Well, one way would be breeding for coverage. As in breeding for 6IVs Males in all egg group so that you can chain breed and worry less abt other things. As egg moves now pass from both parents, M and F, you can just find a 6IVs M in the same group with no compatible egg move while having the F with everything else you aim for. And replace the F as you breed better ones.
