Ah Rivalry. A useful ability to increase strengh against the same gender, but also problematic against a Pokemon of the oposite gender. I remember such ability. But between Mold Breaker and Rivalry, to me, its more useful use Mold Breaker. Be able to hit fairies with powerfull STAB Dragon moves its always neat *Koa looking Cottonee and ready to deliver Dragon Claw* Koa no! Bad Dragon! Bad! *Water spray in Koa*

....I'm sorta grateful that I have so much work to do right now, as if I didn't waiting on the in game day to progress would be more irritating than not. Oh well, back to the grind.

I personally don't mind the downsides too much.  Having high Strength and proper damage boosting items/moves more than helps to compensate for the downsides.  Alternative Abilities would still have their uses though, of course.

Rivalry obviously still can't hold a candle to Download in our system, though.

That's reminds me of Porygon. It's been a while since we see him. Nathan would might take a care of him since he was inside the PC for such long time. I feel really bad when we left our Pokemon for such long periods of time inside the PC....

Don't worry, we'll be seeing more of Porygon-Z soon enough.  It's too much of a beast to NOT use it, and the digiduck's been with Nathan for most of the campaign, so it's definitely not forgotten.  I just have a lot of pokemon I want to cycle through and use at least a little.

And I also still need to work on teaching it Tri Attack, plus another 2 or three moves...and there's also more Conversion shenanigans I'd like to do. One of my goals is for Porygon-Z to have mastery of its Conversion by the end of the campaign! (and trust me, it will eventually. Just gotta get around to using it more...)

Ohh, we will see how that battle will go. We could get to that this Friday if you like, that's when I'll be back from vacation and have more time to send proper orders. Just approach Shiva in-game and and ask, alright?

Towards that threat from Koa, she just tosses back her long hair in a graceful way with Cottonee mimicking that to show that they're not afraid of the dragon.

Phew, my gamble with Shinx paid off. I was a little worried that Round was going to take awhile due to Amnesia and Rivalry.

So, since I've decided on what my last of Nathan's 3 pokemon for this battle is, let me just reveal the rest of what Nathan brought:

Sentry
If conditions had been a little more favorable or if the battle had been more than a 3v3, I would have probably tried to use her.  Her battle debut will just have to be done at another time.

Orthros
Spira would have gotten a glimpse of him already back at the volcano in 1005 AD, but it might have been fun to see if Spira could figure out what Delta Houndour's type was.

Ditto
Transforming into a Ghost could have resulted in an interesting mirror match since Ditto didn't have any random Transformations on Day 73.  Won't have any on Day 74 either, in fact.




Mostly just brought a bunch of pokemon that I thought would be fun to use for one reason or another ;P

Sure! I have no problems with that. Friday its a good day for us to take of our battle. Things gonna be a bit problematic because college will consume very much of my time. But I will try speed things as much I can.

In response towards Shiva and Cottonee Koa just make a simple glare "your time is coming fairy".
