Well, we still haven't told Shiva in-character what the gym leader is like nor what type he uses...I doubt it'd be encouraging, though.

She already does not want to right them , but informing them even more about them will just solidfy her refusal to enter the Gym . Of course , she has not told us about her fear of Chuckles , so yeah ...

iirc, Shiva told Nathan why she didn't want to fight Corsage's gym leader already, and he told her what little he knew at the time as well.

@Dragonstrike , I basically just had my character tell everyone what Calder said to him verbative . Not sure if you missed that , mate .

It's not quite word for word.  Ventus hasn't said anything about what Valder had said about Water Scimitars and a repair job with red metal yet. 

Alright , I found it on pages 177 - 180 of the Game Thread . They do indeed know about that , as well as thier type preferences in Pokemon. Reading through that , it's kinda haunting how true my character words turned out to be ..

Good to know where that is.  Personally, I could have said Nathan at least knows, since I both remember Valder telling the group about the Scimitars and noted that information down on my character sheet immediately.  Got all sorts of interesting tidbits in there that are good to keep track of.
