I have no idea if Shiva has SEEN what this creature looks like on a photo or such, but I'm certain that those she asked about it described its appearance enough to pick up that THIS tiny creature....! (EDIT: Ah, her dad was able to describe it to her here!) She actually finds it super-cute and adorable. Nukemon are scary? Well, very likely, but this creature here is giving off not that many scary vibes to her...?

Shiva, still in the hazmat suit and everything, can't help but to smile at this smol creature - a warm smile in this super-scary surrounding. She even reaches out to let them sniff on her gloved hand if they like. "Hey, you lil' thing - living all alone down here in this destroyed and irradiated area? At such a young age...? Oh, and what a beautiful scarf you're wearing!" Does it let Shiva carefully pet it? ^0^

What she also does is involuntarily protect it from Nathan's raised Sword and Heart's flames and Lancelot - this is such a tiny little being, can't let it be harmed!

It lets you pet it gently, so long as all three eyes can watch your movements.

Awwwwwwcute <3 "Not feeling somewhat...lonely down here, all by yourself? You look so young to me still, like having only recently having hatched, haven't you? ( ._.)" Indeed, do any shards of an Egg lay around or have they all been burned up by what happened down here?

Nathan lowers the Sword once it's clear that the pokemon isn't going to attack.  "...huh.  So that's why that person was all curled up...that pokemon must have meant a lot to them..."

Nathan knows what Shiva's thinking here.  It's pretty obvious, even if you hadn't heard that conversation between her and Dagny about Nucleon.

"...you should probably talk with Dagny about this later, Shiva.  From my understanding, Nuclear types are rather strictly regulated in Tandor because of how much of a hazard they pose to almost everything around them.  And one existing outside of Tandor is...potentially more immediately problematic at a legal level, to put it simply.  I'm all for getting them out of here, but let's not get in trouble for it."

[Spiritmon]

Heart also disappear his flames when see such tiny creature. "Huh. I know I suppose to be the Pokemon Rare Collector, but honestly people? I don't think I ever see such Pokemon before, not even in my travels." 

Heart give a order to Lancelot calm down. He return to his Shield Form, and attach to his master back.

Heart roll the palm of his hand, and another sphere of light like Shiva one (only smaller) and careful send floating towards the small Pokemon. Maybe let him play with it since it just light and not actually heat. 

Since Eevee Pokemon I think it is more or less like cats, maybe the little one could be interested in play with Heart sphere to help him calm down?

[Iron]

No Egg shards, burned or otherwise. Nucleon doesn't admit to being lonely, but it tries to return to the shelter of the person who died trying to protect it.

It will chase the ball of light like a laser, but only if the light stays near that particular corpse.

[Spiritmon]

Heart feel his heart (heh) melt at the scene of Nucleon chasing the sphere of light. He make the light go in circles near the body. Sometimes when the Nukemon jump at the Sphere, Heart divide into two, and they become one again to survive the chase of the Nukemon. 

Eventually, Heart aproach Shiva and tell her. "Listen...I know how you feel. Truly. But this person die to protect and save this little Eevee. This one feel attach to his trainer, even after his demise. It is very unlikely it will leave his trainer behind. We should find a way to secure the safety of this Pokemon and take the body outside of this place. We could return now to take the body and the Nukemon outside, to make sure he is safe. And maybe give the guy some sort of dignity burial."

Heart also look at the body of the trainer who sacrificed to save this young Eevee...there must be a way to connect to that soul.

Heart stand up, and approach to a safety distance to not startle the young Eevee. He knows exatcly how to do it this time.

"Lancelot. I think I exatcly know how to do it." Heart put the helmet, and then said once more. "Be ready."

Heart then begin a ritual. His right hand going to the top of his head, while the other go in the opposite direction. And then his arms when each one reaching opposite direction, they revert and go in the other direction. While doing that Heart chant his spell.

Oh poor soul who depart from this world, hear my call
In the name of Giratina, god of the dead, my master, I call you
Just once more, may your spirit walk among the living
For the one you sacrificed to save
Ancestor, I ask thou help
Help your descendant, the one who have the soldier line within

Heart hands begin to shiny with light. 

Ark, Maiden of Flames, Crimson Knight, Origin of all ArcHearts
Once choosen one of Arceus, hear my call
For at least a few minutes, let this guy soul appear as a spirit!
Let him know Eevee is alive!
Let this poor man know his sacrifice was not in vain!
And then let him have the rest he deserve!

Lancelot was around Heart, trying to connect with his ancestor somehow. Using Heart Earthpower, Lancelot powers and the helmet, Heart undestood why he couldnt connect with the dead. It is because his power is not enough, his power alone is not enough. Despite all his power, his power could not even match the power and wisdom his ancestor have. Ark created a legacy who last three thousands years. Heart would be luck if he ever do something like that. Even after everything, Heart is still a child. A child who still thinks it can do something alone.

But he is wrong. As much cliché it sounds, his friends and companions gave him strenght to go forward. He beg to the help of his Ancestor. He finally understand. In fact...he remember. Ark was the knight of creation. She served Arceus and the Creation Trio. She serve the Creator God, the one who rule over All and over Everything. 

The light and the dark. The good and the evil. The day and the night. Nightmare and Dreams. Life and Death. 

Even if Heart with Ark aid can't bring back the dead, if only they could at least summon his soul for a few minutes...it could be more than enough.

Towards Nathan:

Shiva throws a glance over to him, a short one that nevertheless holds some hidden thankfulness for lowering the Ancient Sword. Then, she simply goes back to very carefully pet and stroke this tiny three-eye'd creature. "...Yesyes, I will go and talk to Dagny. Or rather... I will go fighting for letting me keep this smol being. It needs a good home, it deserves one, like Cosh told me himself! (>o<)" She sounds unusually determined and set on this while holding back a sob.

"Nuclear Types....pose a hazard? I see... But Nucleon are deemed safe to be around, I read it up in a report once..." (Or more specific, in her Almanac's Dex Entry of Nucleon)



Towards Heart:

The words of 'he knowing how she feels, truly' seem to hit a sensitive nerve within the natural fae-enthusiast as she quickly and a bit timidly shakes her head. "N-no, none can ever truly 'know' how a different person feels..." With a careful smile and a lighter tone of voice she adds "But, uh.... T-thank you for your concern..."

And then she gives Heart a weird look and whispers to him: "Heart, th-this body - it's massively IRRADIATED, if we....take it outside the military will very likely NOT appreciate it. And i-if we were to bury it just like that, we'll, uh... You see, it belongs into a repository for atomic waste at best, definitely not somewhere near any hint of nature."

With a convinced expression she quietly adds: "....I will take care of this smol Pokemon. Ever since... I heard about this strange and unique Nucleon, I, uh...."

Ohhh good idea to try to say farewell to this particular corpse's spirit, Shiva kinda appreciates and enjoys this and watches with curiosity and makes smol Nucleon do so likewise. She makes sure that the smol creaure is not alone in this moment.



Towards smol Nuke-Eeveelution themselves:

Awwww too cute how they chase the small ball of light - a glimmer of light feelings and fun in this creepy surrounding and situation.

Eventually after having played enough, Shiva opts to continue to very carefully pet their head and detached glowing-green ears, but her eyes are starting to fill with tears as she does so. o(TヘTo) "I'm so sorry, little and cute one... Please, listen carefully now. This place here... It is not safe for you to stay here. I... I SEE how you would not wish to leave or be seperated from this guy here *touches the arm of the burned exoskeleton'd corpse*... But... People, BAD people will come here soon, the military and the League, and they will likely not hesitate to take you with them with force." Shiva sobs at this and looks as if this thought threathens to break her sensitive heart. "H-heaven knows what they may do with YOU, little and cute one, but I rather not wish to imagine..."

"I'm so so sorry... But your caretaker(?) here can't protect you from them, look, he died to protect you from whatever disaster happening within this room already. H-how... noble and dear of him, isn't it?"

"But... Look, I came down here in hopes to prevent anyone from forcing you to come with them, and I'm so sooo happy and lucky to have made it before they could. Haha, one could say 'I came to save you' to make it sound romantic and sappy.... But, honestly now, will you agree, will you trust me just this one time and come with me instead? I.... will do my best to provide you a 'home', a definite safe place and make sure that these bad people won't get you.... Oh, and I've got some more friendly Eeveelutions that surely look forward to meeting you and proving comfort and company!~"

"F...furtermore... You may be worried about being without radiation, aren't you....? I... am sure you'll be fine once you got used to this... Ah, and you can always hold onto this, so you'll have a bit of radiation right there with you!" Shiva carefully presents that Nuclear Gem she once found among more Type Gems in a tresure chest down the Skull Ruins.

Nathan's understandably skeptical of that claim.  "We have no way of verifying that claim right this moment.  The geiger counter is still going crazy in here.  I'd advise taking extra precautions until we know it's safe.  And even if it is, I'd imagine that Nuclear attacks still emit radiation when used just because of the nature of the type.  That's unlikely to be very healthy for most people and pokemon."

[Iron]

As Heart completes the ritual, Shiva feels a shiver pass over her. But that is your only clue as to whether it has worked or not.

You can sense that the bond between these two was very strong - how else would the Eevee have become an in-control Nucleon after that dose of radiation that killed all the other Eevee?

Nucleon accepts the Nuclear gem. You're certain it would enjoy being with you, but that doesn't mean it will leave the trainer who died for it.
