Oh, that cloak's just an ordinary cloak that got decommissioned, I'd guess Pokemon Rangers already existed as a 'force' in 2014. It doesn't display any eblems or anything that might hint to the future, so most likely nothing that'd be suspicious.

We're moreso talking about the hooded part of the cloaks.  Cuz ya know, hooded assailants and all that.  Flora would have definitely not let up the pressure if the majority of us were discovered to have hooded cloaks of any variety.

I think Terra is the only one who doesn't.

If nothing unforseen occurs that might interfere with that aim, sure - just ask kindly for that in-game. I think and hope the smol panda will enjoy being a tutor to a much bigger and imposant 'Mon. ^^

Now that Shiva's the only one currently with points in Athlectics Speciality (I think?), training him a bit more for Bulk Up does sound like a fine idea.

I would like a little help too. I been thinking for while in teach Rose two certain moves for her: Shadow Claw and Flamethrower. Viktor already know that move and can teach such move. Nathan Rapidash know Flamethrower if I recall too.

We're nearing the end of the timeskipping, so if you want to try any experiments, do them soon. I'm talking about things like the egg hax the Breeder mentioned, evolving Pokemon that take years, etc. For example you could leave a Nincada here in the past and it would have evolved by 2017, or you could leave an Egg and it would hatch by 2017.

That's, uhm, actually the first time I heard about that egg hax. Which Breeder has mentioned that, and does Shiva know about that in-chara? Because I'd be interested in doing that to hatch that Eevee Egg I've been carrying for quite a while now.

EDIT1: I also carry Apricon Saplings with me....!~ These take long to grow.
EDIT2: Nope, a search didn't reveal anything about this egg hax. I would have noted it, but likewise no results.

No wait: How about we just assume Shiva has heard about this so-called egg hax from her father? I'll make it up as some sort of theory or urban legend among those who dabble in Pokemon Raising and Breeding, a bit like that Celebi Egg.
