In that case, Nathan will retrieve Charizard, Masq the Unfezant, Pidgey (who should evolve very rapidly from using this move due to its specific evolution conditions), and Ditto (transformed into one of the other FLY users) and instruct them to pick up the gym leader and his men and bring them here ASAP!

The Legendary HM brings Achilles and Co here in an instant. They only have to dodge one lazy jet of water from the ginormous crab, and they've landed on the island and are helping Nathan with his plan of keeping everyone calm. Achilles' authoritative, quasi-military voice is loud and penetrating even without a Frozen Roar. He knows just how to handle this kind of people, and quickly gets the military to cease any preparations of firing. Soon he's got them standing calmly in formation, waiting for something to happen.

However, they disagree with Shiva's assessment of the situation. While they do plan to get rid of Nucleon and fix the broken power core, they have no intention of abandoning the trillion dollar military base below Garlicburg. 

With the military temporarily calmed and a soothing music projected through the Frozen Roar, Cocancer stops any thrashing about. One long stalk eye raises itself high above the rest of the crab to regard Shiva and see what is going to happen next. He can't just stop existing... and the military obviously isn't going to give any ground on the matter of abandoning their expensive base.

Nathan has a few words to say to Achilles and the military concerning the current ecological stalemate.  "Well, like it or not, us humans are the ones intruding here, even if it was on accident.  We can't leave things exactly the way they are, or this exact same problem will occur again in the future.  If Cocancer is fine with us sticking around, some parts of the facility might have to be reworked so they aren't causing the pokemon any discomfort or harm.  It's not a quick solution, but it's necessary if we're not going to relocate everything.  We should be working with nature, not trying to bend it to our will.  And whatever happens here, it should cater to Cocancer since we're the guests in this situation."

At first Shiva's incredibly STARTLED by Huge Cocancer regarding her with one likewise huge eye but she quickly calms down likewise once it becomes clear that the crab's calm and quiet now. "Well done, thank you, you're such a good boi!" She shows a sweet smile despite being miiiiildly disturbed by being watched by an eye that has the size of her Tropius incl. the wings (or even more).

She also greets the military people, her voice amplified by the FrozenRoar once more. "Looks like the worst is over, lucky! Uhm, well then... Not wanting to leave the facilities alone? I see...  Then we shall possibly find a some sort of compromise that both you and this big Pokemon can agree on."

Towards Cocancer: "Well, you nice and big Pokemon, what shall we do with you...? No, of course you shan't just stop existing! And subduing you just so that the facilities can be operated further would be beyond cruel (>A<; ). If all these facilities are what aren't to your liking, though - Well, don't you want to go searching for a new place to dwell and life at peace? It doesn't have to be far at all! Like, a few miles west- or northwards would be enough already."

Towards the military: "If these UNDERGROUND facilities - and the submarine - are your main priorities, the wouldn't it sound like an idea to have the Cocancer's being an island leave and you building up an artificial island to cover these facilities? Of course, yes you WOULD have to build up any constructions on the new island from scratch so to say, but you could do that without having to worry about disturbing this Cocancer. Try to, uhm, see it as a restart instead of something bad! Like, it'll be the new and improved Garlicburg!"

Humm. And if Shiva goes with Huge Cocancer to search for a new place he can rest together that may be a little farther away? She has FLY as well as SURF on her Pokemon, the Ancient Shield to protect herself from dangers, and she has traveled to Unova to visit her parents again on her Tropius' wings.

Having FLY would certainly help scout things out, and SURF would help Cocancer swim even through shallow waters.

Yay! That leaves two questions that Shiva's proposing towards the military and League's people directly: "Uh, well then, please listen: If I (or we if someone wishes to help on that) were to help find this big Cocancer an new island it can occupy and rest on and you agree on building up a new artificial island to cover all these underground facilities - and at best let this big Pokemon learn how to surf via your copy of this HM - does that sound fine and acceptable for you all? It, uh, does feel like a solution we all benefit from..."

The NPCs are considering it carefully and seem open-minded about this possibility. You see the military members whispering to each other, and you catch Achilles mentioning that knowing the location of an island-sized Pokemon could be a useful thing indeed.

Ven is hesitant about this plan of Shiva's, as it involves her both trusting the TITANIC COCANCER and making it even more dangerous by teaching it SURF (Imagine the tidal waves made by it! Yikes!). Still, it isn't like their are any better ideas that don't involve a hilariously one-sided bout of violence or everyone busting out the Big Guns ® [The Artifacts and Plot Deviced Pokemon they have] and attempt to make crab cakes out of it, and it doesn't seem like the island was not willing to share living space with Cheshire's 'finest' no longer, so with great reservation he'd go along with his girlfriend's plan. The moment something goes wrong, though, and he's having Lucifer peeling him out of the area with those willing to follow him! 

Terra, on the other hand, is much more on board with the mystical lass' relocation and reconstruction plot, giving her a small smile at her heartfelt intelligence and a nod as he continued occasionally *Musically Clanging~*  his Terra Symbols. Like his employer, the sagely monk didn't have many ideas besides either 'beat TITANIC COCANCER in battle somehow and make it submit' or 'Try to brainwash it with Gemini' - both of which had plenty of risks and flaws, to say the least - so any plan that could resolve this situation with the least amount of UTTER CATASTROPHE happening is a-ok to him! 

He (Terra) does have something to ask the TITANIC COCANCER, however, via Shiva wording it eloquently as possible: if he can have some small to sizable samples (The Size or Arete, per say?) of its body and a bit of his blood, if it would be so generous. Though he's new to this Pokemon Research business, he's picked up enough between his 'cooking lessons' , going over his lab and its staff's details/education , and what little research he himself has done on Arete/Gemini/Fossil Pokemon that for a Pokemon to get THAT old and THAT big must have some extraordinary genetics, so if he can get some of that to study it could lead to huge strides in his efforts to make Bug types as great as they were in the Ancient Era! If nothing else, their genetic code is probably quite unique due to coming from who knows what Era, so it'd be interesting to study. Ven would become rather interested in this line of inquiry as soon as Terra/Shiva would bring it up, but he'd let the big lug handle the matter - and the flank for it, if the colossal crustacean takes offense to their request.
