I saw that and tried to edit out right away, but that user's inactive since August 2017 - so I think it's fine, I'll just leave it like that now. (◕‿◕) If they do log in by suprise though - random alert!~

Also Iron, by chance there is any Normal, Poison and Dragon tutors wandering around Cheshire right now? Poison Jab is one of the moves I want to teach Nidorina. And Horn Drill I would like to teach Caesar before he Evolve. He waited far to long to evolve.

And Phantom, since our battle is getting closer, I want to teach Koa a move to have another extra chance to fight Whimscott. The most powerful Dragon type move of existence aside of Legendaries.

DRACO METEOR

However, I had a conversation with Windos and...well, we agreed it is a move way to much powerful, and he remembers the last fight Shiva and Terra had where things get out of control. So I don't think use such move in our future battle would be my wisest decision.

However, I do still want to teach Koa such move. After all, considering what we gonna face soon, having such powerful move at our disposal in case of need. And with Heart Earthpower abilities and some training, Heart himself could call such apocalyptic move too.

Iron already confirmed that there's a master tutor for every type.  The trick is determining who and where they are IC.  Ask the Gym Leaders.

Not to seem like a killjoy, but let's keep in mind that Draco Meteor requires a special move tutor in every instance in the games.  I doubt we can teach it ourselves yet, particularly since we have yet to even see the move.

Additional note about Draco Meteor in the core book: the writers seem to have given it the same treatment as the elemental hyper beams, meaning it's generally only listed in the movesets of fully evolved Dragons.  I'd like to teach it to my Dragons too, but none of mine meet the requirements to learn it if that is factored in.

As the elemental hyper beams and pledges are only teachable by the Primals in Creshire so far as we've seen currently despite being teachable by specific specialized human tutors in the games, Draco Meteor might have gotten similar treatment unless Iron confirms otherwise.

Notable exceptions for Dragons listed with Draco Meteor in the book before being fully evolved:

The Gible line.  All three members have it listed.  They're the only ones that have that quirk in the base rules.

The Luxi line, Voltasu, and Yatagaryu.  Technically not in the book, but all of these Tandorian Dragons do learn it as the final level up move of their species (costing them 60+ exp), before and after evolution, so that is a method to use it that's accessible should you have them.  However, that means you actually need to invest the time and exp in those pokemon...or the money in their case since that means the standard Dragon Tutor could probably teach it to them if you're willing to pay up $75 times the move's exp cost.

Well, considerely what gonna fight, its gonna be one of Heart final goals. Help Koa reach its final form to be worth of learn Draco Meteor. With some luck, Koa might evolve after the end of our in Garlicburg.

Sorry about taking so long to respond, Dragonstrike mate. Had a lot to do yesterday, and needed some time to think how exactly Ven would react to being solicited in person by Nathan for his help in their quest after next. Hopefully you'll find it worth the wait!

Huh, our battle is getting closer? Did we agree on a particular time for that in-game?? I can't remember and am sorry if we did and I forgot, but I actually want to explore and have Shiva do some nice stuff at my own pace before being soft-locked into a battle or long conversations... Diceless feels a bit like a sandbox and I like it.

Well, of course you can aim to have Koa know Draco Meteor, but you are aware that if you use it against Whimsicott she'll just laugh and get out unharmed? ╮( ̄ω ̄;)╭

Pokerole Mold Breaker lets Attack Moves ignore Immunity , so Koa can do neutral Damage to Fairy Types with their STABs. So yeah, Whimsi CAN actually get KA-BOOMED by D.M. ! Best be prepared for it, dear....
