Yeah. Filled Cheshire with a bunch of Pokemon who invaded the dream of people, kill them AND cause fear, chaos and genocide. Its already bad a Legendary Pokemon like Darkrai who can control the fears and nightmares of people. Now, a bunch of Pokemon Delta who cause damage insite and outside of the dream world? I dont know who is more evil. The Almanac to give birth to this type of Pokemon, or Nathan who is might even consider the plan in breed the Delta Houndoom. Its even worse then the time the plan of Arial (in Celadon City) in copy the form and DNA of Mew using a Duplicat.

I'd like to remind you that those were wild ones that did that.  Led by a Mega Delta Houndoom.  To do something of that scale requires an immense amount of power it seems.  And there is no certainty that Almanac was involved in why the Houndour pack was causing havoc in Corsage in the first place.

Evil is FAR too strong of a term to be using here.
