I am trying everything and still not working for me.

If you have tried everything, then backing up your saves (they are in User\*youraccountname*\Saved Games) and put them in a safe place. After than, uninstall your game completely, either by deleting the folder in Program files X86, or running the installer again and choosing uninstall. After that, you can go onto reddit and download a version of the installer that has most of the patches (official and unofficial)in it. Run the installer and get a clean game, then run the patcher.exe and wait for the updates to come in. If you need to, you might also have to update your neocube.ini to allow you game to connect to the new servers.
