(Oh... Yes, that makes sense to me. Thanks!~)
Shiva's all up for a Ghost Type sneaking past once more to get to these crates. "You think one of the Ghosts could also phase THROUGH each one of these labeles crates to take a look at its content, possibly retrive a bit of it? Just...out of curiosity, I don't quite get why Almanac whould store umbrellas that are unmistakably assigned to them in particular." ... "Maybe... Maybe Cottonee could aid with her Infiltrator Ability even!", she adds a few moment later in excitement.
She doesn't expect that the entrance is through these crates however - they appear more like the possible key to this entrance. Maybe there's something worked into the ground.

Shiva's very glad and relieved that Honedge does indeed obey the commands and fulfilles its given task to perfection, and Lilith naturally receives her praise for the aid. She stays out of her Ball for now as company.
Ohhh, protected by palm scanners... A twitch runs through the natural fae enthusiast's hand, but she doesn't do more than observe the elevator and glass doors closely. It doesn't make sense to her at all that the elevator can solely go up, same with the stairs, that's just...highly weird and suspicious. If Almanac wants to make lots of money, they perhaps wouldn't have invested into such useless ways of transport into their base. Like, where's the necessarity of a one-way elevator? There must be something about it that she misses, so she decides to take a closer look at the elevator and staircase, she doesn't touch anything though. Her Pokemon aid, she lets Yena sniff them for example.
Her curiosity towards these crates increases even more, and in sync with Spira she snaps her head towards them. "You're right, something about them is ....strange." A wide and interested smile forms on her expression as she emphasizes 'strange', her curiosity is vividly awake. "Come on, we'll check them out... If there's something, likely even Uncle Oscar and possibly Keni downstairs form here, there must be an entrance nearby, the Scimitars HAVE to get down as well in some way, maybe even from this basement? It's just....how."
Do the crates make a sound as well when Magic Room wears off a few seconds later? She desires to get back to the labeled crates either way for further checking, means past the camera again. It could be risky to pull off the same trick again, so now could be a good time for Porygon-Z to disable the security cam for a bit of a longer time frame indeed.
Yena can smell that these stairs are used less frequently than the elevator. (And yes, they are not one way conveyances, I'm just saying they don't provide access to the sub-basement.) Both have fresh human scents on them.
There's a camera inside the elevator, positioned so it can see the elevator's occupants only. The stairs looks more like an emergency fire escape route; it's not very fancy or clean.
The crates make another sound when Magic Room wears off, yes. It's the sound of machinery re-engaging.
Luna hands over the Lum Berry temporarily and phases into the crates, but returns empty handed. In fact, questioning reveals that the crates are entirely empty!

"...empty? We can clearly hear the sound of machinery from inside them, though...they're not dusty despite how old they look, though...they must be handled fairly frequently...but they're also nailed shut, so that probably also rules out that whoever handles them ever opens them...hmmm...so that might mean that they're moved somehow every so often...maybe the machinery we can hear is related to that somehow? There's a very interested and attentive expression on Shiva, with sly smile and everything, as Driftloon reveals the crates being empty, like a sweet-toothed Fairy Type that is promised chocolate. "Thanks for the help, Luna, Spira. That was a good action."
She begins to believe that these crates aren't really crates but are just semi-disguised as crates, or in other words - there's much more about them than the eye can see. In her view, they could serve as some sort of 'delivery or postal service' between Almanac and the Scimitars, that would explain why some are labeled with (ALMANAC) and some aren't!
Once more she lets Yena sniff on the crates, all three labeled ones. "Yena, dear one, do these two -", *pointing to those labeled "UMBRELLAS (ALMANAC)" and "DISHES (ALMANAC)"* "- smell any different than this one?", *pointing to the one labeled (DYE)* If they do, that half comfirms her guess, but it still doesn't explain where the hidden entrance is unfortunately. Therefor, next attempt: If the crates are pushed, is something below or near them in/on the ground? If Shiva is too weak to move them alone, she'll ask the others to help. At worst, Azu will aid with her handy Huge Power.
The crates aren't big enough to hold a standard human figure comfortably, are they??

If necessary, Nathan will ask Porygon-Z to try and make the camera malfunction so that it doesn't catch them on the video feed while they're investigating those crates. If a roll is required, I'd hazard a guess that it'll be Insight + Knowledge + Science. In addition, Nathan will also spend a Will Point to add a success to that roll if one is required. No way does he want to screw this up before they've even begun!
(and because it makes sense due to Nathan's background, I'm going to level his Science 1 specialty to 2 for 12 exp. He knows how to navigate computers due to spending a lot of time on them while doing research, and that knowledge is very likely useful for supporting Porygon-Z's various skills as well, whether it be Conversion usage or computer/electronics navigation.)

Yena thinks they all smell the same, but they do smell like humans.
Science:
(6)(4)(6)(4)(2)(5) (5)(3)(6)(5) (6*)
Massive success. Porygon-Z zips into the camera. As he enters, a circle on the camera's base glows. A second later, the camera shakes a little bit, and the red circle delivers a Pokeball onto the floor below. Tink!
PorygonZ sticks his head out of the red circle also, then spins his body 360 degrees while his eyes spin in the other direction. He seems proud of this, and ducks back into the camera.
Thirty seconds later, the camera blinks and goes inactive. Porygon returns and slips into your Pokedex, where he plays a file showing a short loop of the empty basement.
Shiva, which crate are you shoving? Each push will require a stealth check.

...a pokeball? Nathan mutters something about, "...typical Almanac and Scimitars..." Then he looks at Porygon-Z and gives him a thumbs up. Though his expression isn't entirely reflective of it, he's also proud of Porygon-Z for pulling that off without a hitch. It'll probably take them hours to find out something's wrong with that camera now.
What's in the pokeball??

What's in the pokeball??
You pick it up and it goes transparent. Inside is a Porygon, the first stage! It has a big A on its forehead, and it's frowning at you.

She'll start with the one labeled "DISHES (ALMANAC)" because she believes those are coming from the Scims and are 'adressed' to Almanac.
(She never took the Baashaun Boots off since this morning.)
