[Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands
Again, I agree with you. First impressions is important. And my first impressions of those "Treasures of Ruin" is another case of "interesting ideas" but "bad execution". And also Nintendo/Gamefreak be lazy at this point.

Look...at this point we just gonna go head to head you and me, and none of us will backup in our opinions. How about we agree in disagree and put a stone in this topic about Pokemon desighs? Because if we continue I pretty sure we are going nowhere.

Terapagos is not forgetable o(TヘTo) It plays quite the big role in Pokemon Horizons, which I've picked up watching and following again after a break! Thank you for everything Ash & Pikachu, but socially anxious NyahoaSuperfan is SO much more of a relatable and likable protagonist.

Is he that important? Hmm...I didnt watch Pokemon for...quite a while. Specially Horizons. Since the end of the League of X/Y I kinda of give up the Anime. The change of animation also didnt help. I see some clips here and there, but I did acompany anymore in a long time.

The art desigh still is not that striking with me. The art style and Terapagos overall desigh is again, forgettable to me. I the minority here. Its like those Pokemon I see once, and then next day I will forget its very existence. Like it never existed in the first place. To me at least.

Besides Dragon, its obvious at this point you will defend Nintendo/Gamefreak, and honestly? I don't have the energy to back and forth in our debates again, so let's just leave at that.

Hey, that's uncalled for.  This line of discussion had nothing to do with that.

What does liking or not liking certain pokemon have to do with that?

Something I can say about Seddi's background is that he's privy to a lot of information that might be less known to the general public due to his position.  And he would be incredibly worried if he were to hear anything about the ToR since the examples he knows of are supposed to be in containment under the watchful eye of an incredibly powerful trainer.

The existence of such beasts also raises potential concerns about, say, the Keenglaive Artifacts that Terra has in his possession.  That's a potential worry, given the rather sour history that those items have been involved in recently.

You would be hard pressed to get Seddi to talk about any of this IC if it isn't relevant though because it's all rather classified info.

If I may (and if you still willing to indulge in this type of conversation) I dont get the feeling of deceiving appearances from Seddi. He is more like a trully heroically character. Unless he is shade character, I very much take him seriously. Specially after the way he talked with Morgana. He is pretty much brave like hell.

If we have the possible meeting of those Treasure of Ruin appear, I know they will be a piece of cake. All of them is Dark-type, so Hecate can demolish all of them, specially if she go Mega. Not only that but Seddi have some powerhouses of Pokemon to his side. Besides, I doubt those ToR can be worse than the Malefic Monstrum we are about to fight. Since they are more "grounded down" than most legendary Pokemon, that means they are far less weak than other Legendary. And again, their appearance doesnt scare me. I pretty sure we can handle a bunch of animals.
