Nathan's watching that Umbreon and his kit carefully...

"Grid, to me, please.  Don't attack them unless they get aggressive."

That could potentially defuse a little of the tension.  Maybe.  If Umbreon and Eevee do get aggressive, though, Grid definitely looks ready to lash out with another round of Fury Cutters in response.  And Umbreon and Eevee definitely wouldn't last long against that, even if Grid were fighting by himself.

In summary, Nathan's staying wary of the wild felines, but he's not looking to continue this battle if there's no need to.  Nathan's picked up the Ultra Ball containing the freshly caught P-Bulba by this point as well.

As Shiva begins her entreaty, she realizes she's read Umbreon all wrong. Must be the remnants of FLASH in her eyes. Umbreon and Eevee are very fearful right now, angry, offended. Nothing she's said has helped them at all, but they're still hoping she will figure out what they're asking.
They've leapt to Nathan because he's near the Ultra Ball, and that's what they want - not for vengeance, but for longing.

As Nathan touches the Ultra Ball, it goes clear and he can glimpse inside. What the...that's not a Bulbasaur at all, Primal or otherwise!

Heart careful aproach Nathan. He could see what was inside the Pokeball and was surprised to see. "By the Creation Trio...its not a Primal Bulbasaur, but a Ditto! Man, thats what I call a PlotTwist. But...what those Umbreon and Eevee really want? They want Ditto be free or...join with you?"

Confusion strikes the fae enthusiast, she's feeling even more sorry towards Umbreon now that she realizes having read him all wrong, having barked up the wrong tree.

At the sight of the Primal Bulbasaur not being a Primal Bulbasaur at all and the small Eevee Family displaying longing towards the Ball its contained, she raises her voice towards them at again: "Umbreon, Eevee.... What... Do you two actually WANT to stay near that Ditto? W-why?"

He sighs.

"...shoot...this got a lot more complicated all of a sudden..."

Nathan's pretty sure he knows what the two of them want.  Three of them, even.

Umbreon pets his son/daughter. He sniffs Nathan suspiciously. The look he shoots Shiva, it speaks as clear as moonlight: Can we trust this guy? Can we trust this group with our family? Or are we doomed?

She's looking over to the Ball contaning the Ditto, to Umbreon and Eevee, then to Nathan. Very quietly, she speaks up to the latter: "Nathan.... You caught it. You already own a Ditto, if I remember correctly: One possibility is setting this exemplar free and letting them live her - or... or taking them all...."

"But, you understand why I would have the better use for a male Umbreon and an Eevee? I just told, you heard... What would you want to have for that Ditto? Please, tell me... "

Heart was silent for a few moments then he finally talk again. "I think we should let Ditto to live here. I mean, yeah its a rare pokemon, but I dont know...separated those three members of a family...I dont feel its something right to do. They have lived peacefully here for quite a while." Heart then look to that family of of three members. "I know myself how much family its important, be human or pokemon." Heart remember the family he have lost so many years ago, and feel sympatetic to those little pokemon.

Heart then spoke once again. "But like Shiva say, you have captured that Ditto Nathan. Its up to your decision about what to do. But in my opinion I think leave those family leave in peace here in this cavern. But its up to your decision Nathan and yours too Shiva. But...separate a so united family...that weigh my heart to do such thing." Heart then let the decision be made by his friends.

Her voice breaks, she sighs heavily, looks rather defeated and to a good degree, pathetic and full of self-loathing as she lets her head hang again. "I can't tell you, dear one, as I'm not sure myself. I'm so sorry... So....."

".....sorry...... All of it..." These tiny words are adressed to Nathan. "I WISH to.... trust you again, be friends with you again... But it's not easy in the slightest." ... "It's all so.... hard. Why...?!" She heavily gulps back a sob.

Another sigh from Nathan.  He seems like he has more to say, but...now's not the time to answer the 'why?' that Shiva posed. He'd also say something to Umbreon right now, but...he seems to be waiting for Shiva to say something in response.



Does that change Shiva's answer to Umbreon any?
