Little question: The action to both Pokemon or only one?

It works like a Regular Battle: Since Hecate and Other goes First, they both Use Their Actions. Nyan then Skips his Action 1. Action 2 and onwards Nyan will Fight Back. 

In Other Words - Use Your Action 1s for BOTH Mons without restrait, but with a bit of Insight mate!

Is the calculations right Windos? It is because I might be wrong since I calculate based both of the black flame drink and Hecate mega ability/mega boost, so tell me if I wrong.
