[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
If the group is willing to do this plan, Cosh will allow you to start interviewing his minions. (and I'll start making up personalities for them lol)

If each of our charas is asked to pair up with one Scim, than it'd be fair if each chara would get to choose the Scim to pair up with by themselves than let Cosh do that, as he might exploit that to our disadvantage. Sounds better/more safe?

Sounds good to me, but what if they disagree to that arrangement? In that case, we could compromise further and say he can choose two people (Beyond himself, as Terra wants to stick close to Cosh to keep him and Nathan/Gallade in check) to pair with two members of our group, and we choose two of his in turn. That okay, mates?

I think that's sounds fair. And I suppose this gonna be the best agreement we gonna able to make.

Sounds like a good plan, working on Spira's reaction in the background.

Humm, I didn't see Cosh disagree to Spira's request of letting us choose the four Scims to join, quite the opposite actually: He agreed (proof).

At least me would prefer to choose a particular Scimitar to join/to pair up with Shiva as I wish for that NPC to be somewhat balanced battle-wise, Pokemon-wise ( = Gauntlet-wise, so to speak) and personality-wise to minimize any trouble, prevent unecessary fights, overall just 'match' and to be prepared shall they decide to backstab us for any reason. Yes, maybe I am a bit nitpicking or over-paranoid about that, but it's something I wish to do if possible and allowed from Iron's side.
EDIT: Yes it is, yay!~

I think it's a bad idea we join forces with Cosh. But the Comet is coming, and even if we win against those Scims we would waste precious energy and resources in that fight, way before we reach our goal.

As much I dislike the idea, I vote for join forces with the Scims. For now. But if Cosh do anything, Heart will be the first one to burn him and let his corpse root with the ghosts.

Again, Ventus would be proud and somewhat dismayed with Heart sharing a desire to eradicate the Scimitars! Oh, what trouble he would bring to them, were he still around to throw his weight around in group decisions....

Thank you! That makes 3 and a half (Not sure where Mika stands on this) vs. maybe Dragonstrike, so tally wise 'jolly' cooperation with the Scims is a go-go unless it requires a unanimous decision. Proceed with the peace, if able!

If you're going to do murder, you better do it away from Terra/out of his sight, or he will stop you, restrain you, and report you to the authorities at the soonest opportunity. He's NOT a killer and doesn't support such behavior in anyone but Pokemon (and even then only for hunting), so expect him to crack down hard on such actions.

Goodie! That'll make things even easier for the group!

Glad to see things are working out beyond the Kadabra Chamber, but if that remains the sticking point......well, you already heard what I would do about it. The group can handle whatever is in there later, after finishing their current quest and the Scims buzz off to do whatever pseudo wizards do once they've accomplished their organization's goals. Hell, Nathan even has a reason to do that (No matter how begrudging/bitter), as Ven himself advised him not to go into the Kadabra Chambers during the mission, so its not like Dragonstrike can't finagle a way for his chara. to agree with leaving the Chambers for later IC.

Things are going remarkably well.....that twigs my paranioa, but for now let's just see where this goes, and hope for the best.

...Nathan is NOT going to be a happy camper about this.  The whole reason we're officially going to the Ruins in the first place is to investigate the Kadabra Chambers.  That point is almost non-negotiable.  He NEEDS to check that area out, both to look for his dad and to hopefully qualify for a Key Stone BEFORE Deoxys lands.

He doesn't want to work with the Scims, period, nor will 2 -3 of his pokemon.  He can't operate at peak efficiency in the company of the people who have killed, kidnapped, tortured, and destroyed all so they can have all the glory for themselves.

Nathan has more reason than anyone else to not cooperate with the Scims.

But... I was thinking the reason we're heading down the Ruins is to retrive these ancient Artifacts to deal with the threat of Deoxys to become a hero? (o.o)?
EDIT: That's at least my and Shiva's intention. That, and collecting lots of loot.

....I know all that, Dragonstrike, but what would you have us to do? Burn ourselves out by who knows how much before we step foot into the Skull Ruins, and NOT improve our odds of surviving everything? Or possibly get stomped by the Scims and be set back by who knows how much, if not entirely derailed, on top of said burn out and causing the Scims to set themselves in earnest upon the group?

Hate them or not (And boy, do we all have a Cubone to pick with the magical bastards!), the Scims DO have several benefits they can offer the group and NOT fighting with them (for now, mind you) makes things a whole lot easier AND safer for us going forward. Nathan should be intelligent enough to realize the whole 'Enemy of my enemy is at least a temporary, begrudging ally' , and be mature enough by now to tolerate a raw deal, especially if it serves to benefit EVERYONE, including himself. If the Scimitars of all people is willing to parley despite being WAY more antagonistic, zealous, and just plain petty and unscrumpulous that likely hates/dislikes our group too by now, then certainly your character can do the same.

If push comes to shove, and we can't get into the Kadabra Chambers without causing a Fight, then I say the group should leave it until all is said and done with the current quest and just move on as HIGHLY suspicious and grudging allies with the Scims. If we have to answer to the League for that, we'll just say the Scims roped the group into doing their bidding and get the them to collaborate that story with us.

Marco isn't the only character who's life is at stake here, if he's alive anymore in the first place. ALL of Cheshire is on the chopping block. Everyone knows this, and so they SHOULD willing to put aside differences to get shit done and stop everything from going straight to hell.

That's the unofficial reason we're there.  The one that's in the books is investigating the K.C. for clues about Marco's whereabouts.
