Lucky you, eh? I was pretty amused when I came up with the good ol' Magikarp Switcharoo Trick for that Extra Special Good Catch of yours. The fact you ended up Catching it without Fighting was a stroke of good luck too, as their would be a good chance of YOUR Mons being the ones to make it vomit up the Everstone if Fought and had to face a Pissed Off Gyarados!

Well, your Up and Down Fortune continues to swing in your Favor - I was planning a more Back and Forth kind of affair and a more than likely Tough Fight, but your Luck made your plan 'Fuck it, we DEMAND' work out with just a biiiit of good will on her part. 

You can also add that Everstone to your Inventory , btw. Not like anyone will object to it now.

Global Menace PDs Specific to Gyarados: Ignore Pseudo Status of ALL Mons, Can Make Its Moves Lethal and Extra Lethal without penalty, Can Use Charge Moves without Charging, Rampage Moves at MAX Uses +1 and Choose its Targets, Intimidate Specialty Doubled, Intimidation Based Rolls Enhanced, Can't be Scared, Treated as a Dragon in terms of Traits and Interactions, and can straight up eat most Mons at a - 8 Accuracy Penalty and gain + 1 Damage on most Mons with Phys Moves due to its immense Size and Weight
Unique Traits: Can learn to Fly, and can hover/fly naturally due to HP FLY , + 1 more Damage on Phys Moves if Target is 'weak enough' and/or small enough compared to this Mon

Furthermore, a question: Does holding that speech at the City Hall actually take up an Encounter for me? Just to know whether my plans for the remaining Encounters are feasible, or whether I need to re-plan.

Don't know if it is, but I need the job and it was not TOO bad. Plus it was a 5 hour to 7 hour shift, so while it was miserable waking up it didn't eat into my time too much beyond forcing me to bed early and a nap. The joys of America, ladies and gents!

It'll take up a Moderate Encounter, yes. Big Event, but big rewards too! Getting to your post now, so it won't be too long until you have something to enjoy at your leisure!

Took me a while to write the post. Trying to maximize as best as I can the quickness and flow of the story and still retain some sort of good writting. I don't know if it is still good enough though, need to really work on it. Be a fan of roleplay and still try to keep the flow sure still a challenge to me I have yet to surpass.

And speaking of taking a while, what you people of Oz change of clothes? Took me a while to find something cute enough for reference. Yeah, I could just describe and be done with it, but I do like to have a image for reference. Specially now with dangerous has been find good drawings and double check if is AI or not. Pinterest been...sucking hard in that department, holy damn.

If you permit me a little bold: I think you be a very good DM someday! You have a wonderful creative mind to make great scenes in RP. You were already very good in the past, but these days with the quality of your RP, SPECIALLY after Bernard speech (I finished reading right now, and let tell ya, it gave me goosebumps. Was amazing and so much inspiring!). I think you should give a try someday, at least in one shots from time to time to get a hang in the role of a dm. Trust me, I had to experience a few one shots to have a hang on the road of DM rpg, specially Pathfinder 2e, where is a bulk system on rules.

I would recommend try some light systems however, something with easy rules to go with and DM for your players. Maybe something focus more in what you think is cooler. I por example love combat and some rp of social, so Pathfinder 2e, Tormenta 20, 3DeT and Ordem Paranormal is my go to systems for combat. Although I am making experiments with other different kinds of systems more focus in story/exploration such Vampire the Masquerade (Anniversary edition) and Call of Cthulhu. And some light systems where there isn't much lore, and is light in the rules for any DM to try for the first time, such as Fate Accelerated. DnD is good, but for first time DMs, it's not my cup of tea to be honest. Trust me, I played 5e for years, and try to DM for a while and weeeeelll...not the most friendly system for first time DMs, I can tell ya that much.

Forgive me for the long answer, I just on hype these last days with some amazing ideas I been having!

Ohhh, nice! It's cool of writing details of your characters. Extremely cool and help remind what each thing do! Can you...share with me later what is the concept of your character in the campaign you playing, along with spells and details? I may not play DnD anymore, but i love character creation, and how much creative a player can do and be wild in their creations. Giving life to your character is one of the most wonderful things in rpg, be as a dm or player! And I quite curious to hear a little about the world your DM is dming. I noticed most dm do prefer make their own world of in their campaigns, so I curious to see what kind of world your DM is building. The art of world building is magnificent.

agree, Phantom would be a great DM. And if you're not confident enough in the rules of D&D, maybe a lighter game instead. But from the creative side? Easy.
