Mate...I honestly don't know to say. Thank you. Really really thank you. But...I don't know. Maybe Terra or Nathan could make a better use of this item. Right now, Quetzal is the only Pokemon I have with access to a Mega Stone, and Nathan have access to more options, including Charizard X/Y and Mega Gallade. Not to mention with the Sword, he is even powerful.

Its not like I been ungrateful with such amazing gift, I simply adore it. But...in a final battle perspective, maybe such item could be used to the strongest among us. Even more now since death never was so close...

I gave the Mega Stone for you to use, Spirit. Nathan has the Sword and his most broken Pokemon in play. Shiva has her Shield and some of the best disruption possible in her partners. Terra has Arete and has the most destructive offensive force around with his motley crew. And Spira.....well, he has a crapton of Ghosts and whatever that deal with his birthmark, so he's fine too. 

But Heart? He only had the Frozen Roar and first pick of the Plates with his eccentric but effective squad of Mons, and while that's a stellar combination, he's clearly the most lacking in terms of unique/stand-out 'weapons.' Giving him the Mega Stone fixes that problem right up, as he now can have a Mega Delta Steelix FLY him into battle and lay waste to those damn clones with aplomb. Though you have to decide on what Mega Ability they would have by then - Sheer Force would be a great one (Even if they can't fully abuse it with a Life Orb strapt on), or Lightning Rod if you want to removes one of their Weaknesses and give it anti-Discharge protection when Melly comes out to play if you're of a long term/defensive bent.

Honestly, I though of giving it to Nathan at first, but I realized even if that would be the most logical and optimal Moves, it was not the nicest thing I could do. Get me, mate?

So please use the Mega Stone, mate. Use it, and have fun. If you truly don't want it, however, just give it back to Terra, and that'll be the end of that.

Given the circumstances, I think it can be overlooked if the League does find out. We are going to be facing a much harder challenge than what Cress will be dealing with simultaneously, after all.

I hope so, because the very last thing I want is being blacklisted by Creshire's League or similar. :C

I make my choice of Ability. Lighting Rod gonna be my choice of Ability. It will help neutralize Quetzal weakness to Eletric types, not to mention will increase his strengh in case he get by lighting.

Duly noted: don't use Grid's single target Electric moves while Mega Delta Steelix is on the battlefield, acting like a giant electricity magnet.

Iron, I've got two questions concerning Fly before I forget: Does it actually stack with Extreme Speed on Raphael, means can he accelerate even more that way and fly even faster? Whether a human can still keep mounted on him at that speed, I honestly doubt though. ^^;
Furthermore, can Fly....be used to fly to a different region you already visited, or more specific, would it be possible for Shiva to fly from Chreshire home to Castelia with Tropius now? Not that I want or am planning to do that, but it's be super-useful if she could for semester break or such.
