Thought of way that can fix current Flash issue, bt : just have Shiva lend the HM out for Nathan to teach his and everyone else's Pokemon aand give it back to her later the next day so she can teach her own Pokemon FLASH on her own time. Minimum fuss and muss that way, methinks How about it, mates?

*shakes her head* It's nice that you're trying to help by thinking out possible solutions, but I don't want to recton things now. Can we please leave things like they are?

....Why? I mean, seriously? Why? Doing it that way would reduce tensions between your chara and Nathan, and it literally wouldn't require any input in the game thread other than 'Yeah, I'm okay with Nathan borrowing it for a bit, then giving it back ASAP auto' . Is their a reason you want Shiva to be somewhat short-sighted and uncooperative in this case, or is it something else.....? Because I mean why....?

I must agree. If this doesn't settle, I'll just rule that everyone's Pokemon learn it off screen and no one gets to roleplay it.

Welp, I didn't think Terra get brainwashed by Black Keensglaive, but that was an interesting experience none the less! Probably going to give him nasty flashback to when he fell prey to Deoxys influence, though, but he's not going to hold it against the Dark Knight, nor get too displeased with Howl....well, howling at him at first. He did let his curiosity the better of him, which is a rather bad habit of his.

This'll make dealing with Howl a non-starter, though, so I sorta regret doing it now. Maybe I'll need to break the bank and give him a really expensive apology gift later....

EDIT: You know, technically B.K. did use his hypnotic gaze like Howl asked.....just not the way he intended.

Hey Iron......I still have that Torchic's Teeth I bought waaaay back then, the Item that raises Loyalty and Lowers Happiness. Would Howl accept that as a suitable apology gift for Terra being too curious for his own good? If so, that's something I'll be doing, as having a Pokemon like that even slightly out of your control is beyond hazardous and stressful, to say the least.

...Okay. ( ._.) I don't quite get why it is causing so much drama that I wished to have things go the way me and Shiva think is best, and I honestly apologize for this. While I would have  enjoyed for my silent and reserved chara to introduce something valid and important like this legendary HM personally to the others, I'll just surrender now for the sake of peace. Let me bring up one post in Game Thread that I hope will settle things for once and for all, okay?

Oy, don't blame Nathan about this, Spirit, or at least not without including Shiva and myself OOC for fairness' shake. He may have needled for the HM to be taught to everyone ASAP for perfectly valid reasons, but Shiva instead prioritized her own activities and wait until she wished to introduce and teach the HM in her own way, and I was the one who urged for a compromise that would take both character's agency away in a retcon to avoid what I preceived to be unnecessary conflict and drama/keep things from getting worse between Shiva/Nathan. Understand, @Spiritmon? Nobody is solely to fault for that small spat, and we shouldn't start tallying against each other over it. Please?

Very well. I'm sorry for making things worse for you too. I just genuinely want for everyone in and out of game to get along , and I over prioritized what happened the 'in' part, if that makes any sense. Let us speak no more of this.

That seems like a good choice. Even if he doesn't use it on Keenglaive, he manages a type famous for its disobedience.

Remember that time is fluid in this campaign. If Phantom wanted some spotlight on this, it's 100% fine with me to have a flash"forward" to some indeterminate time, without worrying about when exactly she's available. It doesn't take an Encounter to use an HM, so it can happen at any time at all during the 16 hour day. Not everything has to be pinned down. Maybe this will help you in the future.
