How many Unown could Nathan trap and prevent from escaping if Grid used Spider Web (a battlefield range move), @ Iron?

0, they are traveling through dimensions.
Paralysis and pain and the like will slow them down. If they are unconscious they cannot tap into their psychic power. Also, they seem to be much better at dimensional traveling while in their large group.
I suppose I could see a Spider Web affecting Unown like a spread move and physically restraining some of them. In which case it would affect up to ten random Unown.

I got carried away by other things and tiredness got the better of me yesterday, which is why I ended calling it a day earlier yesterday. At least I'm off sick this week which means I can drop in a little earlier here, and know that I much appreciate being waited for! <3
One thing after the other:
First, what has been shared here concerning a possible Crowded Condition in certain terrain sounds like a fine idea, especially if it adds to the challenge of the Battle/Encounter and scenic realism. Though I'd tie it with the size of the intended Pokemon to be sent out, for example it'd be only possible to EITHER send out two Pokemon to fight that are smaller than 1m in size OR one Pokemon that it equal or bigger than 1m, taking Bulbapedia or the Corebook as a guideline and making the player in charge for checking and sending out battlers accordingly.
Of course, this may make thing more complicated than necessary, so I dunno whether this is a good idea or not...? But feel free to give your thoughts on that.

What do you think, Iron? (08-29-2018, 06:29 PM)Iron Wrote: Shiva can ask for a roll or if Phantom knows the answer and thinks Shiva would know it, that'd be fine.
I don't especially like mindreading/metagaming and while I'm decent at solving puzzles etc. I tend to see the bigger picture instead of patterns, but I GUESS I can see some sort of reason behind the letters the Unknown represent - Shiva would certainly do, but I'd like to have a roll on that (blurred or not, doesn't matter to me) to see whether thoughts go into the right direction.

Regardless what letter it is, I want to catch it - you don't just pass on a free and legit Shiny Pokemon! :O But actually Iron, which letter is it and would Prof.Laurelin be interested in a shiny Unown at all, is it worth an extra reward or something from her?
Rest of thoughts and intentions go into GameThread, I'll get to it then.

Thursday is going to be busy, so I won't have much time to post until after 5 pm CST , so auto me when necessary , Iron .Right now, I'll say Terra is grateful for the help of Shiva, but tells her he's alright and that she shouldn't worry.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.

Shiva smiles, 'cause she suddenly remembers seeing those 4 letters in her father's research into Pokemon breeding and how traits are passed on selectively. There was sometimes a 5th letter, but it was a bit of an aberration...
(I need to level up Science 2 more.)
Wait, looking at it.... A, T, G and C are the base pairs in a DNA-double helix, with
A - T: Adenine and Thymine and
G - C: Guanine and Cytosine!
But what's the 5th letter then? H for the hydrogen bridge linking the bases? Or something I don't know the English name of...

Found, it's Uracil in RNA - To confirm that, the Shiny Unown with the rounded curves OR any other must be U.

With that mystery solved (good job!) I need battle orders from Shiva and Nathan.
My internet is having issues at the ISP level so we'll see how much I am able to get on.
