If thats is truth, how can you explain this:

Eletux has 3 Base HP and knows only Tackle, Tail Whip, and Water Gun. Ability is Static of course.
Shrimputy, being a baby, only has 2 Base HP and knows Bubble, Water Sport, Focus Energy, and Smokescreen - but it knows Bullet Seed as an egg move.

Moves are 50$ per XP cost.

I'll also give everyone $1700 worth of treasure for their undersea explorations so far. That's lost coins, maybe a few minor historically valuable artifacts, and the occasional Pearl or whatever.

Phantom misremembered and Iron went with it since he didn't bother to double check either.  I asked Iron if it was 75 or 50 in the meta thread (with a link to a post Iron made that originally said the cost was 75), then Iron confirmed it's 75 instead of 50.  Phantom then corrected her own notes.

Consider it explained.

I haven't recently, but I remember you decided on the cost for Aspis's Poison Fang by looking at when the move was learned normally by other pokemon, then averaging the levels or something then adding 10 as well? It's been so long since then). I think. Kinda important info for me to know as well since I want to look into some ? moves for some of my own pokemon.

And previous evos moves were the original cost for the prevo+10, iirc.
