[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Killing is a option to consider here. But with the memory of the last time I make such suggestion it has ended baddly so Heart keep his mouth shut and didnt talk anything.

Also, you didnt tell us how much XP we get from this encounter. We face 4 Kadabra, 2 Sigilify, 1 Chandelure and a Swarm of Unow. I think we get tons of XP after such encounter.

You probably missed the post, Iron stated how many XP that fight was worth here already.

No killing them all please! That'd be messy, not necessary and all but nice in Shiva's view after they initiially gave themselves rather hospitably, it was not until we mocked up that the Kadabra started to defend their home. I also feel if we'd do that, some Kadabra who are left but haven't shown themselves will seek revenge.

Plus you know that at least some of the Kadabra used to be humans.

Luxray lets out a massive GROWWWL whenever there is the slightest discussion of killing Kadabra.

Another thing we could consider is possibly tying the Kadabra up with the Scims' help, like they did with Keni. That should keep them from bothering us for a little while, right?

A sentiment that Nathan wholeheartedly agrees with.

His dad taught him that all lives have value.  And Marco's pokemon generally share that sentiment as well due to their trainer's influence and role in their lives.

...except maybe Feraligatr when he's angry and Marco's not around to keep the croc on a tight leash.

The croc is completely out of energy right now and is slumped in one corner, sleeping with one eye open.

But Luxray won't sleep, and won't let Nathan sleep. He keeps growling at the unconscious Kadabra.

It's not really important how you tie up the Kadabra so I'll just assume it happens. Maybe they're in a pit, maybe in dimensional bindings, maybe behind a wedged steel door.

However, even after they're tied up and being sniffed by Luxray, you don't get any sleep because Luxray keeps pacing around and around and around them. Then he makes a Roaring noise until your attention is on you. Looking over, you see Luxray has sorted the Kadabra into two groups. Shiva is the one to notice the sorting mechanism - one group is male and one is female.

Hmmm...wait a second.

Luxray was about to attack the female Kadabra in that battle despite Rivalry hindering him, wasn't he?

So, in light of that, Nathan's got a question for the quadrupedal pokemon.  "...did dad get turned into a Kadabra after all, Luxray?"

Well, Nathan was still worried that might have been the case...

...it also means we're still missing one of Marco's pokemon, but let's deal with this more immediate issue first...

Nathan looks to Meowstic and Gallade.  "...either of you have any guesses as to which one might be dad?"

Given Marco's got a tendency to attract Psychic types and Meowstic has had a good, long while to observe these Kadabra, maybe those traits can help solve this mystery...

...hopefully Marco isn't the one Kadabra who got away...
