[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole
Heart really needs to find a way to make everyone get haste of this place. If they need to find a way to gain the trust (or not) from those Kadabra, he approach the Leader, and pick up one of those fungus. "If I die of sickness from that thing, dont leave my body here." Then he eat the thing, expected already the worse to happen.

Spira takes a good look at the fungus, trying to see if he can tell if it is indeed safe for human consumption, and regardless, pockets some for use in later cooking, handling the fungi with gloves, just in case. If he is able to determine the edibility of the fungi, (if a roll is used, succeeding in that roll) he crinkles his nose, "Never did like the taste of fungi, but here goes nothing." and *nom* If he is unable to safely determine the edibility, he puts some in his pockets without even attempting to taste it.

Before the pun lover OR the Ghost breeder could even raise the funky fungus to their lips, Terra's hand was on their wrists holding it like a vice grip, and he firmly kept them from eating it.

"Heart, Spira, that is not good idea. At all. Don't know anything about fungus. Could be very unsafe for humans to eat. Let me see if I.....recognize what kind of mushroom it is, or if anything is weird about it."

To assist him in doing that, he briefly summons Mikey to give their own second opinion, as well as asking for Solomon's and Shiva's. You could NEVER be too certain or paranoid when it comes to anything in the Skull Ruins, as everyone should well now right now.

(Sorry about this, but I don't think Terra would just idly let your chara. eat something potentially dangerous without first checking if its alright to eat. You're free to have them eat the mush anyway regardless of what my chara does, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea yet or not....)

That settled (for the moment), the sagely monk then aburptly enters the discussion between the appointed Kadabra Leader and Shiva, interrupting proceedings by raising his voice in a gruff, even, but not unkind/overly rude tone a safe distance away from the opening to the Chamber and giving the spoon bender a piercing Look.

"Kadabra. *Points to where Angie is Trapped* How to do I get my Dragon out of there? Safely, and as she is now (AKA: NOT a Kadabra)."

If necessary, my chara's willing to use his Intimidation  (15D6 Dice Roll Right There, Not Counting any help from Pixie [Who'd he'd bring out to help him with that!])to get them to either divulge the info (and have Shiva/Solomon convey it to the rest) or get them to do the job themselves!

Was his approach blunt as the rocks beneath his feet? Sure is, but he don't care about that now!

Oi, can Shiva tell anything about these mushrooms with her incredibly close bond to Mother Nature and Flora Knowledge? I dunno. In that case she's more inclined to let Spira decide whether they're edible or not, reasoning it with 'senpai's great at cooking, having thaught himself so even.' That, and Whimsicott as a natural Grass Type.

Tactfully and without her direct order though, Lilith immediately stopped herself already, which earned her very thankful and praising look from her Master. At this Leader Kadabra's scolding Shiva instictively and intuitively bows down deeply. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'M SORRY! I didn't really mean to....kidnap any of your companions. I was just testing something, please excuse my immense curiosity. Won't do such an action again, lesson learnt!" >o<

Huuuh? o.o Much to her (pleasant) suprise, all these Kadabra don't appear hostile at all given the Leader's even inviting them. Shiva's not sure whether it's that much of a good idea to follow this invitation, but...whatelse to do? Shiva wouldn't mind to do so, but before that she gives a questioning glance to the others as if silently asking for their opinion, watches what the humanoid Kadabra with hat 'recommends' = how he reacts to that invitation from Leader Kadabra and all carefully puts ONLY one of her hands through the hole Angie dug to see what happens. At the slightest bad sensation she'll immediately pull back, if something tries to drag her down she'll call for the others and Azu (Huge Power) to prevent that at all cost.

You don't think the shattered Capture Web will affect any other characters unless it is touched, which is easy enough to avoid. No other sensations unless you get quite close to the crystal.

The Kadabra leader helps you down, looking pleased that you've accepted. You eat the mushroom and find it extremely bland and a little earthy. It definitely makes your brain tingle a bit, but there are no secondary effects at this time.

*roll*

Spira, you think this fungus is like a giant version of the kind Durant will farm for their own consumption. It has a variety of nutrients but not a complete set for humans. For Pokemon, it is healthier.

Nathan's silent as a rock and as stoic as Gallade during this conversation with the Kadabra for now.  He doesn't want to raise another topic quite yet until some of the current ones are resolved...or make things more dangerous by saying the wrong thing...

One task, one step at a time.  Don't rush it too much...even one mistake could be dangerous, if not fatal...

He needs to wait and see how the Kadabra respond to Terra wanting Angie back first...

Most of the Kadabra don't feel threatened, or really even all that upset at your thunderous voice, but the Kadabra Maniac seizes the opportunity to pretend to be terrified into giving up the information! He pantomimes pushing a button, a strange look for a race that doesn't seem to know how to use tools.

Shiva gets it immediately with her Insight - the way he's gesturing, he's miming pushing the button on a Pokeball. There must be a button somewhere.

Relieved that nothing happened when Shiva 'tested the waters' so to say, accepted the invitation of Leader Kadabra as well and came down the Chamber with Lilith's help, mindfully avoiding the Capture Web and crystal. She does NOT eat anything of the offered mushroom, BUT silently asks Spira what he thinks about their edibility and if he shares what he thinks (said here), she lets Lilith and Primal Glaceon eat one and pretends to nom a few herself when she actually pockets them.

Instinctively Shiva's not very pleased that Terra interrupted discussion/gave himself somewhat gruff towards the kind(?) Leader Kadabra, but that's a second later forgiven as she understands that he simply wants his beloved Pokemon back. That's very reasonable, she keeps hoping that he and to a degree Heart can handle their infamous temper to prevent an unnecessary battle.

She conveys the message from humaoid Kadabra with hat ( = Kadabra Maniac) to the others. "'Somewhere' is a pretty elastic term. ^_^; "

Humm, but now that Shiva's down here already, she lets her gaze wander a bit: Is there anything in this Chamber that wasn't visible from their formerly upper place? And how's the feeling down here?? Probably much less dreary and gloomy than within the Barrow Downs, or is it? Unless Lilith points Shiva to something specific, the first thing she does is slowly approach that vast metal tube she's so interested in.

Spira does share what he thinks the fungus is, he doesn't eat any, but does harvest/collect some for later cooking.
