[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Also people, I have a kinda weird question: Is any of you guys...is kinda tired from the first Gen? I mean, yeah its a pretty nostalgic generation and the first one of many player, but I think we already have more than enough things from Gen 1: The Alola Forms who was Pokemon from the first gen with different types. The battles against Red and Blue in the Battle Tree. The protagonist of Sun and Moon be from Kanto. The Pokemon Go. I dont know about you people, but I think Gamefreak should begin explore the next regions of the next generations: Johto, Sinnoh and Unova.

I know they have explored the Hoen region in Alpha Saphire and Omega Ruby, but there still much more to explore. That doesnt mean I hate Gen 1. I like quite a lot. Heck, Muk, Nidoking, Nidorina, Beedrill, Pidgeot and Venusaur its along of my favorite Pokemon from that Generation along with so many others. Not to mentioned one of my favorite ghosts, Gengar. I just saying its time to simple moveon instead of be chained to only one generation to be revisited over and over and over again.

I kinda agree that there should probably be a little less Gen 1 referencing.  Do I think Nintendo and Game Freak are going to stop referencing Gen 1, though?  No, they probably won't.  If you look at everything enough, there's always little references here and there to Kanto.  But so long as they're throwing in references to other generations of the series here and there as well, I can live with that.

Well, the hidden ability thing for the Kanto starters is cool and all, but did you guys ever notice this?  Honestly, I never had until I read that.

They will of course not gonna stop in make references all the time. As long they are gaining money with that, they will still stay the way they doing things. Unfortunately, if you make something with art but you not receive profit back, you will not able to go forward. And they many times crush anything good the fans make, even if these fans don't get any payment back.

The takedowns. Uranium "mysterious" disappeared from game awards. Coincidence?

I think not.

Interesting. Now that you mentioned it's indeed odd to Charizard have four fingers in one design and three in another.

Another starter fun facts: Mega Blastoise is one of three only Pokemon who have access to Mega Launcher Ability, with the other two be Clauncher and Clawitizer. He also have access to almost all Aura/Pulse moves with two exceptions: Heal Pulse and Origin Pulse (Kyogre signature move).

I don't think there's any need to bring that topic up and speculate about conspiracy theories.

Well, Charmander is the only member of the evolution line with that design inconsistency.  Its evos have never had that particular issue.

Again, pretty cool, but not really particularly odd and/or obscure trivia (Mega Launcher is the main reason Blastoise can learn those Aura and Pulse moves in the first place).  I've got a fun fact about Charizard that I think is particularly interesting, though: originally, Charizard was only going to have one horn (like Charmeleon) instead of two.  Did ya ever find it odd that Mega Char Y has only one horn?  I think that's probably because it might be somewhat based on Charizard's original design.

Well, this is something they would do dont you agree? They are a company above everything else. As long they receive profit and large mounts of money, they will going to the path they are. They dont really care about theyre fans.

I blame them for be a company? Of course not. If they want to be great and also pay they jobs and things of the day, they need to act as a company. And of course they have the rights of the Pokemon franchise along with others, so in the law, they are right. But! What I dont agree is the way they act towards theyre fans who try to "make" a tribute of respect for the favorite company of games they have who is the Big N. And every time they takedown. And I not only talking about Uranium.

The Metroid fan game. Hack-rom sites of games they dont even sell anymore. They trying to takedown Youtube. Nintendo destroying the tools the fans used to make fangames. Need that I continue?

I have 0 respect towards Nintendo. I respect anyone who still like Nintendo and respect them. But I have no reason to respect or like them. I like the games they made, but not the company as a whole.

Oh and that not a theory of conspiracy. Its a affirmation and a confirmation.

Interesting. Thats explains the reason about Mega Char Y have one horn. Its a interesting reference to Charizard original desigh plan. Thats pretty cool.

I have another fun fact that problably not many know: Venusaur its in fact based in a frog as base form to his creation. That can be show in Lets Go games where you put Venusaur out of the Pokeball he follow you jumping like a frog. Thats something who literally blow my mind because I always though he was based in some dinosaur or any other repitliean, but instead he is based in a amphibian. Thats make him the only amphibian grass starter of all generations. Since frogs and toads its not reptilians, but in fact amphibians.

I've had this discussion already in the relevant thread for it, and I'm not interested in continuing it (nor is this the place to do so).  There are things that Nintendo has done that I don't like, but there are also things they've done that I like a lot, that show me they do care for the fans despite some of the things they've done.  And it's for those reasons that I continue to support them by buying their products.
