Giant Tentacruel Round 1

Future Sight 1
(3)(2)(5)(5)(2)(2) (1)(4)(6)(6)(2)(4) It will be a crit!
Sari blanches upon seeing the future.

Remember to update Sari's obedience stats on your char sheet to 1 and 1, please.
Sari does like doing things according to her own tempo, which seems to be just 2 moves in a round at most.

Fake Tears 1
Tentacruel is entirely unmoved by Oinari's fake tears (especially from a Genesect, but mostly because of Clear Body!)

Incredibly huge tentacles slam down on the surface of the murky water, agitating it with the toxins of the rotten floor and sending huge waves over your Pokemon.
Sludge Wave 1
(3)(5)(1)(5)(5)(4) (4)(4)(6)(4) Critical hit. Ew, it got in their mouths!
7 Str + 3 power +1 stab +1 Poison Barb +2 crit = 14 dice -6 vit = 8d6
(5)(4)(4)(2)(3)(5) (5)(5) Sari and Oinari take 6 dmg. The illusion breaks. Sari gets a Potion. Sari 8/12hp Oinari 2/8hp -2 pain.
CD: (6) Sari and Oinari were poisoned!

Hidden Power 2
(3)(4)(5)(6)(2)(1) (2)(6)(5)(2) Critical hit.
5 Str + 2 power (Fairy Type) +2 crit = (6)(5)(1) Tentacruel takes 1 dmg 20/21 hp
CD: (2) Tentacruel did not flinch.
CD: (3) Tentacruel did not fall asleep.
Tentacruel was clamped!
Sari attacks Tentacruel with the combined power of a Slowpoke, a Shellder, and a King's Rock.

Extrasensory 2
(2)(4)(5)(5)(2)(4)(3)(4) Critical hit. You see Tentacruel's domed head squeezed under the pressure.
(3)(6)(6) Tentacruel takes 3 dmg 17/21hp
CD: (2)

Tentracruel lands a Water Pulse right on Oinari's new form, the sinister and clever giant Pokemon having spotted her fragility.

Water Pulse 2
(5)(1)(6)(2)(2)(6) (4)(1)
(6)(6)(4)(6)(3) Oinari faints. Terra goes wild with the desire to battle in her place! (+4 XP for this idea, btw)

Strike 3
(6)(5)(2)(1)(1)(5) (4)(3)(3)(1)(2)
(2) Your sword bounces off the jellyfish's thick rubbery hide - thick relative to a human's strength. But so blinded by the battle rage are you that you don't stop slashing.

Sludge Wave 3
(1)(2)(4)(2)(1)(6) (2)
(2)(4)(1)(2)(4)(5) Sari and Terra take 3 dmg 5/12hp -2 pain 8/11hp -1 pain
CD: (4)

Strike 4
(5)(1)(6)(6)(4)(2) (6)(3)(4) Critical hit. Driven by the mental image of a blazing purple Eye, you strike out to be the best you can be.
(5)(5) Tentacruel takes 2 dmg 15/21hp -1 pain.

This angers Tentacruel. Clear blood with a hint of a poisonous scent is oozing from one of the glowing sacs.

It begins wrapping you up almost like a spider, ready to take you off to its watery lair.

Wrap 4
(5)(5)(6)(4)(3)(3)
(4)(2) Terra takes 1 dmg 7/11hp -1 pain
Terra was wrapped! You're committed now! Just, you feel, as the Eye wants.
It doesn't slow you down at all.

Strike 5
(2)(4)(1)(1)(6)(2) (5)(6)
(6) Tentacruel takes 1 dmg 14/21hp

Poison Jab 5
(4)(4)(3)(1)(5)
(6)(5)(4)(2)(1)(4) Terra takes 4 dmg 3/12hp -1 pain
CD: (6)(2)(4) You are poisoned, though you're so tough you hardly feel it and have little chance of actually taking damage.

Wrap: (6)(3) Terra takes 1 dmg 2/12hp -2 pain
Clamp: (6)(4) Tentacruel takes 2 dmg 12/21hp -1 pain
Poison: (3)(1)(4)(2), (6)(1)(3)(2) You're both OK this round as far as poison goes.
Sari 5/12, Terra 2/12, both poisoned, Terra wrapped, Tentacruel 14/21 Clamped.

Critical Future Sight is pending, if you can survive that long!

Defiance.

Pure, unfettered, wrathful defiance.

That is what Terra felt as he glared daggers at the Giant Tentacruel, his cold hard stoicism unbroken and completely unphased by the precarious position he was literally Wrapped up in. He was strong, and knew exactly what he was getting into when gave into The Eye urge to fight and leaped in to avenge his dark darling, so he had zero regrets or doubts of his choice to fight the Giga Jelly.

And he was not about to be vanquished be vanquished by it.

"You. Do. Not. Scare. Me. You. Will. Fall."

He used a Hyper Potion on himself to heal himself, and barked out an command to Sari, his eyes flicking to her without turning away from his betentacle foe.

"SARI! LISTEN TO ME NOW! USE CONFUSION ON TENTACRUEL, NON STOP! FOR NOW, ALWAYS....WE FIGHT TOGETHER AS ONE! YOU GIVE YOUR ALL TO ME, AND I WILL GIVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU!"

With that boldly declared, the steely brawler returned his full attention at hacking away at Giant Tentacruel, trying to blind and weaken it with his Strike. He will fight with all his might, until he could not.

Orders: Try to use the fact that Terra himself not only immediately lept to Sari's aid when Oinari went down, but that he's willing die for her if that's what it takes to protect and serve her to get her to commit to 5 Confusions this Round. Terra himself will be using 5 Strikes against Tentacruel, taking - 5 Accuracy on his first two Strikes in order to try and inflict - 1 STR by target their red sacs, and then - 3 Accuracy on his third Strike. The moment he does inflict the - 1 Mods, he'll go back to doing regular Strikes. He's already used a Hyper Potion for this Round, but could it be possible to fudge things a bit by allowing him to hold a Sitrus Berry in exchange for burning his second Action to do so (Or better yet, using his First Action to heal Sari with a Super Potion). It's death match time....

Moves:

Terra: Strike X 5
Accuracy: 1st 2 : 14D6 - 1 Pain - 5 Accuracy - 5/6 Actions = 3/2D6 Dice
Effect: - 1 STR?
3rd Strike : 14D6 - 1 Pain - 3 Accuracy - 7 Actions = 3D6 Dice
Rest: 5/4D6 Dice
Damage: 1D6

Confusion
Accuracy: 14D6 - 2 Pain - 5/6/7/8/9 Actions = 7/6/5/4/3D6 Dice
Damage: STR (5) + 2 + STAB + SE = 8D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: *Confusion 1*

Espeon: (6)
Trapinch: (5)

--------------------

Under the watchful eyes of her psychic primalcat, Shiva dares to take a careful look over the edge of that huge conical trap. It's so much larger than those a normal Trapinch would usually create, but that's nothing suprising to her given she know has a good feeling of what's going on down in this cavern. It's all the doing of The Eye, that damned Eye messing around with Pokemon and people alike.

Way down at the bottom of that large pit she spots something that creature occupying this trap, she shudders upon laying her eyes upon it for the first time as THAT Trapinch's maw are already big enough to swallow her whole within the blink of an eye. Still, she chuckles a bit at the imagination of a huuuuge Flygon, asking herself how Genie would react to such a beast.

Then the next thing she feels is something crashing into her as a fluffy head feat. an embedded gemstone hits her in the stomach region, she stumbles back and painfully hits the wall with her back. Shiva takes 1 damage because I say so. She has barely opened her eyes to throw a puzzled look over to Primal Espeon, as the realizes him not being there anymore. Sheer horror hits her as she senses the OBVIOUS happing occured, she rushes to the edge of the pit and gasps sharply as she indeed sees her special Eeveelution sliding down that very pit, coming closer and closer to the predator waiting at the bottom. He doesn't look scared though, in fact he hisses sharply and all his fluffy fur is bristled. When he turns his head to face Shiva, he lets out a melodic chirp. She immediately gets what has happened/what he has done. "Thank you, thank you for your brave interception, but now YOU're the one Trapinch's after!! >o< But....." Her expression lights up, "Nonono, wait, that won't be your end, not as long as I've got THIS!" Shiva doesn't know exactly how, but she somehow still ends up activating the Shield's true power to grant prolonged protection (for the whole Round) from any harm. "That should do it, they can't do anything to you now, I've got your back! Now, GIVE THAT TRAPINCH A HARD TIME WITH EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT!" That allures a loud and encouraging response.

Accuracy Roll Howl 1: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 3 Intimidate - 5 Actions = 5d6
Effect: Grants +1 Strength.
Secondary Effect: And awakes his primal senses.

Then he follows his favorite combination: A bold gaze into the future, then an icy suprise. Shiva encourages Ratsy in her pocket to see what's happeneing. "All should go well now, even against that tough opponent! Mind that faint glow around Espeon."

Accuracy Roll Future Sight 2: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 6 Channel - 6 Actions = 7d6
Damage Roll: 5*Strength after howling + 5 power of the move + STAB = 11d6
Additional notes: Strikes at the End of Round 2, bypassing any cover and shields. Enables Primal Espeon to see images of Trapinch's downfall the future.

Accuracy Roll Icy Wind 3: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 6 Channel - 1 Inaccuracy - 7 Actions = 5d6
Damage Roll: 5*Strength + 2 power of the move + held NevermeltIce = 8d6 +1 autodamage due to SE
Additional notes: Auto-reduces Trapinch's Dext by 1.

Accuracy Roll Ice Shard 4: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 6 Channel - 8 Actions = 5d6
Accuracy Roll Ice Shard 5: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 6 Channel - 9 Actions = 4d6
Damage Roll: 5*Strength + 2 power of the move + held NevermeltIce = 8d6 +1 autodamage due to SE
Additional notes: This move has +1 Priority.

Because I wanted to make this a small scene. Primal Espeon is protected from any damage for the whole Round thanks to the power of the Ancient Shield, including lethal damage from Crunch, Super Power and whatnot.

About time for some music! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMd6V1IOJ5k

"Grr... I'll show you what for!" Spira grabs Luna's ball, "Go, Luna! Time for some fun!" Spira gets a rather risky idea, "Luna, float Toya up above that Numel, Time for looping, I don't know if this strategy will work, but let's do it! Toya use the momentum of what we are about to do to your advantage, and punch the hell outta this thing! Luna, Baton Pass Toya once he strikes to bring him back up to that height!"

Mechanics:
Luna acts as a mount for Toya for the strategy.

Luna
Gust: Dex(5*)+Fight(5)+Canalize(4)-Actions(2)= 12D6
Damage: Strength(4)+STAB(1)+2= 7D6
Notes: Conditional Order if she is higher in the initiative order than Toya.

Baton Pass
Accuracy: Dex(5*)+?-Actions(2)
Notes: Used to swap her and Toya's vertical locations.
Conditional: if Luna is higher in the initiative order than Toya, Gust will be used before Baton Pass.

Toya
Drain Punch
Accuracy: Dex(5*)+Fight(5)+Brawl(4)-Pain(1)-Actions(2)= 11D6
Notes: Fist-Based, restores HP equal to half damage dealt, rounded down.

Rock Smash
Accuracy: Dex(5*)+Fight(5)+Brawl(4)-Pain(1[0 if Drain Punch heals him completely])-Actions(2)= 10D6 (11D6 if no longer under Pain Penalty)
Notes: Def-1 (5)

Poison: No time left to use any heals.
Sari: (5)(3)(4)(2) She's fine.

When the rest of the group catches up in timeline, they'll notice that Terra did not make rendezvous.

Shiva will definitelly go and search for him then, a thousand red flags risen like tiny daggers up to the sky as she's very aware that a man of his caliber does certainly not fall easily, she fears that something NASTY has happened but doesn't dare to speak it out aloud. Her expression though speaks volumes already as she throws a glance to the others, boldly declaring "Me and Yena go and see if we can find him. Is...anyone of you coming along?" She'd totally go alone if she has to, tracking his scent with Yena constantly: The most fresh thing she has from him(Terra) is that PokeDoll he gave her in case of emergency, so that'll be used to pick up his scent in the first place. Azu will also aid, literally with a Helping Hand on Yena's tracking, and figuratively by keeping her sensitive sense of hearing alert.

Can't you give the XP as normally only this time? It was a hard battle.

When Heart finish the battle and return his mons, he checked the spoils of his victory. He make a confuse face. "A Sudowood Egg? But how? This was supposed to be another Bonsly Egg. I will need ask Shiva later about this."

Can you explain the effects of that Rock Incense @Iron?
