I've just finished reading through all of the Game Thread *and* Meta Thread, and... well. That was a serotonin-and-dopamine-flooded roller-coaster! I cried several times, both joyfully and from sadness. Y'all are doing an amazing job, and I'm really excited to become a part of this!

By the way - was anyone else in the path of the eclipse yesterday?  'cause that was pretty epic. And, if nothing goes wrong, I should live to see the next one as well!

I'm on the side of Umbreon personally, due to its design revolving around an eclipse motif, but I'd like to hear y'alls thoughts.

Oh, and @Spiritmon: As I understand it, you're doing all this through a translator? I'm really impressed! You're doing an amazing job. Just wanted to say, in case I pull out something that the translators don't like, please let me know! I really don't want to inconvenience anyone   and getting on the bad side of the person who's got all the healing power isn't a great idea lol

Not exactly. I writing these messages without any translator, just based in my knowledge about the English language. Years reading english books and interactions in these forums really help quite a lot in my language! And don't worry, no fear about get in my bad side. You did nothing wrong to get in my bad side.

*inhales, readying rambling speech* My headcanon for the Eevee evolved during an eclipse is that this will result in a unique phenotype that from appearance resembles sort of a cross between Umbreon and Espeon, Type is either Psychic/Dark (solar-eclipse variant) or Dark/Psychic (lunar-eclipse variant). In the case of the total solar eclipse having happened in the USA yesterday, it'd kinda look like this:

Stats are well-rounded, movepool is a colorful mix between what Espeon can learn and what Umbreon can learn. The bond of an Eevee evolved during such an astronimical event is significantly stronger than an Eevee evolved into Espy or Bre under normal conditions, to resemble the gratitude and appreciation it felt to witness such an atronomical event alongside its carer or Trainer (though it is not as strong as/it is still different from as the love it needs to feel to become a Sylveon). *end of talk, thanks for listening*

No I did not see the eclipse though unfortunately, as I'm stuck in the middle of europe. But I hope whoever got to see it in real time got to enjoy it!

Omph....yeah, my work, errands, and hobbies have taken me away from here for far too long....

First of all, my deepest apologies, but lately....well, I've been busy with stuff that has taken my attention away from writing, and recouping from work enough to get myself started back up again has been less than successful. I've been in a sort of 'Writer's Haze' for awhile now, so to speak, and wanted to try and dispel it first before I reapplied myself to DMing once more. Given the length of time between posts by now...that hasn't been going anywhere. So I'm going to try and see if I can brute force my way past this later tonight and see how much I can get written, likely letting my muse take me away a bit once more or trying to be more 'functional' with how I write, Wish me luck, mates...

Also, @Pokekitty2 , I'm now in the process of reviewing your PC and making tentative plans, so you don't have to wait too much longer from me on that front.
