...oof.  That's a good point, too...

In any case, we have three problems to address here:
1. The gauntlets on the wall will likely start attacking us as soon as we enter the room properly.  We'll likely have to destroy them no matter what happens.

2. Freeing Keni and Oscar.  Oscar should be pretty easy since we're just dealing with metal bars and chains.  The real problem is that Curious Cord and figuring out how to break it.  The colors might be the key to that, though.

3. Doing the above two points quickly so we can Teleport out with the cards ASAP.  If we take too long, the Scims/Almanac will probably show up to engage us as well and make things a ton harder.

Well, the gauntlets in/on the wall could indeed be nothing but a monitoring and safety measure, but they could also maintain that Curious Cord, both is a possibility. If destroying them won't do the trick, then I'd go for targeting it directly with moves that will deal super effective damage on each thread as a last resort.

I have brought along three Pokemon knowing spread moves for the 'doing the above points quickly'-aspect. ^^

We should probably close the entry down the room Keni and Oscar are in before starting things, and someone of you people must use a Fire Type move or Rock Smash to free Uncle Oscar from that metal chain.

Σ(°ロ°) Then definitely no casting of Magic Room from Lilith's side as accidently messing up our escape is the very last thing I'd like to happen. Thanks for that hint!

I've got two mechanical/scenic questions I'd like to ask before things get started:

- I'm very interested in what's pinned on the corkboard in front of Keni to see what they force him to paint, would like to snatch these drawings to take along for later examining. Would that count as a normal Trainer Action during the potential battle or would you roll for it? If rolling, maybe it'd be better if someone with a higher Dexterity than me (4+) would do that.

- Is there enough room that Tropius can be summoned and battle alongside Cottonee? If not, Azu will accomapny the fluffball.

If that's the case, the trick would be determining which types to hit it with, as well as which pokemon know those types of moves among everyone we've brought.

I'm probably going to start with Grid/Porygon-Z and Charizard myself.  Grid/Porygon-Z because Electroweb might be able to fry those cameras instantly, Charizard to melt Oscar's chains/the bars and possibly some of the gauntlets as well.

Is there any way to close it from underneath at all, though?  Maybe Telekinesis could do it?

Shiva made a mental list of the possible Types of the threads here already, and among us four we'll hopefully have the means to hit it with super effective damage.

Possibly, yes, I'll ask Lilith for that in-game then.
EDIT: Done.

Snatching things from the corkboard will be an action, but won't require a roll unless something complicates your attempt.

There's probably not room for Tropius AND a bunch of other Pokemon, but Tropius and a few small Pokes could fight unimpeded.

I think Telekinesising the crate from below will work, but then you won't have line-of-sight to re-open it should you need to. And remember not to stand on the stairs lol.

Then I hope that nothing will complicate my action. (>o<)

I think I'll rather go for Azu and Cottonee then to not hinder the Pokemon choice of the others, especially if Nathan will summon Charizard.

Hmmmm...Azu, Toya, and Cottonee getting Teleported away might complicate things a little...

Iron, it says your private message quote has been reached, can't reply. Just wanted to say that I thought so and am tempted to have Shiva do something very bold, but due to the unrelyable way back I rather not do so.

Sorry for the delay. I got a call at 8am for a surprise D&D session at 9am! (And no one showed up until 9:45 but that's how it goes).

Haha, that's a neat way to be awakened in the morning. 9am would be too early for me though too, unless there's coffee and breakfast with the dice.
