He's a little pale now as well, though, since Ventus thinks this is THAT bad...he's got no problem with following Ventus's suggestion.
He was going to be up for a good portion of the night worrying about Nathan...and he wasn't going to turn down any assistance, either. (ie this is going to be a decent chance for Ventus to interact with Kirlia. Same with anyone else who wants to join in on this, for that matter.)
Once the Nurse on hand presumably summons some assistance and/or takes Nathan to the ICU for shock treatment, Ventus let out a tired, worried sigh at how things just continue to escalate in regard to both the Vines Crisis plaguing Stair City and the ever compounding problems that put an increasing strain on the boy's frail psyche. Then, with permission from the staff, he took two chair from the lobby and motioned for Kirlia to follow him, all the way to the room that the Nurse indicated was the boy was being treated, and sat the chairs down outside the doorway. The researcher took the seat farther away from the doorway (They were sidebyside), and patted the one beside him for the young psychic to sit.
".....Ah, I just remember that not all Pokémon are capable of reading human text, so that was why you were frustrated with my actions. *Sigh* I'll recount what was sent from Marta, but I ask you remain calm Kirlia. Nathan being made invalid because of this is already horrible, but I don't want you to Faint from anxiety as well," he said, before he quietly told the boy's best friend what was in the text in perfect and almost painful detail. Ventus then let out a sigh and placed a hand across one of his eyes as he bowed his head in distress/frustration. "Things are only growing worse, and the pressure is mounting for all of us to find a solution to eradicate those Vines, before Stair City is lost underneath their creeping grasp. I'm worried that Nathan won't be able to handle it all, that he'll break down or go into apathy as a defense mechanism, and that he'll just....silently suffer it all until those points. I may have reason to hold him in contempt for his past transgression, but I don't enjoy the fact that he's slowly unraveling from all the problem landing on his plate. *Sighs*.....I wish I could teach him my emotional control, at times like this..."
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
