To clarify about The Mission: It's purely optional, and effectively has a 30 Day Time Limit to take and complete. Having looked over most of your Teams and my thoughts on how you are Now and what you Will Be Like in that time frame, I have gauged you are qualified to have this thrown at you. I will say that Vernon and Darren WITHOUT letting Aaron take the Lead REALLY shouldn't join on the Mission given their power level right now without some drastic decisions being made and quickly Power Training/Buying Powerful Mons on their part, while Akamu is a borderline case. Seddi, Oz, Ianai, and Bernhard are the ones the ones that, as they stand, can independently (with the Support Trainer's help + Sada) take on The Super Boss and win, with the more joining in = Better Odds of Success and less Dire Outcomes.
Recommended that 2 Pseudo or Pseudo Adjacent Pokemon be used by each participate in the Mission, and having at least 1-2 more in Reserve and/or an excess of Healing Items to keep your front liners and your PC up and kicking. I also recommend having a viable escape strategies and several contingency plans in the event the Battle against God Wandering Hurricane goes terribly awry. Lastly, though it probably need not be said, this is a Deadly Super Boss Encounter, one that is likely to take up an Entire Day's worth of time to handle it and the resulting fallout, Win or Lose. Odds are very high that one or several of your Pokemon may day, or even your PC - Max Revives or other methods of Cheating Death are highly recommended to have on hand.
For additional Support, Seddi and Bern have the Option to call Morgana for Aid - the former as repayment for the SOUL trouble, the later for various reasons, and also because it sounds like it'd be rather interesting to take part of. I don't need to tell you that getting her involved will likely have several consequences down the line too, but if the needs be great...
Ianai also has some connections she can call upon, though it'd take a few days for them to get to Bayhama and help. She'd be extremely reluctant to get them involved, however.
Darren can request Aaron to participate in the Mission, at the cost of being Excluded from it and only receiving 1/4 of any XP or Rewards given, as well as being put through hell Training-wise and losing out on some privileges for some time - the Elite Four member really doesn't want to get involved in such a Dangerous and Political Matter, but will if convinced.
Vernon...well, he can do something, but whether its worthwhile or not....
And that is it for now. Discuss this however you want, and I'll be working on the rest of the posts and future plot in the mean time!

@ Dragonstrike - Since I forgot to add it in and don't want to ruin the flow of the last post, The Berry Kit Contains 10 Rare Barries of your Choosing, though their is a Limit of 1 on Ritsuko Berries. This includes Pinch Berries of any kind (Healing Ones too, though they cause Confusion if the Pokemon doesn't like it), Super Berries that heal 5-7 HP but Confuse on Dislike Flavor or Chance, stuff like Custap Berries or Type Defense Berries, EV Berries (++Bond, +Cost to Leveling up Stat/Specialties for a Pokemon), Enigma Berries, and even Type Offense Berries Native to Sutalor that grant + 2 Damage to the associated Type of Move, and doubling/quadrupling any of the Flat Damage dealt by a Super Effective hit affected by the Berry, at the cost of Exhausting the Pokemon for the rest of a Battle.
The Capture Kit, meanwhile, contains 10 Pokeballs of your Choosing (All the Exist in the Games and Campaigns, as well as ones from Fangames if they are not super OP. Master Balls, Unity Balls, and Delta Balls are excluded, of course), as well as 5 Status Grenades that are A) Spread, and B) have a 5D6 of Statusing Pokemon affected, and 5 Super Bait Items (Like Special Honey or Aromas to Attract Pokemon, Fishing Bait to get specific/better Aquatic Mons, Music, Nets, etc..).

...Santo Deus do céu. We barely land on Bayama, and we gonna face a Malefic Maestrum. And one powerful enough to be called a god.
We need, nay, MUST do preparations. Like you said Windos time to buy and stock lots of healing items. Potions, Revives, perhaps some items who grant protection to certain stats just in case the creature decide to land stats ailments on us.
I really fear about what can happen, but I not like the person I was years ago. Time to Oz show the world why she is a healer, and put all her skills into practice.
Need just to eat breakfast and then I will make my post about Dandy man. But for now people me thinks we should wait a bit to gather resources and items, and make our Pokemons stronger. We have 30 day time limit to get ready. Let's get ready in that time frame.

Key point to be made: you don't have to face them NOW or SOON unless you want to help Seddi get out of being fettered by POLITICS for the next 10 or so days. Heck, you don't even have to do the Super Boss at all if you rather not court Death so directly! It's just an option made in the interest of both RP and Challenge for everyone - though Seddi, Bern, and Oz have the most stakes in not letting the MM be a menacing threat to Bayhama for various reasons, while Ianai...you'll see. They're also pretty much the only ones that have a decent shot at Success, coincidentally enough, since they're Tier 1 PCs with some pretty hefty heavyhitters on their Teams and the resources to bull through a Lethal Fight, though Aaron can certainly pull his weight and Vernon/Akamu have their own tricks they can pull to make Fighting a Super Boss less than delayed Insta Death for their team.
Revives and Max Revives, as well as any Max Heal Items and Lethal Damage Cure Alls (IE Ones that Treat Lethal Damage AND replace the missing HP), and get to practicing Oz' Healing Skills! I haven't really gone over what she can do precisely with her Medic Specialties, but that's 'cause there really hasn't been an opportunity to explore it! Hospital , hospice, or other medic work or practice would be good prep for ANY future Healing needing to be done, imo, though to balance that out with other stuff is something you have to pin down yourself!
I'd suggest prioritizing the next few days to exploring the city and setting the foundations for your PC before you even consider Fighting a Super Boss....or depending on what everyone else wants to do immediately go all in and try to hyper focus on beating it AT ALL COSTS. You do you, mates!

Oof, I...really DON'T want to take on a MaleficMonstrum on DAY1 (!!!) on the campaign, no. Perhaps mid-game when our party's various Pseudos are stronger, but definitfly not yet please.
Windos, don't forget to get back to the PM-Encounter of mine too please among posts in GameThread, for I'm highly curious what Morgana's response will be!

A hospital indeed could help improve Oz skills as medic, getting powerfull in that department. Not a bad idea, and one it will quite help a lot!
I very aware we dont need to face that Super Boss now, and thats something I prefer to do. We need to get stronger as possible. And maybe ask the authoraties to grab as many people and Pokemon possible when we face that creature, and take those people outside of the city, just in case the worse case scenario happen. I dont want to have people to get caugh in crossfire!
Just gonna make my post right now. Give me a few minutes *getting ready to type post*.

...let me repeat it then for you Spirit: It is Day ONE of the campaign, and MaleficMonstrums are WALKING DEATH FLAGS. There are other, much less risky ways of getting stronger. They take longer, but they're much more safe.

*Gives you a thumbs up a sugar cookie!* Phantom has got the right idea! Minor Spoilers, but At minimum you guys probably need to spend about 3-5 Days prepping to take on this Super Boss, and most likely more if you want to build up a war chest of Healing Items and Battle Gear to absolutely minimize the chances of both Failure and Perma-Death of your PCs and/or their Mons, as well as reducing collateral damage with either planning or having the resources and POWER necessary to go Hyper Offense of the Super Boss!
Also - don't underestimate your PC, Phantom! While I agree they would do MUCH better with more time to develop Alchemic Items and Train their Mons/Get More Powerful Ones on their Team to draw Special Power from, they are perfectly capable of tussling with the GWH now with two other Party Members! Liable to get maimed something FIERCE without Morgana backing them up, but it is still doable!
I've said it many a time, but I'll say it again - you got plenty of Days left before you got to commit to ANYTHING regarding the Super Boss. Do note that if you end up leaving Bayhama and traveling the Region there's even odds of you not having enough Time to go back, take the Quest, and then Hunt Down the God Wandering Hurricane, so if you guys do want to take the Mission at some point you're sorta stuck around Bayhama and the nearest Cities/Locations unless you get some really good and fast Transportation (and ways to ward of the Pokemon you'll rile up by blazing through the Region if you go metaphorically 180 MPH to get there and get it all done). Still, 30 Days should be plenty of time if you don't faff about too much, right....?
Oh, and I haven't forgotten the PMs! I'll get it done ASAP!

Also, you guys couldn't even take on the Super Boss Day 1 , since the Day is almost over for everyone! That, and their are certain factors at play when it comes to challenging the big ol' beasty in the first place...

@ Lord Windos Agreed with both of you! I not interested anyway to face the Malefic Monstrum in day 1 too! Lets go slowy and safe to get stronger, both by getting tons of healing items, battle gear, and try to minimaze the damage the battle will get. Time to go min maxed in our chances of survive.
Just a question though mate, how much money do we have? I also gonna check a few things in my char sheet just to make sure everything is O-kay!
