This seems unlikely, but it's worth a shot.
It's possible that some files - even fonts are being picked up and quarantined by your Antivirus. Just for testing purposes, trying temporarily disabling your Antivirus and re-installing your game. After that's completed, attempt to run your game as an Administrator while your Antivirus is still disabled.
