[Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands

Heyo people of the forums! I back baby! And I better than ever. Surgery was a success, I recovered from it. And I can finally eat normally again. And thanks to Dragon, I getting better as a hunter.

I will say this without any shame on my voice: He is the best hunter I know. But I the most stubborn hunter he probably know (he probably knows more stubborn hunters, but I want to hold that title a bit more).

I also replaying Darkest Dungeon. Finally get heroes of rank 5 and getting closer to rank 6. I get closer and closer to have a team strong enough to conquer the first layer of the Darkest Dungeon. Cult of the Lamb scratch my brain for the Eldritch so I decided to give a try once more.

I also been working on a few projects of other communities and world building such as Slimeverse. It has been an amazing experience. Although there was…problems on my country such as the possibility of Discord ban and other social platforms. More than ever this election will define the future of the internet in my country so I been making something I don’t do: Learn the candidates proposes and learn more about politics. Which I hate but hey, when you have the main methods of fun and communication is getting slowing cut you have to fight back.

And also, getting closer and closer to the end of Master Rank in Monster Hunter on World!

And acquired both Monster Hunter Wilds and Baldur Gate 3 on Steam. Computer can’t handle but bless my grandmother she will help me buy a new computer of my choice so will FINALLY be able to play them. Planning future games on the future!

So yeah, that’s updates on my life for now, hope you all good!

Didn't notice before - but on the 19th of September it marked my 10th anniversary of having joined this forum!! Crazy to think how things come together, where I stand not after having stumbled upon a post on tumblr that announced the full release of Pokemon Uranium, shortly before it got taken down by the big N. 

So much has changed since then, in a good and bad way. And desite all the wild + insane things happening in the world and the darkest corners of the internet, it remains a place where wonder and whimsy can occur.

So, Pokemon Uranium's Angelure focused postgame is out now.  Huge news.

Also huge news: stats for the new Legendaries.  And thus, Zephy now has an actual movepool and is confirmed to be 100% female.

How does this affect the roleplay, I wonder?

I've finished the postgame content myself, and wow, there was a lot of really juicy lore and some suitably challenging fights.  Looking forward to doing another playthrough at some point, maybe with some of those extra buffs from the New Game Plus shop in Angelure! Maybe I'll finally get around to asking folks for some eggs for that egglocke I've been wanting to do too.

How did you enjoy the questline in Baykal rainforest that climaxed in the summoning ritual of Aotius and Mutious? That one certainly was my favorite during beta-testing. 

Well, aside from obviously Zephy's whole storyline. Biiiig fan of it <3 Watch me soft resetting for a shiny birdmouse and start a new run with her as the starter fhjvfdjk

I loved it.  The lore was so incredibly juicy.  So tragic.  I can only imagine how Windos will twist that tale in this universe to be even more tragic because nothing goes as planned in this world.

It's given me a lot to think about with regards to the overall lore of Aotius and Mutios and how they relate to Tandor, its people, the rest of the world, and all other legendaries as well.

I still need to finish the pokedex and get the shiny charm myself, but that's on the list of things to do.  It won't be that hard considering it's just going to be evolving a bunch of pokemon I haven't evolved yet.  The real fun though will be getting the shiny charm early enough on another save file to properly shiny hunt all the Legendaries.  Definitely something I want to get around to doing at some point.

Speaking of, how's your Legendary shiny hunting going?  I remember you said you wanted to use some Master Balls on the shiny Sea Monster Trio once upon a time.

I must say too, its so enjoyable return to playing again this game. I experiment with the things I was didn't play before on a good while and I excited to start using the post game material since I like to taste everything this game has to offer.
