As a result, he probably won't hear hear/see her farewell , unless she stops long enough to tell him before continuing to flee. Sorry...

Oh, that'll work as well, just do as you please/what feels fitting the most to your guess!~ She'd state that immediately once realizating what these lights can do = indeed prior escaping into the Ice Cave. He doesn't have to directly see or even react to her soft-goodbye and wishes to take care, I imagine it more like a quick glance over her shoulder to him as she rans off with the others.

Okay, now we are safe for now...but we must get out of the thread of Deoxys and find the thread of our timeline. Cant we somehow make a thread conection to Bill or something like that?

There's no way we know at this point in time.  All Nathan knows is that he can only manipulate threads relating to the time period we're currently in.

Ah.....I kinda wanted Deoxys to be yanked through time with the group (That's one way to save the past!), but I more than understand why Nathan/Dragonstrike ain't taking that chance of bring it with us. Alien/Weird Supervirus are typically tricky to handle, as can be seen in Andromeda!

Out of curiosity, if Terra says/waves good bye to Deoxys around at the moment of the lurch, would Deoxys notice him and react in time? I'm also wondering if their brief connection is strong enough to actually yank the alien through time with him, but considering that Nathan's in charge of that stuff its unlikely that will be the case.

I'm pretty stoaked that Terra's more or less become a sagely monk now that he's More than Human! Also appreciate that his bonus is More Vitality as opposed to Insight, as that means he can be the uncontested Bulkiest of the Group.....someday. After I get that, I'll start working on his Insight, since after having a very involved history lesson through time / space and meeting Deoxys (sorta), he deserves to have his horizons expanded!

The only things I'm worried about are Deoxys' reaction to these events (Now that it has shared its thoughts with humans, it might going hunting around for more to study...), and the second thing is the Gift that they gave Terra, unless that is the More Than Human improvement (Though it doesn't sound like it is; Iron?). We really can't do anything about the first, and I'm not sure what to do about the second if it isn't MTHi .....

The other way to 'save the past' is to just let history take its course since Deoxys will be dealt with somehow, some way, by someone, guaranteed (as the present day as we know it would not exist if it wasn't).  And I'd really, really rather not deal with potentially fighting a Legendary when we don't have any suitable ways to fight it.

Got no complaints with your desicion, so I don't mind not taking Deoxys with us! Just a bit sad to see them go away from the plot for now/ever, for some odd reason. Oh well, I'll get over it.
