Just a quick OOC note: Just before we returned to Ginger Town and Heart joined the group, Shiva caught a female Nidoran.

She was not a fan of that pokemon at all from what I remember.

Everything that's displaying a poisonous aspect is tricky if you're asking like that, aside from Umbreon due to her family pet. And probably aside from that tiny Skrelp that hatched from an Egg she carried and wandered into Prof. Mallorn's care 'cause she's the seahorse's momma.

Nidoking is special case due to bad memories and experiences that developed into an outright fear for this species over the time, at home they don't breed any Nidos anymore since that incident. Nidorina and Nidoqueen should be okay however, especially if it'd help keeping Caesar occupied and more under control - all under the assumption that Nido's not brought too close to her and as long as Shiva isn't asked to like that Pokemon, means as long it's accepted by Heart that she's afraid of it.

Means, if you really want that Nidorina, don't abstain from it because of me - go for it! Besides, which Encounter will you go for? Trading doesn't spent it.

If I may make a suggestion, you can always trade Sheildon for Nidorina, as its both perfectly Obeident , Rare, and an all around decent Pokemon. Save Rhydon Mega for the future and wholesale it/collect the Items from its hide, as you'll get more bang for your buck that way @Spiritmon.

Ya know, if Heart had traded the Rhyhorn* for a Nidorina, I would have made a joke about Heart consistently trading Rhyhorn for much less than what they're actually worth

As things stand right now though, seems everything was a bit more balanced in the end.

If I may make a suggestion, you can always trade Sheildon for Nidorina, as its both perfectly Obeident , Rare, and an all around decent Pokemon. Save Rhydon Mega for the future and wholesale it/collect the Items from its hide, as you'll get more bang for your buck that way @Spiritmon.
