He gestures west, where a thick metal door has fallen off its hinges. Inside you can hear more Kadabra and, strangely, the flapping of wings.

"You seem to have lost your ability to speak properly by now, have you? Have you any rough idea for how long you've been kept within thise Chamber, how clear are your memories as a person? Let's start with.... Ah! Do you remember your human name so we can adress you by that? Here, you can write it down if you can." She offers him a blank page in her notebook and a green pen.
"...Is there anything we can do for you, or help you with? Say, IF we'd find your Pokemon and happen to free them - what will become of you?" It would be lying to say that she's not somewhat afraid of the answer, doubting that this guy can just return to human life.
---------------
Mechanics:
More Chambers mean more Kadabra, but we've just fired off our 3rd Encounter by battle the former batch. It'd even be the 5th Encounter for Heart. While I don't like to ask, but is there no way we could set off exploring the following Chambers and find a somewhat safe spot to get some sleep? I'd be totally fine if Nathan and Cosh would like to keep going, and I'd understand why, but I myself don't really wish to operate at a -1 Pain on everything within the Kadabra Chamber if I can prevent it.
He's lost his ability to write as well. He just scribbles on the paper and hands it to you expectantly, as if he's done something useful.
Time moves strangely in the Capture Web and he has no idea how long he's been here. By inquiring about recent "current events" you discover he has been here about six months, but many of his memories as a human are faded away.
He is at a total loss for how he might be healed.
There are no obvious ways you might find a way to sleep here. You'd have to retreat and traverse the Barrow Downs again, twice - once to leave and once to return. With Angie you might be able to fly over the worst of the dangers with a Survival roll.

"You got knocked out by the Kadabra, but I managed to drive 'em off, ya okay?"
"I think so, but..." She drinks a Super Potion. (that's 21 xp for Pokes and 11 for Spira, right? Already distributed that amount and had Noire learn Will-o-Wisp.)
"Oh, and the Kadabra were trying to drag you off to do who knows what, probably turn you into a Kadabra, before I managed to drive them off." While Spira's not the type of person to rub it in someone's face when they owe him, he still makes this point extremely clear.
She looks to Cosh, and mutters "Thank you."
With that, Spira helps her up (for the second time) and heads back to regroup.

As insightful as Shiva may be, even she is unable to make heads or tails of humanoid Kadabra with hat's 'writing'. But she still gives him a kind thanks because now she has a real and authentic artwork made by a Psychic Pokemon within her notebook.
She's out of words for him however and ends up falling into a gloomy silence, occasionally broken by a compassionate look for him - Whimsicott even dares to give him a consoling pat on the shoulder.

No, not that way: I was more thinking about having Shiva going to meet up with Terra at the safe spot he's dwelling until, say, the coast is clear and leave for example the Baashaun Boots of mine for Nathan to still soft-aid him in finding his dad down here. Don't take that as an act of abandoning - but when Shiva has to decide between finding the Ancient Artifacts and finding Marco, she'd decide for the Artifacts as the whole region's fate depends on them.

Terra could definitely not sleep where he is (btw, Terra, you're welcome to fly Angie back down at any time you think it might be safe. Cosh is communicating with you through the communicator and keeping you up to date.)

My character has been paying rapt attention to his coms as Cosh kept feeding him information about the situation of the Kadabra Chambers, with Oinari by his side and Angie up in the air wherever he was hunkering down to act as guard, and pretty responds back to by saying everything has been fine where he's at and nothing bad has happened so far (I think. Your prerogative if you want to Roll something up that would like to take on Terra by his lonesome). He then concludes by stating he'll continue to keep them posted, and thanks his magical master of a partner for doing the same with him.
Afterwards, my chara. will just continue to stay where he's at and wait for everyone to return, as he (and I) still VERY much do NOT wish to venture into those transformative caverns and put himself/his Pokemon at risk. Sorry mates, but I don't want anything to do with even the most remote chance of my rugged wanderer getting Kadabraed or loss anymore of his Pokemon due to the place's shenanigans, so he's going to be sitting tight and 'dandy' .
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.

Spira, starting to notice the pain (adrenaline works wonders) and damage he took from the battle with the Kadabra, drinks the brandy he got from Howl (if 'similar to Lemonade' refers to healing capacity, it restores up to 6HP)
meaning his health is, at best, back up to 9/10 (I'll note it on the sheet once I know for certain)

Can Nathan tell if those wingbeats sound metallic at all? Or do they sound more like fleshy/feathery wings?

They sound rustly. But you'd know a Skarmory's wingbeats if you heard 'em, and these are not Skarmory.
