I a bit lost with those events but basic we have another powerfull pokemon to fight and we meet a talk Sneasel yes?

Right now, we're just asking Sneasel about stuff since he knows a few things about what's down here.  He's going to lead us to the Sword once we're done questioning him.  There isn't anything to fight quite yet.

Terra doesn't have anything else to say to/about Sneasil (Unless its about the Knowledge they withheld due to Spira, in which case Terra would auto prompt them to speak it after asking the breeder what's up [Since Mika never got back to me]) , and it appears that no one else does either (Unless Nathan/Heart has more questions), so are we ready to move on yet?

There is actually only one thing in particular that Spira doesn't want the Sneasel to share and that is the tidbit about him and Darkrai, anything else is fair game.

@Mikaruge108, unless Shiva's Azumarill knows Hydro Pump, I don't think Ditto's able to use it.  Hydro Pump costs 46 exp for Azumarill to learn, and that's just out of Ditto's movepool range, even if Nathan were the one giving the orders.

If you definitely want a Hydro Pump user, Nathan's Starmie is one option for Ditto to Transform into.

Azu doesn't know Hydro Pump because Bubble Beam is fine enough, I like my Accu Rolls without penalty.

I'm interested in taking on that Giant Trapinch... (>ω>) Giant Golbat as a second choice, but Trapinch prefered. But before making a final decision, @Iron, can I ask something concerning the Shield Shiva wields?

Since it protects 1 Pokemon + 1 Chara for a whole Round now, nothing prevents me from engaging in one of these extra-strong wild Pokemon here with only 1 Pokemon and providing constant protection from harm. Read, I fight that Trapinch basically with an invincible Pokemon... I see no reason why I can't do that, do you? That's not considered cheating, is it? I don't want to cheat. :C But that'd be an efficient training for Primal Espeon, and a nice experience for him on top of that.

Trapinch learn a good portion of lethal moves, can the Shield prevent damage from these too? Is there ANY way Shiva can imagine where the Shield breaks/fails, aka is there a danger that Trapinch finds a loophole and messes with me either way? That I'd like to know before stating the Encounter to prevent a at worst dead wise-old-man-espeon.

It's not cheating. It's just the most powerful item introduced so far. (In combination with the Hauberk it is even stronger).

And it treats Lethal damage just like normal damage, good question. 

It does have loopholes though - any move or effect that doesn't do direct damage will bypass the Shield, much like fighting a Pokemon with Wonder Guard.
