[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Not to mention the Houndoom dream invasion. I wish there some sort of ominous and mysterious danger like that Houndoom surprised attack. But I myself are enjoying so far this Deoxys battle thing.

This bring me a question: Are you people have a post campaign things in mind? In Heart case, he probably going to return to Sinnoh after challenge the Elite Four, and search clues for the person who destroy his clan. The woman with serpent eyes. Who she is. Why she attack and let only Heart survive, things like that.

He also plan in try find survivors. And find a way to send Spira back to his time.

Just because a campaign over, there still things to do. Celadon City post campaign it's a proof of that.

This Campaign isn't over after the battle is won! :C It just becomes diceless for a little, like GM said. There's a lot I want Shiva to do, for example...
...Reunite with Ventus
...Hope that SpiraSenpai doesn't leave
...Get in contact with Almanac and Telperion
...Train and bond with a few more Pokemon of hers

and there's Victor/Borealis Road and the Elite4.

Oh yeah, realized and pointed out a few Spam Bot just a few minutes ago. This makes me wish even more for a permission to delete Spam Bots for you and me as we're the ones who spot and report most of them, but Cody hasn't come back to me on that yet.

Terra's post campaign plans more or less amount to either continuing to be either the group's or Shiva's bodyguard (Even if Ven comes back), becoming Nathan's bodyguard/closest ally if Ven dismisses him from his duty, go back to being a wandering Survivalist monk if the group entirely disbands, or settling down in a city somewhere to become either either a teacher of sorts, a professional chef, or some sort of business tycoon similar to Mallorn (or all three, potentiall). Oh, and researching and further facilitating Arete too on the side. That too. He doesn't really have that much in the way of a driving motivation or purpose beyond the group, and his wanderlust is very much still a thing for him, so any diceless plans for him are up in the air at this point.

Hmm? Well, that's a bit surprising, but at the same time....I can sorta understand? Our characters haven't really gotten into the thick of things with the Deoxys clones/DEOXYS Prime itself just yet, and nothing overly threatening/drastic/dramatic/bombastic/etc. has cropped up to pose a significant challenge to change the game state, so I can understand how things are not feeling particularizing amazing or epic. Especially since the group has already been in several EPIC situations in the past, such as 'Fighting' Seikamater, fleeing Mewural, Fighting DMGenesect , and just surviving the Skull Ruins and rescuing Marco in the process. Hard to feel 'wowed' by an event unless it matches or exceeds those past ones, imo.

Ah, I see. Heard MHW was an excellent game if you're of the right mindset for all the prep work and long term payoff, so I can't blame you getting hooked by it and want to have fun with your friends. It's the sorta thing I would do, if I was not swamped with college work IRL and other stuff.

It's also an RP related thing.  I usually keep it simple, but J've needed to think harder than usual about what I want Nathan to say and do in response to the current circumstances.  I want that to at least be decent quality as well, so I'm not about to half ass it unless I absolutely don't have any time nor drive to do more detailed work for such an important event.  Writers' block sucks big time.

Honestly, I'm feeling the challenge already.  It just...wasn't quite what I was expecting because it's so...different.  I really liked the Genesect fight, even if it was stressful.  I loved everything involving Marco and his pokemon.  Mural Mew was...okay I guess.  Seikamater...honestly, wasn't a huge fan.  Legendary stuff so far has been rather hit and miss with me in this campaign.  And the Skull Ruins...I hate to admit it, but I didn't really have a whole lot of fun going through them.  The environments and ideas were definitely cool, but...again, I just can't help but feel like something was missing that whole time to really define the experience as a whole...

Ever since I picked up MH4U on the 3DS, I've all but fallen in love with the series.  It's grindy, but I think it's a fun grind, and I've easily poured hundreds of hours into MH games.  I've been having a ton of fun with MHW since picking it up, and the Iceborne expansion for it was definitely as good a time as any to finally get involved in the most recent entry in the series.  No regrets!

I have a lot of ideas for post campaign stuff, tbh.  Can't really say what most of them are right now, though.

And done.  In the end, the orders are rather simple, but I hope that the Sword actually is more effective against the Defense Forms in the way I think it is...

Again, sorry about the wait, guys.

No problemo. With some luck, Gustav will be able to finish off remaining foes. Wide Guard will offer some defense to Gallade this time but be careful.

oof, takes almost three hours to do one of these.

Now that you have an idea of the Deoxys' strengths and weaknesses, it will probably go faster.

Sorry if the campaign has seemed draggy lately. It's probably a combination of things, including that updates have been spaced out, power levels, huge pools of dice, and maybe that there's less time for cool details when you're constantly a heartbeat away from death.
