Its times like this I fear the day I will fight against Nathan...against such powerfull move, high HP is the only way to survive such barrage of attacks.

And you'll have to invest time into making good character sheets. There are some decent ones on the Pokerole forum but they still need work.
Oh yeah, it's gonna be something a lot different from the usual 8 gym formula of the main series, I can guarantee that. Want to try something different with my campaign. Not sure about how long the campaign might take, but I do want there to be plenty of things to potentially do once we start getting into the meat of it. The exp balancing is going to easily be the trickiest part because things are going to be so different, but I'll try and figure something out.
I really like the character sheet you made, and I think I can definitely make it work for my campaign. Just needs some adjustments here and there. Shouldn't need to be anything too much more complex as far as the stat tracking for the player characters goes. NPCs might be another matter...I think I'll probably have to look into that a little more at some point, as there's going to be plenty of NPC allies (which will usually be GM controlled, so stat tracking for them isn't massively important for the players, but it could be potentially helpful). I made a few adjustments to the sheet a little while back, but yeah, definitely still need to flesh it out a little more.
I was thinking it might be nice to have a tab for each Pokemon, and just the first six tabs = your party. They'll need more than 2x10 cells if they have their own specialties and attributes.

That's okay then, thanks for the clarification!

I want that Umbreon.... I really really want to have it..... Damnit, if I'd have anticipated THAT happening, I'd have thrown a Ball at Primal Bulbsaur.

That's a fairly decent idea, but yeah, it'd take up a looooot of space...particularly if there's also a tab for keeping track of all the pokemon not in the party...
Might be something that could work, though. It'd probably work a lot better with physical notes rather than spreadsheet ones, tbh. But I could see it working.

Umbreon probably would have attacked you instead, or at least viewed your character with more distrust/hostility for capturing a fellow cave inhabitant, so Nathan catching it isn't SUCH a bad thing to me.

I stiil want to have it, at best both him and Eevee, even if it'd be via a trade from Nathan. Please? I'm having better use for it, both for breeding Eevees in the future and due to Shiva already owning a female Umbreaon at home...
But let me first try out convincing it on my own.

Not as much as you would think, if small text and cells are used in conjunction with formula to stream/compact data. I can always try my hand at creating these individual tabs myself, and send you a prototype version for you to critique/modify. As for Not in Party/In PC, keeping the Data/Numbers as text in Boxes or simply making a 'stacked' version of the Six Tabs would work, so I'll whip up a prototype of that too.
As for NPCs Tracking, just use a Word Doc and manually record the Attributes/Skills/Specialties/Surprises! of them and their Pokemon, and keeping a running tally of the XP they gain if they stick around/keep showing up so that you can increase Stats onscreen. Its a bit time consuming, but it beats making a detailed spreadsheet for everyone!

Yeah, Fury Cutter is a really friggin' scary move in the right hands, just like with any Successive Action attack (but particularly the non-normal ones). Particularly if Grid backs it up with Screech and/or SE damage. It'd be even scarier if it worked like Rollout since the move has a similar damage scaling mechanic in the games, but it doesn't in the base rules. *shrug*
I stand by Joltik and Galvantula having some of the best synergy between their Ability and movepool in Pokerole. Few pokemon even come close to benefiting that much from their move and ability combos. Grid is one of Nathan's strongest pokemon, hands down. If he's brought to the battle, something is big is gonna happen guaranteed, and he'll be ;leaving you guessing as to which strategy he's going to use. Will he Fury Cutter? Drop your Dex in one of a variety of ways? Lay a Sticky Web? Nuke you with Electro Ball? Lower your defense with Screech? Some combination of the above? He's very versatile, and I love it.

Not sure Umbreon and Eevee 'springing over towards Nathan' was a friendly gesture, tbh...I'd be very surprised if it was, given the current situation and how Umbreon and Eevee have been reacting.
