[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole
Outta-chara, same logic indeed, ho harsh feelings. In-chara, that's not encouraging her to trust Nathan at all, so she DOES send Raphael to come along with the task to protect Lunapup from being harmed or caught.

Taking a encounter together with Nathan. It's your chance to have the conversation @Dragonstrike.

Spira doesn't have much to say about what's going on, but with the nearly palpable tension in the air, he feels like he needs to say something, but what? Spira slides off his trench coat, and rubs his eyes in slight exasperation; "*sigh* Listen, I couldn't care less whether or not that Pokemon gets caught or not, this is ridiculous, we shouldn't be preventing others from catching a Pokemon if that is what is wanted." he stretches his arms above his head, forgetting that he didn't re-button his sleeves after rolling them up, and the right sleeve slides down enough to reveal a little bit of the birthmark on his arm...

Something which Nathan eyes carefully.  He says nothing for now, though.  He might recognize the symbol, might not....(GM discretion needed, maybe?)

Nope, no PVP either. Those who chose an encounter have sovereignty over it. I hate what happened with that oversized Rattata, and with Absol, and it's not gonna happen again.

Rolling to see which Encounters stick around:

Baltoy and Lunapup are still in position. Nathan and Heart heading to look at Lunapup.

I'll also save some time and say you try the Sword on the trapdoor, to no avail. Your attempt is met with still greater power - the power of Sarimanok in his prime.

As you further explore the minarets, you find a number of artifacts from the time of the Scavenger Society. You've heard they often trapped their most precious possessions.

Minarets Encounters 2

1. Name: Valuable item
A large amphora jug, with a tight lead cork. It rattles when shaken.

2. Name: Useful item(s)
There's an ancient crate held in a net and lashed to the ceiling.

3. Name: Trainer item(s)?
The Scavengers had built a little hut inside this bigger minaret. Evidence of an ancient campfire, showing how they kept the smaller space warm. It's been abandoned for millennia now, though.

4. Name: Giant Burmy
Challenge: Moderate
Cap: 1 (2)
Hanging in a minaret full of cobwebs

5. Name: Giant Castform!
Challenge: Tough
Cap: 2
Surrounding an entire minaret, this Castform cloud scowls into the darkness, lighting it with occasional flashes of sun or lightning. It's like the tower's own personal storm.

Unlimited:
Batlike Sigilyph, hanging from the highest minarets.
A pack of mixed Elektrike, Houndour, and Growlithe, each with an eyelike patch on their faces.
Gligar and Trapinch, clinging to the outside of one smooth tower like underground barnacles, waving in the breeze of your passage.

These could be fought as hordes for XP.

Heart was walking side by side with Nathan not looking very much towards him/@Dragonstrike. He still looks sometimes toward the sword who Nathan holds, and some little flames flying around Heart, barely capable of hiding his jealous/rage. With a still angry, but more control anger, he talk to Nathan. "So...how is the "Sword" thing are going Warren? Pretty bad we didnt able not even scratty that door I supose. It seems that Legendary Sword its not that much Legendary at all."

Just to make something clear myself: I not mad at Nathan anymore, but this is just I roleplaying my char in a way how he is feeling right now. Now is your chance to open a conversation Dragonstrike, I already give the opening.

*Slight Flashback*
Spira notices Nathan's gaze, and follows it to his arm, he flushes and quickly slides his sleeve to cover the mark. "Uh..." Spira puts his coat back on and rushes off in embarrassment.
*Flashback end*

In the middle of Spira's rushing, he ends up in a minaret full of cobwebs and runs face-first into one!
"Pleh! The hell?!" When Spira notices the oversized Burmy (I'm assuming its a Sandy Cloak?) he uses the Hyper Potion on Hida (bringing him back to 9/10 HP) and growls "Time to fry a bug, go Hida! Flamethrower three times followed by Ancient Power twice!"

Flamethrower A/B/C
Accuracy: Dex(5*)+Fight(5)+Canalize(4)-Actions(5)= 9/8/7D6
Damage: Strength(4)+Item(1)+STAB(1)+3= 9D6+SE(1)
Notes: Burn 2(1)

Ancient Power A/B
Accuracy: Dex(5*)+Fight(5)+Canalize(4)-Actions(5)= 6/5D6
Damage: Strength(4)+STAB(1)+2= 7D6+SE(1)
Notes: All Stats +1(1) (redundant on second one if first CD succeeds)

Shiva was JUST about to fire something back at Nathan, when Spira chipped in unsolicited but at the exact right time for her to hold back her words. She respects him way too much to disagree, and she remembers that she should not let anything that involves the young historian and/or his trademark stubborness get to her head and heart bar she wants to end like Ventus did. Which she obviously doesn't want as it'd only proof that she hasn't learnt by his example.

Means, she ends up swallowing her anger, sadness, distrust and anythingelse to prevent it from poisoning her reaction and closes the an icy-cold door behind them with quite the effort. Then she gives Spira a timid and Nathan a disgruntled glance, turns away into the opposite direction of the believed Megastones and speaks up briefly before she's leading off, her voice deliberately held in an noncharacteristically neutral tone. "Okay. Actually, fine, you can do what you want, but it's highly bold of you to assume that I care. I'll continue following the path then, we'll see one another later."  .... "Come, Yena", it's almost impressive how she can control the amount of warmth in her voice as her butterwolfly is adressed affectionately, "We get going then." Off she is, leaving figurative ice crystals behind like a Glavinug in water. This doesn't prevent Yena from licking her hand and whine because master's acting scary.

She needs some distance to cool down again and sort her upriled emotions, and concentrating on her search for hints of a Keystone along the way is an ideal way to do so. That great power she picked up on the other side of that trapdoor, that one she would asscoiate with King Sarimanok only, increased her positivity that if some are still around, they are down there, but she can still look out for other loot around, can she? After all, those Scavengers probably aren't leaving them to lay around openly. Her search eventually leads her to come across...

Terra mostly paided Shiva's and Nathan' conversation no mind, as them squabbling over something was a regretfully common thing he was ill equipped to handle. Sure, he'd quietly listened to it, but that didn't necessarily mean he understood it, or why the heck the two of them were fretting in the first place. In a few words, the sagely monk was troubled by this and other recent events, but felt like he really couldn't do anything about it all, other than stand and watch like a big dumb idiot.

'*Sighs* .....Why can't friends get along with each other? Should be easy by now for them, but.....it is not. At all......'

When Nathan (and subsequently Heart) decided to stick around to try and pilfer whatever else treasures that.....Lunapup the mystical lass told the group about was guarding, he was all geared up to march right after them to offer his assistance, but just before he did so he managed to spot a frankly GARGANTUAN Castform casually messing with the Weather underground atop their tower! This caused him to gap a bit in surprise - as he'd neverexpected to run into one of those fluff balls in the Skull Ruins of all places, nor one so BIG! - before he recovered and shook his head, his stoney facade turning both curious and interest as he regard them for a few seconds, and then took off after it, plucking both Sari's and Mikey's Pokeballs as he Steeled himself to face off against the colossal cumulonimbus! He couldn't leave the Castform well enough alone, for it could (and most likely would) invariably cause him and his group huge amounts of trouble if they caught its aggravated attention, so he was going to take care of it ASAP before it could!
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
