The Eevee Egg is indeed still there, and it hatches right before you get to Teazel Valley!!

It will have 2/3/0 for Happiness/Loyalty/Disobedience, as usual, and it knows the rulebook version of Rock Smash of course.

Awww!~ Shiva cuddles, snuggles and embraces smol Eevee thoroughly and lovingly, she seems very delighted that she now definitely can call a young exemplar of this rare Pokemon her very own since Spectral has her dad's OT and ID.



Due to her having kept a Free Slot in her party when leaving Cress City, Eevee can stay with her right away for a bit! If they're comfortable with it, they can take a place on Shiva's other shoulder to see the world a bit and be close to her.

We'll make Eevee a male exemplar. I explicitely asked Golda what Ability their Eevee has, happy to hear that it's Adaptability (proof): I cannot know what Ability Vaporeon had since I got her as a Vaporeon, but I'll assume hatched Eevee has Adaptability as well. Given that both parents also know Quick Attack (here's the post Daycare Eevee displayed this move), technically hatched Eevee has inherited this 13xp-move as well, hasn't it? Neat that it also knows Rock Smash!

Damn, battling indoors! That changes my choice of Pokemon a bit, but that's a actually pretty to clever to discourage me from a combo.

Oh yes, before I forget, I found a theme for Teazel Valley!  The location is rather ripe with trainers, and I wanted the track to reflect that this is more like a nature preserve than a town, city, or village.  It's also not quite as bustling as it will be on Monday, so there was that to consider too. Had to think about it for awhile, but I think I finally found a decent track to reflect that!

Eevee doesn't know Quick Attack. A Pokemon won't usually inherit common moves from its parents, only rare moves. It has to learn them through practice. It does inherit Natures unless steps are taken to change it, so Adaptability is its Nature.


The twins send out an Accelgor and a Munchlax! Immediately, all four characters start running around and around the arena, shouting out commands or cries. They seem to change their mind multiple times in a single round. This will amount to lots of conditional orders.

Ahh, then no Quick Attack for the hatchling. Fair enough! Now I wonder whether Shiva in-chara would know of any ways to hatch an Eevee with Run Away.

Whoahw, the chaos let loose by the twins and their super-fast looking Pokemon threathens to give Shiva headaches by simply watching them for seconds, Purrloin feels a bit overwhelmed by them and opts to not even try to follow their trail: She remains at the spot ready to pounce the moment Master gives the word. Raphael meanwhile circles the battlefield keeping a bit safe distance from the ground, he gives Shiva a determined look though when their gazes meet. Ventus always managed to keep himself together unless baaadly triggered, the archangel seems to have faith that Shiva with her honed sixth sense could do that just as well, if not even slightly better! She only needs to raise her voice a bit more when giving the commands.

Coughing once, she did so. "Alright, you two... Purrloin, Raphael, concentrate on me and my words and don't allow yourselves to be taken aback by their hyperactivity! Prepare yourselves by them trying to overrun us with their eager. Purrloin, please try to give Accelgor a taste of its own medicine by slapping the bug before it realized what's happening, then catch Munchlax's attention with a Night Slash and a Berry! No blood though, dear one. ... Raphael, you agree to me that it'd do us well to try calming the situation?" The archangel couldn't agree more. "Great! ^o^ But before that, slash the bug with some concentrated air."
