*Flashback!*

(Terra would probably be both grossly astonished and none to happy about it, so it was for the best he didn't see it!)

If the archangel's posturing and subsequent aloofness was an attempt to cow Genie into compliance, then they failed spectacularly, as instead the 'Fairy' Princess was sent into a giggling fit at the sight of them so riled from her simply teasing and taunting them! Were they trying to actually intimidate her? How utterly adorable, te he he he! If they were THIS easy to goad, and had such impassioned reactions to it, then she'll NEVER get board messing around with them! Happy days, happy days~!

However much 'fun' she was having with Raphael, though, it didn't and couldn't possibly top the sheer amusement she experienced with how vividly dear little Shiva to her kiss. The visceral shock they felt as she lavished them, how they just melted into her embrace and let out the cutest little squeaks, and their brilliantly rosy checks and gasps she saw/heard after she ended the kiss......it was aaaallll too perfectly adorably hilarious to her! Pfff.......tehehehehehehehehe!

The Dragon Djinni of the Desert was nearly left in stitches as she grasped her maw with both claw when tilting back in mid-air, trying her darnest to muffled her LOUD rancorous laughter, least it draw the attention/judgement of her partner. Even if she got caught and heavily scolded/punished it would STILL have been worth it, but that didn't mean she wanted to be 'disciplined' for some 'harmless' merriment! Things only got better when her fellow fae lady joined in laughing/enjoy the moment with her, as it showed that they were a good enough sport not to hold her tomfoolery against them (and not rat her out too!)! If they weren't already on the fast track to fiendish friendship before.....well, I need not elaborate really!

Oh, and of course she let Shiva stroke her neck! After smothering them with affection, it now their turn to do the same to her, *Drrrrrrrzzz....*

*Flashback Ends!*

(Will be following up on the Fly By Post ASAP!)

"Unfortunately, yes.  He did the same during his battle with Dagny.  And while it does win battles, it can also lose the war.  If Terra hears about this, he's going to freak out...I'm going to have to talk to Heart about this when he comes to..."

Nathan pauses for a moment, deep in thought...

...and then he remembers why he came here in the first place.

"...well, moving on from that for now...got another good place indoors we can have a quiet chat since the den's taken?"

"Yes, I do....THE TUBE ROOM!"

She runs off in a direction you haven't been yet. You go through a door still swinging wildly from her passage, and find yourself in a big/tall room about half the size of the arena. It looks to be a workshop where Tanuki repairs the parts of her Gym. Most of it is occupied by great big sections of plastic tube, strewn apparently at random. A lot of them are just short sections, or sections split down the middle into symmetrical halves. Multiple Zigzagoon occupy just about every tube. Tanuki is shooing one away from a spherical section lined with foam, which she plops down in.

You see there is plenty of foam and tube-components to act as makeshift furniture for you, too.

"Perfect, right? : D"

Nathan looks around the room from the doorframe for a minute.  "Hmmm...yup, it'll do."

Nathan shuts the door behind him and plops down on some makeshift furniture too.

"So, got two topics.  First one: we're headed to Teazel Valley soon, and I think we'll probably be visiting Bill on the way there.  You want me to point him in the direction of Dagny and you if he might be able to help with the willless Solosis thing?"

In the air, Genie was completely focused on safely sheparding Shiva and giving her a thoroughly pleasant time, as the very LAST thing she wanted happening was them getting injured because of her! She'll never be able to live it down, nor would her master let her regardless! Because of that, her eyes were firmly staring forward, and therefore excluding her from sharing meaningful gazes with her fellow fae enthusiast, sadly. Oh well, they were both enjoying themselves anyway, and were about to do so immensely more so in just a few more seconds. Her partner won't know what hit them, te he he he he!

(...)

Between the moment he, Genie, and Shiva arrived in the Berry Fields and now, Terra had mainly focused his energies combing the area for the valuable medicinal fruit, only periodically checking in on fae duo to make sure they weren't getting up to too much scheming. At that point, he had managed the herculean task to overcome the existential dread of his foolish decision to bring the two women together -He had not stopped kicking himself for it, though (not by a long shot) - and was starting to enjoy whiling away the hours foraging with his friends/partners, so the whole Encounter wasn't a miserable experience for the monk.

It was just one that had a heaping helping of caution and reflection mixed in with the usual peace and serenity.

Once they started their game of Hide n' Seek, however, and the mountain of the man had silently deemed it to be good/not overtly going to cause any havoc/trouble, he decided to leave them to their own devices and commit himself fully to finding berries. With them busy playing and competing to see who uncovers who the fastest, they wouldn't have time to get into/scheme any trouble, and ultimately figured he could lax his guard/vigilance.

'They are playing a game of Hide and Seek? Hm.....guess I don't have to watch them until they are done, then. Can't cause bad.....mischief and trouble if they having fun.'

Oh, the poor, naive fool....

That was why when Raphael rocked the air directly above him with their Sky Attack, he very nearly jumped out of his skin in surprise, snapping both his head up to the source of the disturbance and a hand to Melly's Quick Ball, his face set into stony seriousness as he prepared himself to fight an aggressive Flying type.....

....and had to do a double take when he saw Shiva riding Genie.

Smiling and waving at him without a care in the world.

Oh, and also the archangel, gliding alongside them, looking particularly and unusually aggressive. Can't forget about them!

".....*Blink-Blink* What."

So caught off was he by the sight before him, he only had that to say in response.

The reason he was so shocked was simple: his mischievous dragoness that the Fairy Trainer was merrily hitching on wholly loathed and abhorred the mere idea of anyone but her master and children using them for flight. She considered it both beneath her AND an affront to be mounted and ridden around like a Ponyta (No offense meant to the Warren Family!) to her free, whimsical, and Draconic spirit, and dislike being touched outside of battle to begin with. So anyone that suggested to Fly her was meet with rebuke - and particularly elaborate ones for the ones that kept insisting, or dared to try (the fools).

Only those she had deemed worthy and/or exceptional were given the privilege, and given how prideful and.....uniquely standard Genie was, it was rare honor indeed.

So seeing Shiva riding on top of his desert dragonfly without problem or worry was quite shocking, as it was both completely unexpected and meant that they (Genie) REALLY liked them. He knew they had house on fire levels of chemistry between them, but this.....

Entire minutes passed as he gormlessly stared up at the fae duo flying around.....before he let out a half exasperated, half fond *Sigh....* and offered them a nod along with a rare wide, toothless smile, before he quietly returned to searching for Berries.

Without a shadow of a doubt he knew letting the two of them stay together was going to be a right pain to manage....but it would also an joy unlike any other....

'Might be hard to deal with.....*Smiles*....but good things never come easy....'

(.....aaaaand that should do it for my part of this LONG MOMENT between Terra, Shiva, Raphael, Cottenee, and [last but not least] Genie! I'll let you wrap up things on your end dear, as after this scene I'm not going to post anymore about this. Terra's heading straight to Cress and in bed once he's done, since its been a loooong day for him too!)

I guess I don't have anything notably to add, Terra's reaction on seeing her mount on Genie is a priceless one for Shiva that doesn't fail to make her laugh joyfully and dare to lean a bit closer into Genie as a 'thank-you'. Successful prank, Aww! When he gave the duo the smile and nod, she was back on concentrating on the flight again and missed it.

Eventually they all landed softly, and Shiva would bow to the dragoness once more in respect and to express that she greatly enjoyed it, soon followed by voicing how she looks forward to play more with her [Genie] at some other time. *holds back a knowing and telling smile*. If Terra's okay with it, she accompanies him back to the Center after all their Pokemon and belongings are gathered with Shiva keeping Raphael [allowed to enjoy some more flying]  and the Eevee Family out along the way. Umbreon probably enjoys the dusk and incoming darkness which Shiva enjoys how making sure that they keep close by her. As a goodnight and thanks for letting him get to know Genie tonight the mountain of a man receives a kind hug from the fae enthusiast. :>

(I'm pretty tired, might play a little less here today and/or turn in for the night earlier.)

"Hm, well, if you get him to talk to Dagny, Dagny will automatically keep me updated. That should work just fine." She makes sure you know exactly where Bill's house is. "He's normally pretty friendly, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. Occasionally he does get absorbed in his work though. I think he's building some kind of PC attachment right now, some attachment he needs to adapt from other regions to work in Creshire."

+2XP for Shiva and Terra! I think that was a great way to get to know Terra's personality better - no battle required!

"Hopefully there won't be trouble.  The Solosis situation isn't exactly a very tasteful topic as it is..."

Nathan pauses again to think, then continues.

"...anyways, topic #2.  If you could keep the Zigzagoon from mobbing me, that'd be great."

Nathan digs around in his bag for a moment, talking as he searches.

"...given that you do a lot of spelunking and might have great need of this at some point, and there weren't any objections when I brought up the topic..."

...and pulls out the Rock Smash HM in all its glory.

"...two pokemon.  Bonus points if they aren't sniffers, psychics, or bugs."

(Important OOC Note: I'm justifying teaching it to 2 of Tanuki's pokemon on the grounds of her having a backup Rock Smasher if her first one is unavailable/incapacitated for some reason.  Better safe than sorry when it comes to Mt. Sentry!)

"Ziggies, go FETCH!" She throws a shiny bauble into one of the tubes and the Zigzagoon mob it.

"Ah, yay! I got to use Rock Smash with Mirror Move in my battle against Heart, and it was so exhilarating! Thanks, Nathan, for following through!"

"Forward, Spinda!" Spinda appears and totters forward. "No one can predict or manipulate Spinda, not even the Seikamater!"

"And if you tell anyone I own this next Pokemon, I'll Rock Smash your head! Forward...Dunseraph!"

A beautiful sky serpent appears, filling the entire room! It's the size of an Onix, but instead of being brutish, clumsy, and hard, it is smooth and graceful and magnificent. Its long whiskers tickle Nathan, and it doesn't seem to really need its luxurious white wings to fly. They're more for steering as it twists in the room, presenting itself to Tanuki and Nathan.

Though she surely sees it every day, Tanuki's face lights up brilliantly when Dunseraph appears.

"I know it's not technically a Normal Pokemon, but it actually evolves from one! Who knew Dunsparce had such potential? But that's my whole deal - Pokemon people tend to underestimate!"

"Well, Seikamater would probably still manage hit Spinda...anyways...oh my Arceus...whoa..."

Nathan's so awestruck, he almost forgets why he's even getting the privilege of seeing such a rare pokemon that he's only heard the vaguest rumors about.

"...well, I heard that Tandor's finest Dragon Tamers had Dunsparce that could fly...but it's certainly something else to see it in person...wow...oh, uh, right.  HM.  One use for the red spotted panda pokemon..."

*ding*

"...and one use for a pokemon that's as rare and powerful as the move itself."

*ding*

Nathan puts the HM away soon afterwards (hoping the zigzagoon haven't seen it yet).

"Alright, I believe that's everything.  If you could let me know when Heart's able to stand again, that'd be swell.  I need to speak to him about overexerting himself."

And with that, Nathan's done here.  On to the next day!  (I imagine Nathan will be having that conversation with Heart in the morning, given that Heart spent 4 Will on ignoring Pain and was also the target of a Legendary Psychic earlier in the day)
