Understood. Wide Guard in the double. Another idea of mine is set Ion Deluge to make all Normal type moves become Electric type. Headbutt and Crush Claw from Elektross could act as Electric moves and give those Poison Lumineon the shock of his lifes!

But...there the danger in energized the environment we currently in like you two mentioned. Maybe it's not the best idea. Zap Cannon and Thunderbolt would be very much useful right now.

Hmm....the Ubers right now is what I thought it'd be, but I'm somewhat surprised that regular Inflagetah hasn't gotten on there yet, seeing as it can completely outclass its Mega with just a Life Orb and Sword Dance. That, and N-Jerbolta, as Quick Charge Radio Acid is mega scary, especially Choice Specced.

Nuclear Moves ban on Non-Nucmons? Sounds reasonable enough, but that won't stop the root of the problem (IE: Nuclear Moves in general). In the sim, a Corrupt Nucmon with perfect IVs and the right is perfectly possible unless they specifically only allow you to use 'uploaded' Corrupt Nucmons, so they'll still be problematic enough if players dedicate whole team styles to facilitate their devastation.

Well, when Acceleration and Quick Charge aren't working at all on the sim...

Nuclear is a pretty powerful type, yeah, but not every Nucmon has been effectively abused yet by the community, so we can't just blanket ban the type as a whole (we had a looooooooonnnnnnnnggggg discussion about this so, so many times in the past, and that's basically the result of all of them).  (Un)Fortunately, the sim also doesn't support the corrupted nukes at all yet.  A lot of the other Uranium exclusive stuff still isn't working properly either.  Very much still a WIP, but we're making it work for now.

But I still say no to the use of ANY Electric Moves, though, AoE or not. Being in an electrically super-conductive environment is NOT a place to use Electric Moves in unless everyone can be gotten far out of range of the current to be unaffected by it.

Crush Claw and Crunch then shall be use them. They are not super effective, but they are Typhon strongest non-electric moves. Crush Claw can be super powerful too to help break the moral of those enemies.

Heart could also try to use Aegislash Psychic Hidden Power. With some luck, most of those Lumineon would have no choice but to obey Heart due to Aegislash Hidden Power.

Fortunately, he has a way to reverse it via Queen Syrentide, but that's going to be a long time coming 'fore he pays her a visit. Guess he's has to get used to being a middle age man for awhile....

Dont forget Heart have shaman healing powers! Perhaps I could maybe reverse that age thing via Curse Breaking. If those barbs is cursed somehow, I might be able to break it. Maybe via Helmet+Moltres combo in healing. No curse barb is superior to the might of a Legendary Bird!

I honestly don't think this is a curse, per se...probably more like a super-toxin, or something like that.  Something less supernatural than psychic powers.

Or rather, it's supernatural in a different sense.  The word has two definitions, after all.

Anyways, apologies for the delay on responding.  It was my sister's birthday today, so we ordered some takeout from a nice restaurant and watched The Rise of Skywalker.  Now that that's over, expect a post from me soonish describing what Nathan does during the fight and afterwards!
