Just realized both of my walls are weak to steel, at least Inflagetah and Jerbolta provide offensive coverage against steel.
A problem I see are Stealth Rocks. Is there a list of Pokemon that can learn Defog?

List of Pokemon that can learn Defog:

Hazma.

... Yeah, hazard removal in this game is pessimistic. No one in the game gets rapid spin, and there are only two users of defog, Hazma and Haptera. Haptera unfortunately gets it by egg move, which of course there are no parents to get it from.

Aside from that your team looks pretty good but could use a few edits. I second swapping taunt of inflagetah with swords dance, but if you feel entry hazards are that much of a problem then keep it. Put lefties on Sylveon and swap Jerbolta with something better, the only thing good about that mon is its ability and nothing else, sadly. 

Also, get Sylveon's hidden ability Pixilate and swap moonblast with hyper voice, that'll work much better. For a replacement to Jerbolta, try Cassnail for an additional wall or Actan for a speedy physical attacker. IMO though, I think you should replace Jerbola with Astronite, as mentioned above, who gets access to Taunt and will free up a Stealth rock slot for your Fafinter.
