Another part of that scenario still isn't done, however: Mr. Mime
So, there's two ways Nathan can help get Mr. Mime out of there right now if he doesn't wish to stay there any longer to assist them with freeing Oscar and Keni. If Mr. Mime wants to stay and help with freeing them, though, there won't be any complaints from Nathan!
One: If Mr. Mime isn't actually registered to any pokeballs, Nathan could register Mr. Mime to one of his and send him to Bill's PC (which should be a lot more comfortable than being trapped in a pokeball). And because it gets him out of there immediately without having to worry about any of Almanac's security, this is the easier of the two options.
Two: Nathan could show Mr. Mime how the group got in. However, Mr. Mime would likely be on his own for sneaking out at that point, so this is the harder of the two options. If he escapes without getting caught, though, he would be free without having to put a considerable amount of trust in Nathan, though. But if he is caught...that might cause some problems.
Which would Mr. Mime prefer (assuming option one works and Mr. Mime would rather escape instead of help further)?
Mr. Mime is registered to a Pokeball, unfortunately. He's a little unsure between the two options of helping, or escaping directly. If he comes with you, he's likely to run off at the first sign of trouble.
He points upward - can you show him the escape route so he can decide?

Nathan certainly can. Carefully and quietly, of course. With Gallade's Telekinesis and now less restrictive Teleport, getting up to the hidden room and showing Mr. Mime the tunnel shouldn't be an issue.
"As a warning, there is still security at the end of the tunnel, so you can't just stroll outside as if nothing's wrong. If you want to escape now, though, I won't stop you, and I could maybe help as well. We've also got friends waiting outside, ready to jump in and help if something goes wrong, and one of them's a Gym Leader who specializes in using Fairy types, so you could meet up with them after getting out. If you want to help us out though...well, let's consider taking the pokeball you were in along, so that way I'd have a way to keep you out of harm's way. I could also maybe use the pokeball to sneak you past the security outside."

Ohhhh, these crates are like lucky bags, Shiva's having her fun investigating. Of course she lets Spira have the Banettite, no question. She herself already owns a Delta Incense which she once ordered from Soor's Nature Shop, so if the spectral Breeder would like to keep it, she'll let him - if not, she'll pocket it for now. Yena sniffs on that incense very interestedly, then sneezes with a cloud of sparkling shield dust being launched into the air - Azu snatches after it.
That Hypno's Monocle Shiva pockets after having tried it on just for fun - eh, it doesn't do anything to enhance her eyesight. But it seems useful even if evading usually isn't her style. (Spirit, here's an Item I'd trade for 2 Conditional Balls!~)
Shiva's incredibly curious but not very up to become a never-before-seen Ghost Type Eon as she and Spira stumble over that crate with airholes in it. Hummm, she musters it with a concentrated face, lets Yena sniff on that one especially - "Does it smell like a living Pokemon is in there, dear one?" She'll also put an ear on the side of the crate, gathers her sixth sense - if there's anything living in there that isn't dead or drained of all emotions, Shiva will detect it. But does the 'content' feel neutral or hostile?? "What do you think, Spira? Up to open it? I'd actually, well... would like to do so, but maaaybe not down here." Is that crate small enough to be taken along closed without any problems?? Possible to transport it in a free Pokeball???
'Spigots'? Why in Reshiram's blazing white fur would Almanac store that, and where might that lead to? Shiva touches that crate, if nothing bad happens she'll try to push it or pick it up. "'DELIVERY' will probably lead further down, and these 'UTENSILS' back up to the floor we just were, I'd guess. Let's wait for Heart and Nathan to return before progressing, shall we...?"

Alrighty, then. items, cool.
Box with airholes: "I don't know if it'd be safe to open that, might have a Pokemon in it." Spira says, shrugging. ((It might be small enough to carry w/ both arms [approx dimensions; 36"x28"x24", give or take maybe 6"], question is; it light enough to carry this way?))
((yoink!))
"Huh, this looks like one of those 'Mega Stones' Nathan mentioned, I'll show it to him later, see if he knows which Pokemon it's for." (Similar dialogue to if he found it, Spira'll ask to see it first) Either way, added to inventory. "Hmm... Not sure what this is, looks like an incense of some sort." -Edit- He accepts the item from Shiva, "I know these are helpful in breeding, but haven't seen this incense before." Hypno Monocle: Spira has no need nor want for this, if he's the one to find it, he'll hand it to Shiva.
Pokeballs:
"Shiva, found 10 Pokeballs, wanna split 'em?" question: do the spy cameras have any film in them [especially if its used] or are they digital?

Oh yes, Shiva's very up to split these free Pokeballs. (+5 for me and Spira) "It's never wrong to have enough of those!~" she sing-sangs in a melodic voice accompanied by a delighted smile. Now she feels like not having to buy Pokeballs for a looong time, hehe.
As Spira displays being innocent about that Incense, Shiva draws the exemplar she owns to show him, which is a semi-proof of trust as it's an Item she wouldn't show anyone. "I once bought that online, wasn't cheap but worth it. Useful if you intend to breed extraordinaire Pokemon, like Yena here... Or aim to encourage an Eevee's gene pool to mutate in a stable way while still growing inside the Egg." She musters the second Incense, then shrugs. "If you don't want to have it, I'll gladly take it as back-up! ^_^ "
Hypno Monocle wanders into her pockets as well then!~

Perfect. Now Dagny's decryption software can do its magic and hopefully get her access to the information on the servers. Time for Gallade to try Teleporting them back outside of the barrier.
That works too!
Heart, let me know if you take any Conditional Balls when you two leave the room.
I take 12, but without Nathan have see
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.

Mr. Mime opens his palm, asking for the Pokeball he was in.

Yena agrees it smells like Pokemon, and your sixth sense detects a very very faint sense of three living things. You've never encountered anything like it before, with that faintness.
A Pokeball will not work on it because it contains too many items/living things. It is small enough to put under one arm, though.
You push the SPIGOTS crate and suddenly, Spira sees you disappear!

The spy cams are digital. You can program a password on them, and view their contents in a web browser. Not that Spira would know how to do that, though.

Nathan hands it to him. "Be careful, alright?"
