base info: here
Bio:
Since a young age, Spira had been interested in breeding, and so at age 10, when most people start their Pokemon adventure, he went into breeding. By the age of 18, Spira had become a well known breeder in Hearthome City, (since this takes place well before the events of D/P/PT I can assume that the current gym leaders there don't exist then) and the Ghost-type gym leader of that time caught wind of his talent with Ghost-type pokemon and took him under their wing to make him into a Gym Trainer, so they lent him a (male) Drifblim to use and he went to Stark mountain to catch a Banette (female) for the training, and while he was there he caught a Slugma to help with his breeding, due to an argument concerning that Banette, he ended up leaving his hometown and started travelling four years ago, rumors of strange Pokemon and strong trainers led him to the Creshire Region about two years ago. His hobbies include cooking, he tends to be a little cocky, but all-in-all, he is a good person. He is not easily suprised by things that he doesn't understand.
Physical description:
Full beard and moustache, wears hiking boots, an ankle-length trench coat over jeans and a collared work shirt, and driving cap, he wears his shoulder-length hair in a ponytail. Wears his badges pinned to the lapel of his coat.
Just a quick question to confirm so I understand: Spira is definitely from the past?

I don't know about my fairies, depends on GM whether that Type is known already or not, or whether it's important at the moment at all.
Kalos native pokemon are fine in all likelihood. Aegislash have been around since the time of kings. Alolan and Tandorian pokemon are probably fine to a certain extent too. It's mostly going to be Deltas and other mutations that are going to be risky to use. That's the impression I got, anyways.
Canonically, Fairy has always existed as a type. There's just...alternate universe shenanigans at work in the main series games, shall we say.

On the note of Ominous Wind: In the games, it's a single target move. It's only in Mystery Dungeon that it's an attack that hits multiple targets.

Quicknote for @ Mikaruge108: using a stat boosting move multiple times does not stack the effect in Pokerole. When using any stat boosting move, the bigger boost overrides the smaller ones. So using Amnesia a second time won't do anything. If you were to somehow use Cotton Guard, though, you'd override the +2 Defense with a +3 Defense instead.
The only stat boosting effects that stack with other ones are the ones from Abilities.

Thanks. changed orders so now it would be the +2 DEF thanks to Amnesia and +1 to all other stats if the CD for Ominous Wind succeeds, correct?

Yup! You'd have +2 Defense, and +1 Str, Insight, and Dex if you get a (6) on Ominous Wind.

Yeah the generation doesn't really apply so much as mutations, Z-moves, weird things like that. Tandormon are fine unless the lore says they were discovered recently - no Tracton or S51, for example. By the same token, Porygons are a bad idea if you go back more than like 50 years. But in general the paradox rules are much more lax than in the handheld games, because we're going by canon/lore/storytelling rather than by mechanics.
