for not knowing more! You already know more than we did about them before you told us. So, thank you for the info....!" Terra has a chance to quick-leave the room before Shiva continues: "I, ehm, saw sparks of electricity from Bo's side of the field on the broadcast - Jo didn't manage to leave a lasting impact on this Pokemon. Out of curiosity, what is this Pokemon if you said you know?"
Shiva also finds herself wondering what kind of Pokemon Gin has and uses later when she's preparing for the night, and how the heck she got THAT strong to become a member of the Elite 4. Probably she has trained for battle since an early age like Tanuki, but the fae enthusiast feels that this can't be everything. She finds herself almost LONGING to find out - as she slowly falls asleep with Cottonee close to her, her thoughts are full of fancy and edgy Pokemon she'd find fitting for a scene girl; like Lopbunny, Liligant, Arcanine and Flareon for 'fancy' and Banette, Froslass, Mawile and Bewear for 'edgy'.
-------------------------------------
Concerning Heart's ask to tutor Worry Seed to Victor:
Giving the PUNisher a quick glance of suprise to bringing up this request, Shiva eventually gives him an agreeing impression. "I haven't forgotten about that, Heart. We can do that at some point, definitely if you wish to have this move on your ghostly tree, Nightshade even knows how to cast a seed that creates insomnia. But let us wrap up the battle we agreed before getting to tutoring, shall we?"
"Oh....", she smiles a little and coyly upon remembering something, "If you're having any leftovers of that fruit salad/salad fruit with cream, I'd be happy to take them please to share it with my Pokemon for dinner!~" ^^
-------------------------------------
Once everything has been answered and shared plus Terra has returned, Shiva carefull raises her voice once more:
"*cough* So, ehm... I'd guess that'll be all, thank you again for agreeing to head in direction Elanor next. Is there anything more that feels important to be shared and discussed at the moment, or can we call it a day for now?"
She's asking that in a friendly and encouraging manner with a soft voice, but it's also visible for an attentive eye that she's emphasizing 'important to be shared' a little as she's beginning to feel exhausted from the meeting and would like to get enough and restful sleep before heading to Ancestor Cave tomorrow.

Terra looks thoughtful for a moment, before shaking his head. Right now, he didn't have anything more to say or add to the meeting, and Shiva was looking to be exhausted after a long, intense day, so it would probably be for the best for him to depart. He still had yet to go foraging for berries too, so the sooner the meeting ends, the sooner he can go out and do just that, before heading off to bed himself ASAP. Tomorrow was looking to be eventful in of itself, so he'd need all the rest he could get!
(And that's it for Terra's involvement in the meeting, unless Nathan or the others have things to bring up!)

All three Pokemon gain 2XP. Tanuki seems to have a great mastery of her moves, and Vaporeon can't even keep up with Quick Attack!
Here's a pick of Tanuki using her ability in training:
