That looks like a excelent plan! Quetzal have Ice Fang and Thunder Fang. I could try to paralyzed/freeze him and with the bonus chance of Flinch him.

Again, you need to be powered up by the Helm for a move's secondary effects to directly do anything to Deoxys.  I don't recommend trying to Flinch or Freeze Cosh with a damaging attack.  If you're going to inflict debuffs on Cosh, try to stick with non-damaging moves.

That reminds me.  Quetzal's Lightning Rod is going to screw over any single target Electric attacks from friend and foe alike (unless they're used by Quetzal himself).  That's...not good if we're trying to Paralyze something with Thunder Wave.

Yeap, but it also prevents DEOXYS PRIME from letting off Lethal PD ZAP CANNON shots, which I consider honestly a decent trade off for not being able to Paralyze the sucker. If we all want DP Paralyzed, though, then Quetzal will have to either go up this or next Round, and considering they've already been sent out.....

Of course, since they Mega Evolved in the Clone Wars battle, wouldn't that have disabled their Mega Evo from the proper DEOXYS PRIME Fight, or were the group able to get over to engage that monstrosity fast enough for them to still have maintained it? If not, then EVERYONE can use Electric Moves freely, including the big baddy itself....

Remember when Seikamater used Thunder on Lucifer? A Lethal PD move isn't all that much more dangerous than a standard PD move. PDD doesn't care about a move's lethality. I could use a full powered Night Slash with Calam and not kill the target instantaneously.

Iron also corrected one of my interpretations of the wording.  The 'recharge time' for Key Stones is just a flavor explanation for the 'once per battle', and technically starts instantaneously.  It's possible to Mega Evolve in simultaneous fights.

Besides, Heart is also holding two Key Stones at the moment, so the point is null and void anyways.

@Iron, with a total of 9 Dex after buffs and a Choice Scarf (or 10 Dex and Quick Attack or some other priority), would that be fast enough to outspeed the Speed Forme?

Also, Charizard technically wasn't participating in the battle at that point, so why did he end up being targeted...?

And one more question: does Melly also have Lightning Rod? I honestly forget if she does.

M....My Shield, my precious Shield! o(TヘTo) I want it back.... Iron, how long (in Actions) may it take for Melly to retrive it IF she can find it and return to the battlefield? Also, can I increase the odds of getting it back if I revive Whimsicott and send her to search for it too? She may not be able to FLY, but she's got Tailwind at least...

Okay, so I think priority is to prevent this scenario by all means - Pangoro's still standing with 1HP, and I'm feeling tempted to order him to fully cover Nathan AND bring up a Rage Powder together with Yena (who'll be sent out to replace Kyuu, as he's still fine and may become useful in a subsequent Round). It worked on catching the Clone's attention, I'm insecure whether a doubled portion of this move will work on Prime, but it's the best I can think off at the moment. How does that sound?

Main reason I'm asking whether Nathan's absolute fastest mons are able to outspeed is to see if it's possible for anyone other than Nathan or the Helm user to interfere in the first place, given that Speed Forme typically outspeeds even priority.

If even Nathan's fastest pokemon aren't fast enough even with gimmicks to increase their already insane speed, then that leaves three options, at least for the first set of actions:
1) Nathan evades to buy time.  Odds of success are pretty good, but it's still a gamble
2) Spira uses the Helm to interfere.  His pokemon and himself are the only ones guaranteed to outspeed Deoxys-S, priority/insane Dex score or no
3) I use one of my secret trump cards (it's an absolute last resort if things go badly)
