Koa is up for any move he can learn, especially Draco Meteor. He thinks having either of the Fairy-beating moves should be enough.

Heart rest very well, and already was up to get the job done. "Wish I could have time to buy healing items, along with the chance of challenge the Gym Leaders...But today is someway important..."

Heart also get the chance to inform Terra/@Lord Windos about everything...along with sending a personal message. Its not like he would die in the mission, but hey, he was feeling bad for what everything have happened.

Howdy Terra. Good morning mate. Heart here. I dont know if you receive my last message, so I will be quickly in my message: Keni and Nathan Uncle was kipnaped by those Scimitars, and take hostage to some kind of base of the Almanacs. Me, Shiva, Nathan and Spira is planning a infiltration mission to rescue everyone those guys have kipnaped. I the most stealth member of the Team, so my skills will be necessary. And remember Natu? He evolved when he say some sort of profecy about the future. Just ask Shiva or Nathan about the details.

Also I want to say something: Forgive me, my friend. I know you still mad at me after everything that happened. The suggestions of either kill or brainwash Juni when we were in the past. My agressive actions towards her. And to have disapointed you my friend. I was a idiot and a stupid person to have go so below the levels of those Scims. I should have acted better than that.

I dont know what wait us, but I want to at least have my friend clean and to depart in some mission before at least apologize to a precious friend of mine. Its okay if you dont want to answear that message...but know that I sorry.

As the alarm clock on her cell called to get out of bed, Shiva jolted awake almost immediately - she has slept over in a dorm of the local Pokemon Center in Cress City for simplicity's sake. Uncommonly for she didn't feel the urge to just turn around and get back to sleep, for she knew what was awaiting today... She absolutely can't risk to make a misstep now. Not NOW.

It was relatively dark still as she gazed out of the window, as Shiva faced her reflection in the pane she was met with a determined expression and a serious gleam in her eyes. Yet she noticed her hands shaking a bit. "Calm down....", she whispered to herself. "Everything will gonna be okay. You're prepared. You're not going in there alone at all. You've called Golda yesterday. You asked Terra to serve as backup in case of emergency, Helios is with him. What's left now is to get started. 'Mission start', as they say in videogames." She chuckles a bit to elaborate her mood, Cottonee tiredly flew over to enjoy some more minutes of rest on top of Shiva's head. Vaporeon let out a yawn and rolled onto her back at the end of the bed as she heard Master packing up things for the Infiltrating.

She has stocked up on medicine yesterday night already, for she's not sure when the market opens.

She was buying the following

- 1 Super Potion for 700$
- 1 Ice Heal and one Burn Heal for 250$ each
- 2 Paralyze Heals for 200$ each

---> Total: 1600$, removed from chara sheet and added to Inventory

She performs a few tai chi exercises with Pangoro, eats a bit, watches the weather forecast but not the daily horoscop as it's too early in the morning for that, then heads downstairs to pick up the party of Pokemon she has decided to bring along. Everyone is there for a reason.

Her party is the following

- Cottonee: Personal mandatory, Infiltrator Ability, can to a degree heal herself
- Lilith: Plot-related mandatory, Magic Room
- Tropius: Flyer, Razor Leaf, persistent, can heal himself
- Yena: Because loyal dog, Rock Smash, the Scims tend to carry Psychic Types, can attack lethally
- Vaporeon: Rock Smash, Helping Hand, can nullify foe's buffs with Haze, can retrive things from underwater without being noticed
- Azu: Very versatile, Helping Hand, Huge Power Ability, can to a degree heal herself

Plus three Eggs safely packed away in Incubators.

Eventually, Shiva waits by the dipilated shack for the others - Heart, Nathan, Spira - to arrive as that was the agreed meeting point, sipping on a black coffee to go with Lilith sporting an tinfoil hat calmly by her side and a Mightyena featuring large leatherly wings reminding on a Masquerain sitting by her feet. She herself is wearing her Ranger's cloak and the Baashaun Boots, the snatched Scimitar Robes are prepared if needed.

Haven't heard or seen you lately, is everything okay on your front? What you're doing, how are you? If there are trouble, please don't hesitate to seek us out.

Well, speaking about trouble - trouble has found us, there's been a ruccus in Cress City. Heart's the one who was at the place first, contacted us because there's something weird about the happening - in short, Keni Morgusi and Nathan's uncle were kidnapped, all of Mr. Morgusi's artworks have been stolen. We have reasons to believe it were THEM - Scimitars, yes. Ugh... I can't tell you much about the fine details now, that'd be long for a text message. It all points to Almanac's Labs not far from here, interpreting a prophecy Heart's Natu - now Xatu - made leads us in there. Yes, codename Dizzy is with us. He asked for us to come along, with 'us' now being me, Nathan, Heart and Spira. We'll get started tomorrow morning when the day breaks.

Why I am telling you all that...? Nah, that's not hard to guess: I'd wish for you to serve as a back up in case we're getting into trouble. Please do me - us - that favour, it'd help much. No, you by no means have to come and seek us out, if you don't want to get near their Labs you're not required to do so. My feelings are telling me that everything will go well, we're not unprepared, but just in case - if you don't receive a message from me within 24 hours after this one, it means that we've gotten into a mess. Please either come for help or send help to the Labs near Cress City, contact the League, the police, a willing Gym Leader. I'll leave Helios, my tough and smart Alakazam at Nurse Joy in Teazel Valley for you to pick up, I asked him to aid you with his teleporting skills. Just ask Nurse Joy whether an Alakazam with the OT 'Shiva A.' and an ID of 76990 is reserved for Terra and she will know.

Welp, guess I need to decide on a team then.  Let's see here...

- Gallade and Calam are a given for obvious reasons
- Porygon-Z is coming along to help mess with electronics if necessary
- Charizard is coming because he's a very strong Fire type
- Grid's coming to help with debuffing enemies and because he's amazingly versatile
- Ditto because it's versatile

Nathan also sends a text to Shiva, Heart, and Spira saying which pokemon he's bringing so they can plan accordingly.  (with an added note for Spira concerning Porygon-Z's Type and basic capabilities)  On a more lighthearted note, now everyone except Terra also knows that Charmeleon's evolved (though not necessarily when and why).  Hooray, I guess?

The young trainer also does a few things before heading to the trading card shack to meet with everyone.

- First of all, Nathan has to have a chat with Charizard and Grid while in the privacy of his room in the Pokemon Center.  Starting with how yesterday's Gym Battle went!  With a smile on his face, he's happy to show them the Staurolite Badge and say, "We did it, guys.  We beat Angela.  Couldn't have done it without ya both.  Charizard, thanks for doing the bulk of the work.  You did an absolutely spectacular job.  Grid, ya might have been taken out early, but all that damage you dealt helped secure our victory nonetheless.  Calam was able to come in and simply clean up all the weakened foes you two left for him with Iron Tail.  I couldn't be prouder of how the both of you performed."

The smile soon turns to a frown however.  He also needs to tell them about what happened afterwards.  "...however...while you both were unconscious, it seems Keni Morgusi and my Uncle...they were kidnapped.  Their homes...they were destroyed completely by a purposeful Earthquake..."  He tightens a fist, enclosing the badge inside.  "...those damn Scimitars seem to have taken them to their base in the Almanac Labs on the Cress Cliffs.  The place is a veritable fortress."  The fist loosens slightly, the hand drops, and he looks Charizard and Grid in the eyes.  "...we can get in, though.  Calam knows how we can get in undetected.  So our mission today is to save Keni and my Uncle, while they might still be in the building.  Get in, get out.  If we can save them, we might be able to nail Almanac for collusion with the Scimitars.  Particularly if I can find a place to leave some little electronic gifts for them from Dagny.  Gallade's been itching for a little revenge on the people who put him through so much pain, Calam's been training his entire life for this...to say this is quite possibly one of the most important events in their lives and mine is an understatement...and that's why I'm asking for your help.  I can count on your aid, to help me show those insensitive criminals what it means to value individuals as more than tools, right?"  Given that the both of them have 4 Loyalty, they shouldn't have any issues with the request, but Nathan wanted to ask for good measure.

- Second, he's decided on who to use the TM for Return on!  The lucky recipient is...

Porygon-Z!  It isn't anywhere near learning Tri Attack yet, but this Return will be just as strong since Porygon-Z currently has 3 Happiness!  (I probably would have taught Zippy Return instead, but Combee can't learn any moves via TM in the games, so he's incompatible with the move through normal means  )

Plus, I do feel kinda bad for (somewhat unintentionally) neglecting Porygon-Z a little ever since the incident with Dagny and her Delta Porygon (the only time we saw it after that was when it learned Electroweb), so teaching Porygon-Z a strong STAB move after the useful Electroweb is also a kinda half apology, I guess.

Nathan would also tell Porygon-Z about what happened with Keni and his Uncle (to keep things brief, I won't type that out), and ask for it to help rescue them, with a lot of special emphasis on how much technology Almanac probably has that could be messed with (more opportunity to apply some things that Pulse might have shown Porygon-Z, or to try some new tricks to show Pulse later.  And Nathan will definitely make sure to spend a little more time with the both of them after all of this!).  It's kinda important to ask in this case in particular because a pokemon with only 2 Loyalty, according to the book, '...won't help you in Life-or-Death situations'.

Third: Nathan needs to talk to Ditto.  If he's going to bring the amorphous pink pokemon along, it'll have to know why.  To keep things brief again, Nathan tells Ditto what's happened and asks for its help with the infiltration since its skills could mean a world of difference in a tight spot.  He knows it's still asking a lot of Ditto and that he still hasn't (naturally) earned any of Ditto's Loyalty and not much of Ditto's Happiness, but...he's very, very thankful that Ditto helped out in Mt. Sentry and the volcano despite that, and he can't express that enough.  He doesn't think he'll ever be able to fully repay Ditto for how it saved them all in Seikamater's Lair.

Oh, and I suppose I should also say what Ditto's randomly Transformed into today (and thus what form it's in while Nathan's talking with it), shouldn't I?  It's...

Fourth, he also needs to buy some items, and would have probably done so last night. He gets: 2 Super Potions for $1400. He's got lots of healing items on hand already, but having some stronger ones is never a bad idea.

TLDR; Update Grid, Charizard, and Porygon-Z on what happened, ask for their help with the infiltration/rescue for good measure, also ask for Ditto's help (because it's extra important to do so with a pokemon with 0-1 Loyalty), and finally use that Return TM!

Yeah, you get the impression Honedge will listen more in a real mission than a trainer battle. He may not obey every command exactly, and you shouldn't issue complex orders to him, but he won't run off or betray you or anything like that.

In stark contrast to his usual routine, Terra woke up bright and early with a bleary, weary eyes and a frown, grunting as he dragged himself out of bed to get a cold shower to wake himself up. Though a veteran and seasoned wilderness survivalist, his three-day expedition into the Safari Zone had taken its toll, thoroughly wearing him out.
 
Not helping was staying up and Encounter those dangerous pestilent flowers, the whole debacle leaving him being bone tired Exhausted. He was four Pokémon richer from the ordeal, though, so looking back on it and everything else did managed to give him some pep and bring a slight smile to his face.
 
‘Trip through Safari Zone was tough, but very profitable and good training. Got Shiny Diggersby and cool Seismitoad, battled lots of giant Pokémon, and learned more about Deoxys. Not bad.’
 
‘Hm……was tiring, though, so will take break from training and not over work me or partners. Must pace self and recover, or condition just get worse later. Hm……maybe celebrate with team? Did do lots of hard work and grown closer to them, and not doing anything else……yes. Yes, will do that.’
 
With that trailing thought, his day plan roughly drawn out, and he emerged from the shower and headed downstairs to collect his Pokemon and head to the mess/cafeteria to grab breakfast for everyone. Not before he finished his week looking ‘cooking’ lessons, though, which combined with his intense study in the field gave his a grand total of 5 Points in Science: Chemistry! With that Specialized Knowledge, is it possible for Terra to be able to pick out/make the perfect meal(s) that supply him and his Pokémon nutritional needs and taste good, among other things? Just curious!
 
Regardless, after getting his fill, the sagely monk leaves the Center and proceeds to do the following:
 
-      Put his Overgrown Ferrow and Giga Psyduck up for sale, requesting either Poke or a fair trade for valuable Items for them.
-      Call Brazen the Shieldmaiden! Here’s what he has to say: “Hello, Brazen. Wanted to…..check up on you. See how you are doing. Have something to ask you, too: do you know anyone that would buy and can hande a Whiscash and giant double headed Octillery? They are very big and very wild, so I want to find right buyer, but don’t know….where to start looking. Can you help?”
-      Buy Medical Supplies to replenish the ones spent in the Safari Zone! Specificially: 3 Potions, 2 Super Potions, 1 Hyper Potion, and 3 Antidotes, which in total should cost $3500 Poke. If its possible, he’d also like to buy a couple of Chesto Berries and Persim Berries for whatever they are worth (he’s good for them), as you can’t really have enough ways to cure Sleep and Confusion! Also, is there a place in TV that sells Sitrus Berries?
-      Sell the small chuck of MSC for $750, and get the crown that Posei found appraised by the local tradesmen to get an idea of what it really is. Might as well, right?
 
After doing all of that, Terra is about ready to head over to the canteen/communal area and treat his Pokémon to a celebratory treat…..

…..When he receives two message is relatively quick session, reading through the first before moving on to the second.

His previously casual lighthearted sublimated instantly like ice cream down a hungry Sulgma’s maw, and his expression turned grave, pale, and thunderstruck. He then noticed the other messages the group left him the day prior that he missed and read through those too, dread mounting and a sense of shame and self resentment washing over him as he caught up on everything.

‘……..Oh. Oh no.’

His first thoughts were dour, cursing himself as to how he could nearly miss something like THIS, forgetting/not caring about the fact he was quite occupied in heart of the Safari Zone at the time the catastrophe went down. It is his duty to protect and watch out for his friends, and to fail it so utterly, to not be there and ready when they needed him most, and promptly respond to this heinous crime…….it hurt him worse than any Petal Blizzard.

He then got serious. Deathly Serious. Chuckles level of Seriousness

Through sheer force of Will, his earnest desire to make up for his ‘failings’, and the determination to make things right and just, he curbstomped his negativity and weariness into the ground, and promptly answered both his friend back.

To Heart: ‘ Got it. Everything. Not happy with your suggestions…….still feel bad about it too. …..But I understand. Understand why you made it…..and that you are sorry. So…..I accept your apology.

Not…..very good at being sneaky, very tired from trip through Safari Zone, and Keni and Oscar need to be rescued quickly, so will not be able to join group in……infiltration. But I will be ready to come to help if needed. Shiva told me where you and everyone is going, so will take up watch near Route where Almanac and Scimitar Base is. Will come if called or not hear from you in awhile, so do not worry. I have your back.

To Shiva: ‘ Doing good. Got back from three-day trek through Safari Zone, and caught lots of big and rare Pokemon. Will tell you more later, though. After…….your mission. Understand……whole situation and will take up duty of being backup. Not good with Stealth, very tired from journey, and……need to rescue Oscar and Keni quickly, so can not join group. But will do what I can to help. Promise.

Shiranui (Who has been Paralyzed for the Day, as usual, and is Holding his Black Belt)

And departs to Cress City with on top of his supreme seraphic serpent, using Agility to speed up their flight tremendously, not caring in the slightest about making a scene! From there, he quickly heads over to grab Helios, goes into the bathroom to…….prepare himself (FYI: Put on his disguise; will PM the details to Iron to save time/hash things out), then makes his way to the Route nearby the Cliff-Side Scimitar/Almanac Base, picking a spot that is relatively out of sight but nearby. The mountain of a man is now ready at all times to wade if needed, whether to rescue his friends are cause a great big ruckus!
